Chapter 107 – Kanae’s Succubus Family
Living in the deep reaches of the Commonwealth of Sin were a race of fiercely territorial reptilian humanoids, surviving off the rich lake teeming with fish at the foot of the northern mountains. Locals who kept their distance from these people described them as more fish than man, with heads like a cross between catfish and toad. Their skin was smooth and slimy with mucus, bodily secretions that helped them glide effortlessly through the waters. Webbed hands served as paddles to cover vast distances in search of food. But more tantalizingly was their long and thick tongues that were rumored to stretch up to three meters to catch prey.
Kanae Toyomi found out the hard way. Instead of welcoming royalty with a feast, she became the feast. The second she arrived, these fish people bound her, stripped her naked, and painted her in tribal markings. Now…
"Ha! So much for being a queen!" Their plump chieftain, Gurudu, who sat on a throne of barnacles, bellowed jovially while eating roasted fish and watching Kanae being gangbanged by the entire tribe.
They had tied Kanae to the burnt branch, likely used as a spit rod for larger catches of fish. One tribe member was showing her just how long his tongue could be and another was face fucking her. Their bodies already emitted a fishy smell, but the scent from their dicks were a lot stronger and more suffocating.
"Take it, you human slut!" The fish man forced his dick deeper down Kanae's throat to unload a broken faucet of spunk. When he pulled out, she coughed up cum that spilled to a pool of it on the ground.
"I'm cumming…!" Kanae gritted her teeth as she neared climax. "Your tongue is stirring up my pussy so good! More, more! I want more dicks— mmrpphh… shllrrp… shlrrp…"
Someone answered Kanae's pleas and plugged their dick into her mouth. She was getting so close, but the one screwing her with a tongue suddenly stopped. To her disappointment, the feeling of his tongue vanished. However, in its place came a dick that plunged into her pussy. He slapped her ass with his webbed hands, causing her to tighten and clench harder.
"Mmmm! Mmm… Mmm… Pwuah… Please, more… Filly my whore womb with your cum!" Kanae cried as the next to rape her mouth replaced the previous one.
With the nearby bonfire's warm flames licking Kanae's body, and the cool of night caressing her bare skin, she climaxed from being spit roasted by the last two. They left her hanging on the rod, ejaculate dripping from every hole and cheeks red from being spanked.
"Let that be a lesson to keep your arrogance in check. In your next life. Tonight, we will offer your body to the Great Googaloo!" Gurudu declared.
"Googaloo!" everyone exclaimed the silly name at once.
"Sorry. I think we've played enough," Kanae said, easily breaking free from the restraints.
"How did you…? Capture her!" the fishman chieftain shouted.
"Unfortunately for you, they don't obey you anymore. It took a whole afternoon, the only one left who hasn't fallen under my control is you."
Kanae allowed the magic of human form to drop away to Chieftain Gurudu's horror, revealing to him her true succubus form. Although she hadn't gone through a transformation since that first time, five years and many children later had made her body more shapely. Her hips had widened from giving birth so often, breasts swelled up a size larger to feed them, and a little taller to match Arenade's high elven height.
Altogether, it made Kanae much more intimidating as a demon. As a succubus, irresistibly decadent.
The tribe of over a hundred fishman who had fallen to her charm turned against their chieftain, brandishing fishing spears and hammers.
"I gave you a chance. Should have taken it." Kanae shrugged.
"Uh… Let's take a rain check— hup!" Gurudu hopped off his throne and waddled to the edge of the waters.
Kanae ordered the fishmen to chase after him, but the chieftain made it to a brass gong at the end of the creaky wooden pier.
"Great Googaloo, help me!" He picked up a mallet and smashed the gong.
The deafening and bellowing ring echoed across the lake, and even caused the bonfires to flicker. Four giant tentacles rose from the waters and slammed down on the shore, knocking away scores of fishman.
"Eh? Googaloo was a real thing all along?" Kanae staggered back.
