The screen was also playing something on loop. It was a very old commercial that likely used to be played everywhere, probably hundreds or years old at the least describing the greatness of Natovis. In the video many of the layers were showed off including many layers that the Authorities no longer had control over.

This group waiting was the team of private investigators that had been announced by the authorities to look further into the Eleenya Cosmosteeya case. Along with instilling an indefinite curfew, commissioning a team of private investigators was a part of the policies that had been introduced and decided by the council meeting that had been held exclusively by public servants.

The music faded and the screen went blank. A few seconds later, a loud modified deep voice then came from the speaker.
