The Infinite Domain

"You are quite the smith!" Kraun says in shock as he looks at the weapons Ray forged.

"Thanks, anyway here is your money." Ray replies as he hands Kraun 22 silver pieces.

It is around 8 in the afternoon now, as Ray walks home from the city. When he arrives he can see a large pile of lumber, as well as a fire, cooking a recent kill.

"Lord Kaine, you are back!" Modri shouts in excitement.

"Indeed, go get your parents." Ray responds.

Modri rushes off and gets his parents.

'Perfect, Now time to grant them titles and grant them their items.'

"Lord Kaine! I got them!" Modri yells while he walks up.

"Perfect, Now Seirai, kneel." Ray says.

"A-as you wish Lord Kaine…" She says nervously.

"As one of my first followers, and as a competent warrior, I Kaine, grant you the title Paladin of Kaine." Ray says as he stabs the sword in front of her.

"Modri kneel." Ray says.

"Ok.. I mean! As you wish, Lord Kaine." Modri responds as he kneels.

"I, Kaine, grant you the title, Brother of Kaine!" Ray shouts as he hands him the dagger.

"Now, Leon, kneel."

"As you wish, Lord Kaine." Leon replies

"I, Kaine, Grant you the title of Divine Architect!" Ray shouts as he taps him on the forehead enhancing his construction skill.

[Leon's Construction skill increased to lvl 5!]

"Now, I shall hereby grant your family the title of Apeiro, and your family shall be known as my most loyal followers! Now rise!"

The family rises with new weaponry, power, and knowledge.

"T-thank you lord Kaine!" The Apeiro family shouts.

"Now, with the titles I have granted, you should all be quite strong now, so Modri and Seirai you shall join a guild and complete quests, if you find those who are in need, bring them here."

"Leon, You shall use your newfound knowledge and strength to build a small town here." Ray says as he enters his building.

'Whew… That felt awkward. But it should be beneficial. Either way, I guess it is time for another night of channeling.' Ray thinks.

When Ray wakes up he begins to brew some potions using the materials he has gathered.

'I should make some potions of healing, well, more so a potion to speed up the natural regeneration process. But a potion of healing sounds better.'

After spending two hours brewing he has 6 potions.

[You brewed potions within your territory, effects doubled!]

As he gets the spectral card informing him of the doubled effect, he sees the originally green potion change into a silver color.

Ray teleports outside and calls over Modri and Seirai.

"Yes Lord Kaine?" Seirai says.

"Before you two head off and look for a guild to join, I ask that you take these," Ray replies as he hands them both three potions.

"They should help with most injuries you could sustain. Also, while it won't be for a while, I do plan on forming my own guild, so make sure not to fully attach yourself to the guild you join." Ray tells them.

"Very well Lord Kaine." Seirai responds.

"One last thing, be sure to spread the name of the future guild as you work, the name shall be, Teoran." Ray says.

"Alright!" Modri shouts as he and his mom prepare food for themselves.

Ray heads off and begins to study in the library before heading to class.

"So Mom, what guild should we go to?" Modri asks as they walk through town.

"Hm… If we are trying to spread the name of Teoran, we should probably look for a guild large enough to be known, but not too large for our presence to be drowned out…" Seirai mutters while she is thinking.

They walk around and ask for more information on guilds nearby, and after ten minutes of asking, they manage to reduce the amount of options to three.

"Ok, so there is the Everburning Forest guild, the Ruby Shard guild, and the Bright Abyss guild…" Seirai says.

"Lets rule out the Everburning Forest, they are too attached to nobles so we would be discriminated against, as well as the Bright Abyss Guild."

"I guess that leaves the Ruby Shard!" Modri yells.

"Alright let's go!" Seirai replies.

They walk towards the guild hall, seeing a large building with red windows and a large spire decorated with ruby tiles.

As they enter, they can see a large open hall with white tiling and ruby pillars, as well as a receptionist desk in the center.

"Hello! May I ask what business you have here?" the man says cheerfully.

"Yes, we were looking to join this guild." Seirai responds.

"Oh! Very good, the first order of business is for you to fill in these application forms." The receptionist says.

Seirai fills in both of the forms, 'Hm? If we sign with them permanently they give a bonus? Oh well.'

She returns both of the forms to the receptionist.

"Ok, so Seirai and Modri Apeiro? Strange name… Either way, the next thing you guys need to do, is to complete a practical exam to prove that you can handle yourselves in combat." The man smiles.

"Also, You are not allowed to use magical weaponry, we want to test your skills, not your money!" He laughs.

"Very well, But we will not allow anyone other than us to hold these weapons," Seirai replies.

"That's alright, please wait in the waiting room while we prepare your fight." The receptionist says.

Modri and Seirai go sit down and wait for a bit. After 15 minutes of waiting, Seirai's name is called, and she enters a medium sized sparring arena.

"What weapon would you like to use?" A large man with two hammers in the arena with her says.

'Hm, I really want to test the power up…' Seirai thinks

"None, My fist should be fine." Seirai says as she enters a boxing stance.

"Confident, aye?" The man says as he enters a strange stance.

"Hya!" He shouts as he leaps into the air, spinning around swinging for her head.

"Slow.." Seirai mutters as she steps out of the way, then while his momentum carries him forward, she punches him cleanly in the chin with a devastating uppercut.

"Flaming Fist!"

As he is going up in the air after the uppercut she jumps up and punches him in the chest slamming him into the ground.

With a swirl of fire after, the man is completely knocked out. And gushing blood out of his mouth with several broken teeth.