"Hahaha! Face the fury of the Great— oof?!" A tentacle snatched Gurudu up and flung him around in its grasp, leaving him screaming for help. "Wait, not me! Get the succubus! Great Googaloo, please!"
Another tentacle came crashing down towards Kanae, but Estaline jumped out from the darkness with her greatsword. A guillotine-like slash severed the tentacle. It fell to the ground, squirming and writhing for a few seconds before going still.
"Are you alright, Master?" Esta asked.
"I am. Nice timing, Esta!" Kanae smiled at her loyal knight.
An enormous squid creature rose out of the waters, screeching in anger.
"Arise, bone brutes! Drag that thing outta the water!" Edina shouted, summoning two savage skeletal monstrosities.
They charged Googaloo, grabbing a tentacle each and dragging the squid onto land.
"Arenade, it's time for your finisher!" Kanae yelled.
A bright light streaked across the blanket of night like a shooting star. It was Arenade, lit up by her Halo of Holy Radiance.
"Holy Armament: Big Fucking Hammer!" Arenade conjured and swung a massive golden gavel.
"Eh?" Kanae and Edina gaped.
"Wait, not the hammer!" Edina cupped both hands over her mouth and shouted. "Use the bow, you dumb bi—"
The hammer crushed the squid monster's head. Esta shielded Kanae as guts and sashimi splattered all over the tribe, much of which landed on the party. The flailing tentacles went limp, and Gurudu fell flat on his ass at Kanae's feet.
"Aha… Long live the queen?" Gurudu chuckled nervously, himself also covered in Googaloo's guts.
Kanae towered over Gurudu and folded her arms. "From now on, you serve the Commonwealth. You will open your village for trade, but I'll allow you enough autonomy to regulate your lake to prevent overfishing."
"As your will commands… my queen." Gurudu sulked.
After freeing the tribe of their charmed state, the party collected some tributes in the form of fresh fish, Googaloo parts, and something called fishman spawn.
"What… is this? Fish roe?" Kanae asked about bags of tiny orange balls while journeying home.
"It's their eggs," Edina said, popping them into her mouth by the handfuls.
She gasped. "Their WHAT?!"
"The fishmen, the Ku-tu, have a culture of eating their own eggs to control overpopulation," Esta explained as she blew fire to cook them before eating.
"I-I'm going to be sick…"
Arenade snatched the bag from Kanae's hands. "More for me. This high elven body of mine has to stay divine for appearances sake."
They made a pit stop at Rudura Village, named after the rudura apes that terrorized them a few years back. Villagers greeted them as their carriage rolled into the avenue. Rudura wasn't built with blocks of neighborhoods in mind, it was a single, wide road with homes built to either side and hanging lanterns lighting the way. It reminded Kanae of Gion back in Japan.
Their true destination was at the very end.
"Welcome, Queen Kanae, High Priestesses Edina and Arenade, and Knight of Silver!" Jareth bowed from the entrance of the resort.
"We're only here to take a quick dip and switch out languisteeds. Is our usual bath available?" Kanae asked.
"Of course! We keep it in top shape for the very occasions you make surprise visits!"
Jareth whistled for stablehands to fetch the languisteeds and carriage, then guided the party inside the resort. The place had been built exactly to Kanae's specifications with the master illusionist Dreizel's help to craft blueprints from her mental images. Now, it was the spitting image of a hot springs resort like in the mountains of Hokkaido.
As soon as they reached their private baths, Edina didn't hesitate to nose-dive into the pools.
"Whew…" Kanae sank up her chin in the steaming bath. A damp towel sat on her head, just between the horns. Soaking sore muscles in hot water after a spicy session was the best therapy. She opened the character sheet to check if there were any levels gained during the gangbang.

No change. That entire tribe of fishmen only gave a smidge of experience. Feed the Queen also barely gave half a level for every orgy now, but it was better than nothing.
Progress on achieving Deification had been slow, too. She only reached half the required followers, was still quite the levels away, and hadn't encountered another contender yet. Deification was starting to feel like a pipe dream.

