The Hyuga Shall Stand Above, In The Heavens!

War is brutal.

The encounters between the Hyuga clan and Kumogakure Village can't really be called heroic.

After all, with a freak like Hyuga Hitoshi on their side, neither the elite of Kumogakure Village nor the AB combo can cause him much trouble.

"I thought when you followed the second Hokage, you learned about the cruelty of the battlefield and that you'd settle down after becoming Hokage. I didn't expect you to dare return to the battlefield! Wouldn't it be better to wait in the village for a chance to surrender? If you're sincere, I might even give you a position." 

Oonoki, who had also experienced the First Ninja World War, clearly remembered the glory of the second Hokage back then.

But just by comparing the Second Hokage with the Third Hokage, one can see that Konohagakure has really gone downhill.

"My position as Hokage is recognized!"

But to let his guard down and end up dead?