"Say, the Grand Eye hasn't gotten back to you yet?" Arenade asked, slipping into the waters next to her. "It's been a long time with no word. You don't think they've forgotten, have they?"
Esta sat to Kanae's other side and answered in her stead, "The process is time consuming precisely because Master is a succubus. But I do agree. With Bardell, it took significantly less time than this. Even I began attending the academy after only six months of waiting."
Kanae sighed. "Well, I'm in no hurry. Even after five years, there's still so much to do. I feel like now was the only rest I'd gotten in months. The Commonwealth is too big and there's so many people that need help even adventurers can't keep up. Can't imagine how the country will be when I'm gone for two years."
The door creaked open. A slightly older Robin scampered in with stacks of fresh towels under both arms and plates of sliced melons in his hands.
"Hello, your majesty!" Robin bowed. "I'll leave these here on the table. Is there anything else?"
Kanae rose from the waters, tail flicking droplets away and causing Robin to turn bright red. She waltzed up to him and picked up a slice to bite into. The sweet juices spread delightfully across her palette, dripping down her chin and landing on her bare breasts.
"No, that will be all. Thank you, Robin." Kanae smiled, lifting her tail to stroke his cheek.
The boy backed away a few paces, bowed, and then scurried off.
Satisfied with her scheduled monthly teasing of him, Kanae turned back to her companions. "Anyone else ready to head home?"
"Her majesty has returned!" a city guard boomed from the wall.
The guards at the gate straightened their backs as Kanae's carriage entered Ehmvier City, capital of the Commonwealth of Sin and heart of the Eminence of Sin. Arenade rested her elbows against the window, gazing out as children raced along the carriage and waved at her.
Kanae's queendom only exploded in prosperity in the last year, and it was evidenced in the three most notable structures in the city: the castle, church, and adventurer's hall. Its growth was due in large part to adventurers lured in by new frontiers, in turn attracting land and real estate developers eager to cash in on a growing population.
Although Kanae was proud of their accomplishments, her greatest treasures weren't the city's walls or buildings.
When they exited the carriage in front of the adventurer's hall, a teenage Teana flew out to meet them.
"Mama!"
"I'm home, Teana!" Kanae opened her arms to receive her daughter in a tight hug and scraped their gold-banded horns together.
Six years old now, that made Teana a teenager in goblin years. The biggest surprise, however, was that she continued to grow taller than every goblin in the city. In another year or two, she might even become taller than Kanae.
"Oh, I have to tell you. Yesterday, Nelly and I took down a group of ents together!" Teana exclaimed.
"Did you? That's my girl! I'm so proud of you!" Kanae gushed, spoiling her eldest daughter with pats on the head.
"Only because I did most of the work. Teana thought she could charm ents and got herself stuck," Nelly said, sighing as he emerged from the adventurer's hall.
"Hmph. I distracted them for you," she fired back.
"Nelly, come here," Arenade ordered him before her, then cast a spell to conjure water to wash off a red stain off his leather tunic. "As my son, you have to make sure you look respectable. How will people think you can be a good leader if you can't even keep yourself tidy?"
"Yes, Mother. Sorry, Mother…" Nelly rolled his eyes.
"Heh. Momma's boy." Teana giggled under her breath.
He went red up to his ears. "Y-You're one to talk!"
Kanae happily watched the two banter. Teana's quiver was empty, a sign that she had been putting her all into being an adventurer. Nelly, too. There were cuts on his leather armor that Arenade didn't grill him on, because they served as proof of his hard work in protecting Teana.
Someday soon, Kanae might even see grandchildren.
"Mom? Is that Mom? Rev, look! Mom's back! Hi, Mom!"
"Pan… Don't yell. I have eyes."
Two young, goblin succubi were just coming from the direction of the castle. One had her black hair in a ponytail and was dressed in blue mage robes, wielding a magical staff. The other was wrapped in her usual cloak, face hidden behind the hood. All that could be made out of her were the horns, sharp glowing eyes, and some tufts of black hair peeking out.
Pan dropped her spellcasting staff to tackle Kanae with a hug. The wings and tails of her third-born daughter with Mitty fluttered as they embraced.
"Your staff, dummy." Revah picked up her younger sister's staff and fidgeted in place.
"Bring it in, Revah. Come here." Kanae reeled her in.
Even though Revah wouldn't admit it, her wings and tail also fluttered happily to be included. She even adjusted the pommels of her sheathed daggers out of the way to get closer. The two of them, though just as tall as Teana, didn't share their eldest sister's green skin. Instead, Pan was red-skinned almost like a demon. Revah, on the other hand, was tan-skinned.
This was due to their Hobgoblin Ancestry racial trait from their papa, Mitty. Hobgoblins apparently came in all sorts of colors. They viewed shades of red and brown as the prettiest, but green was much less so. Though that didn't stop their sisterly bonds between each other.
That left one more.
"I don't see Mikki anywhere?" Kanae searched behind the two for her youngest goblin daughter.
"Ahh… Mikki's holed up at home in the library again. I tried inviting her, but the bookworm doesn't wanna come out," Pan said.
"Studying," Revah quietly chimed in. "Mikki has been helping me research poisons derived from fungi since morning."
"Poisons? What for?"
"Paralysis. To capture prey and suitable mates." Revah eyed Nelly in particular, making him shudder and glance away.
"Psh. Those roundabout ways won't earn you any points, Rev. You gotta be up front. Like this." Pan sidled up to Nelly and grabbed his arm.
"Back off, you two!" Teana snarled, tugging Nelly by the other arm. "Anyway, the four of us are going to tackle some quests today, Mama. Wish us luck!"
"Stay safe and protect each other!" Kanae waved, then nodded to Esta to look after them. "Don't reveal yourself unless it's absolutely necessary."
"I won't let any harm come to them, Master." Esta bowed and followed after the young adventurers.
After Esta left, Kanae felt the eyes of someone from afar. She cast her gaze to their modest castle, the project that Arenade for sure wanted because 'royalty can't live so close to the dirt'. The three-story structure that had a garden terrace, moon-viewing tower, and a grand bedchamber served as a home to Kanae, her concubines, and children.
A skeleton suddenly whispered something into Edina's ear that made her click her tongue.
"Looks like I'm heading out," Edina said.
"Something happened?" Kanae asked.
"Couple of Outriders tried to set fire to Dead Man's Gamble. A skeleton from my Legion of the Dead caught 'em. Now I gotta go deal with it. If you guys are ever in Lograin or need help again, give me a holler!" She spread her succubus wings and took off flying to Lograin.
Dead Man's Gamble was the former Outriders' casino, Jewel. When Bardell was removed from all his posts, all of his estates were up for grabs. Of course, since they previously owned the deed, it fell into their hands and Edina renamed it to become the sole proprietor. It seemed remnants of Bardell's crew still had a bone to pick with them after all that happened.
"I'm going to go pick up Kanade and Suvee from school." Arenade raised a finger to Kanae's face. "Don't you dare hit up a brothel again. If I catch even a whiff of that in our home, then it's the couch for you tonight!"
"Alright, alright!" Kanae sighed.
Left with little to do and barred from going to the sex slave quarters, Kanae flew home to the castle. Instead of taking the front gate, she perched onto the window of the library tower and startled someone.
Lying on her back with numerous books scattered around her was Kanae and Mitty's youngest daughter, Mikki.
"H-Hi, Mom. I didn't know you were home," Mikki stammered.
Kanae entered to help her daughter up, then fixed the glasses on the girl's face.
"You know I was home. You were just watching us from up here, weren't you? If you're envious about adventuring with Nelly and your sisters, why not go with them?" Kanae asked.
"I can't… I'm only dead weight, and I don't want to trouble them with protecting me all the time. Especially when I'm not crowned." Mikki sighed, clutching the books tight like they were her only friends.
Kanae unburdened Mikki of the books and placed them on a nearby table. Unlike the rest of her sisters, Mikki couldn't be crowned. The gods simply deemed her unfit. It didn't help that she saw herself as an undesirable hobgoblin for her dullish green skin, sharper ears inherited from Kanae, and sported unruly orange hair.
Despite this, Mikki excelled in school and was praised endlessly for her keen intellect. There was a reason Revah had relied on Mikki regarding fungi. The others depended on her for countless reasons, too.
"Hmm. What you're saying is, you're willing to go with them if you can be helpful?" Kanae asked.
"Huh? Yes, but…"
"Fly with me," she said, tugging her daughter by the hand towards the window.
"W-Where are we going?" Mikki asked.
"I'm friends with a lot of people. I know the best person that can bring the most out of your talents. She's a little eccentric, but… just trust your mom, okay?"
Together, they flew from the castle and landed in front of an apothecary. A signpost on the building was the image of a serpent's tail holding a potion. The two entered just as an explosion rocked the store and someone started hacking their lungs out.
Mikki tensed up.
"Augh… hauugghhh! Oh, gods… It's on my tongue! It's all over my tongue— haccckk…Ptooh!"
"S-Should we help them?" Mikki asked in panic.
"Don't worry, sweetie. She'll be fine," Kanae assured her.
"Customers? Hello— oh! It's you, Kanae!" Rosaline emerged from the counter, face covered in soot and pouring water over her tongue. "What brings you here?"
"This is Rosaline. The city's most infamous alchemist. More like what were you doing back there?" she asked the lamia.
"Concocting new potions using sulfur! Did you know, burning them produces toxic smoke? Toxic to humans but not to us non-humans, so be careful who you burn it next to. It tastes absolutely terrible, let me tell you!"
Mikki threw Rosaline an anxious look like she wanted to say something, but just couldn't bring herself to.
"Go on. Don't be afraid to say what's on your mind," Kanae urged.
"Uhm… Miss Rosaline, if you're working with sulfur, you really should add mucus from gerbil slugs. It stabilizes volatile compounds without altering or changing the products," Mikki explained.
"Gerbil slug mucus! Normally used to put out fires. Evaporates without a trace afterwards. Of course! Why didn't I think of that? Now if I…" Rosaline plucked a few things from the shelves and slithered into the back to continue her concoctions. "Mucus… sulfur… magic crystal… and… I've got it!"
She returned to them with a potion of bubbling yellow liquid within it.
"What is it…" Kanae reluctantly asked.
"It's a bomb. Perfect for clearing tunnels. Or fishing if you're desperate. Shall I demonstrate?" Rosaline prepared to chuck the vial.
Kanae shielded Mikki with her arms and wings. "No, that's not necessary!"
"Oh, alright." The eccentric alchemist went behind the counter to put the potion away. "So, what can I help you with?"
"You used to be an adventurer, right? I was wondering if you can give my daughter the means to become an alchemist who can fend for herself," she said.
"Can I really? As an alchemist?" Mikki gasped.
"Indeed, spawn of Kanae! Wait right here. Who am I to deny a budding scholar? All you need to know about alchemy will be in these books. Study them well!" Rosaline fetched an alchemy belt with numerous pouches for potions and a stack of tomes and recipes.
Mikki's eyes lit up like the stars, shuffling through them all. Healing potions, mana potions, elixirs that augmented one's attributes, and more… If Mikki delved into alchemy, it would serve as the confidence boost she needed to stand alongside her sisters.
"I'll… I'll do my best, Miss Rosaline!" Mikki exclaimed with resolve.
On their way out, Mikki buried her nose into a tome right away. Her tail swung side to side while mulling over the texts. It warmed Kanae's heart, seeing her daughter passionate about something.
"Hey… Mom?" Mikki peeked over the top of the pages. "How did you even know… I'd be into alchemy? I don't remember ever mentioning it to you or Dad."
"Let's just call it a mother's intuition. This way, you can be helpful to your sisters while adventuring. They can also help you collect ingredients," Kanae said.
"Hehe. I can't wait. Thanks, Mom. I love you!" The girl beamed.
"I love you, too." She smiled back.
The truth was Kanae put two and two together when Revah brought up that she went to Mikki about poisons. Medicine and alchemy were professions with overlapping lines that straddled one another. Just like back when Poison Fang hurt Edina, and it took an obscure potion and ingredient to patch her up. Mikki could be the edge they need to become great adventurers together.
"Oh. Kanae, Mikki?" Arenade called out as they passed by the school. On each side of her and holding her hand were Kanade and Suvee.
"Hi, Auntie!" Mikki ran ahead to show her half-sisters. "Kanade, Suvee, look. I'm going to be an alchemist one day!"
"Geh. You brought her to Rosaline?" Arenade shot Kanae a dirty look like she might as well have gone to a brothel.
"Nothing exploded, I swear!" Kanae lied through her teeth, then turned to her elven daughters. "How was school, you two?"
"Kanade charmed a group of boys. She made them run butt naked through the school," Suvee said.
"She what?!" Kanae and Arenade recoiled.
When they turned to Kanade, the high elven girl only nodded.
"Why?" Kanae asked Kanade.
"They were picking on her for being quiet," Suvee answered in Kanade's place. "Oh, I beat them up afterwards."
"You WHAT?!" Kanae and Arenade exclaimed.
"The headmistress didn't say anything to me!" Arenade gaped.
"Well, who would want to confess that someone was bullying the queen's daughters?" Kanae sighed, then placed a hand atop each of their heads. "Suvee, I'm glad you're protecting Kanade, but we can't go around hurting people."
Suvee was Kanae and Noah's daughter, heir to Highgreen. She was the youngest and last child to be born but was somehow the fiercest when it came to protecting her sisters.
All of Kanae's daughters turned out to be succubi. It was supposed to be a rare occurrence, but the numbers certainly showed a 100% success rate of inheriting Succubus Ancestry. As such, they inherited basic succubus skills. Kanade abused it the most.
"That goes for you, too," Arenade scolded Kanade. "No hurting people. You're welcome to humiliate them. You're royalty. Don't forget that."
"You're encouraging this? What if she starts lording over them?" Kanae groaned, fearful that she would grow up arrogant.
Upon hearing that, however, Kanade pridefully puffed out her chest.
Kanae shot a glare at Arenade. "That's your influence."
The five of them headed home. Kanae and Arenade carried the alchemical tomes. Meanwhile, Mikki walked ahead, holding Suvee's hand and carrying Kanade on her back.
"We sure have become a big family. Feels like just yesterday I was swaddling five of them in my arms at once," Arenade said.
"We could have more," Kanae teased.
"Alright. Let's not get ahead of ourselves, you horny creature!"
When they reached the gates of the castle, a large group of guards were holding someone up. The lone rider, who was dressed in white robes embroidered with a cross and single eye, sitting atop her languisteed turned to Kanae and grimaced. They recognized each other immediately. Saint Priest Delayn.
"The last time we came, there was a lot less succubi. You sure have been busy. I can feel myself falling to corruption just being here. When I get back, I'll have to flog myself a hundred— no, a thousand times at least in order to receive the Supreme One's forgiveness." Delayn shuddered.
"Three hells… the Supreme One doesn't care that much," Arenade muttered.
"If you're here, I guess that can only mean one thing?" Kanae asked, waving off the guards and swallowing the lump in her throat.
Delayn dismounted. Kanae's daughters hid behind her and Arenade's backs as the Saint Priest approached. She pulled out a scroll to read from.
"The Grand Eye summons you, Kanae Toyomi, and Estaline, the Knight of Silver, to Radevic. Your enrollment to the Knights' Academy has been accepted, and you are to begin training to assume the mantle of Knight of Amethyst posthaste. See to your business in the Commonwealth. Your two years at the academy will begin soon."
