The Greece Antagonist

Chapter 151: Don't Refuse, Don't Initiate, Don't Be Responsible

"Luo En~~"

Upon seeing the figure she yearned for so close at hand, the Goddess of the Hunt let out a joyful cheer and threw her fiery body into her lover's embrace.

Through the thin underwear, Luo En could clearly feel the youthful and vivacious body beneath the fabric, and a fire began to burn in his chest, his breathing becoming heavy and ragged.

But before his desires could flare into an uncontrollable blaze, the last remnants of Luo En's reason allowed him to maintain a rare moment of clarity. He quickly held down the squirming Artemis in his arms and whispered nervously into the ear of the huntress.

"Have you lost your mind? This is Olympus! If someone discovers us, we might not have enough reaction time to bluff our way out like before!"

"When I came here, I left no trace, and I've set up a barrier outside, ensuring no one will find out."

Artemis first whispered her explanation, then pointed to the round moon outside the window.

"And besides, today is the 15th..."

Luo En immediately understood, licked his somewhat dry lips, and the fire in his eyes grew hotter.

As the Goddess of the Hunt, tracking prey and concealing her own movements was Artemis's divine authority. Even a cautious person like himself hadn't noticed the huntress successfully sneaking into his bedroom.

Not to mention, with all the issues occurring daily in Olympus, pinpointing a single deity was exceedingly difficult.

Besides, the 15th, the night of the full moon...

It meant that even if they did something naughty, after waking up, the Power of the God of Love within Artemis would help her recover to her original state, easily concealing the past.

However, to be on the safe side, he immediately borrowed a bit of the Bull's authority and infused it into the ground beneath his feet, weaving new safety measures.

As the divine embodiment of Crete Island, the Bull, aside from possessing "Strength", could also make use of the terrain to create a "Labyrinth" effect to some extent.

Additionally, Luo En felt this wasn't secure enough, so he activated the God of Chance's divinity from the Twelve-Sided Die to further mask their fate.

Having quickly completed all this, Luo En's mind became clear, and he immediately lifted the soft jade in his arms and walked briskly toward the bed in the bedroom.

After such a long wait, he was truly hungry; it was indeed time for a good meal.

Facing her lover's dominance, the beautiful and valiant Goddess of the Hunt was like a little white rabbit stripped of all its armament and edge, allowing him to carry her to the bed.

Her compliant golden hair spread out on the pillow like clouds and waterfalls; her long eyelashes trembled slightly as her eyes gently closed.

Seeing this highland flower from the woods in a position that invited him to partake, Luo En could no longer restrain himself. He pounced on the bed, ready for a naked confrontation.

However, just as they were about to cross swords, Luo En's shoulder was abruptly pressed down, halting the commencement of battle.

This time, the resistance was from Artemis.

"No good, someone is going to the temple to find me!"

"?"

"Apollo!"

In an instant, the two figures on the bed were both shaken internally, feeling weak in their hearts, and hastily dressed and cleaned up the scene of their crime.

"It's too late, we can't make it!"

As Artemis sensed that her beloved brother was getting closer to her own temple, she became increasingly anxious and panicked.

Even if she hurried back at top speed at this moment, it would probably be difficult to slip into her own temple unnoticed under Apollo's watch.

In her urgency, Artemis became more frantic, and a fine, cold sweat even broke out on her snow-white forehead.

"Don't panic, I have a way."

Just as the huntress was becoming somewhat at a loss, the murmuring in her ear once again brought her a familiar sense of security.

With a few quiet mutterings, the huntress suddenly saw a light before her eyes.

Then, two figures, one behind the other, slipped out of Hestia's temple.

~~

At the same time, in front of the Hunting God's temple.

Apollo looked at the great hall immersed in darkness, silent and still, his face unconsciously showing a trace of surprise.

She's resting so early? Isn't she typically a night owl?

Just as this thought emerged in the God of Light, who was about to step on the stairs and knock on the door, an abrupt voice came from behind.

"Lady Artemis, are you asleep?"

Instinctively turning around, Apollo was shocked to see a figure he greatly disliked and knitted his brows deeply.

"What are you here for?"

"Oh, Lady Hestia asked me to inquire when Lady Artemis would have time to visit her new home. She's a bit bored living out there all by herself."

Luo En maintained his smile, unapologetically using Hestia's name as a shield, as the lies came easily to his lips.

Apollo glared coldly at the man before him, his gaze dark and brooding.

"Why not during the day?"

"Just arrived in Olympus, too many things to handle, accidentally got delayed until..."

"Bang!"

Before Luo En could finish, a flash of golden light instantly arrived; a single hand grabbed his loose collar and pinned him firmly against a nearby column, producing a dull thud.

Apollo, with a gloomy expression, leaned close to Luo En's ear and whispered ominously, his disgust and wariness in his eyes unhidden.

"I warn you, don't set your sights on my sister! Otherwise, you'll die a very ugly death!"

"Uh, I'm just here to deliver a message..." Luo En quickly raised his hands to show his innocence.

"You'd better be!"

```
Hearing that innocent reply, Apollo nodded, but his gaze remained icy cold.
"However, I hope you stay the hell away from my sister in the future. Do you understand?"
"For that, you might want to ask Lady Hestia and Lady Artemis. I'm just a lesser deity and certainly don't have the authority to make decisions for the chief gods."
Luo En smiled as he responded, an innocent look on his face.
The meaning of his words was clear—he knew his place and was behaving properly, but what transpired between the gods and what the Goddess of the Hunt thought was none of his business.
In plain terms, it was a classic noncommittal response, often found amongst the statements of playboys—
—that is, they neither reject, take initiative, nor take responsibility...
Barely detecting the underlying meaning, Apollo's hand, which was grasping Luo En's collar, couldn't help but tighten its grip as he pulled him closer and hissed a warning through clenched teeth.
"You're going to get her killed! When that happens, I will make sure you die with her, and even Aunt Hestia won't be able to protect you!"
In the midst of speaking, the proud God of Light looked at the detestable smile before him, immediately feeling an uncontrollable surge of anger, his fists crunching tight.
"Hey, what are you two doing here?"
Just as the tension between them was becoming palpably sharp, a cheerful voice came from behind.
At the sound of that familiar voice, Apollo jolted, turned his head to look at his sister standing under the moonlight, her face clouded with suspicion. He forced a smile, awkward yet polite, and released the collar he had been holding, patting Luo En on the shoulder with a warm tone.
"We were discussing inviting you out hunting tomorrow."
As he spoke, the God of Light gave Luo En a warning look.
"Yes, exactly."
Luo En nodded, readily playing along, maintaining the unchanging smile on his face.
"Lord Apollo was even thinking of inviting me along."
Instantly, Apollo's hand on Luo En's shoulder stiffened.
However, upon hearing this news, Artemis couldn't help but beam with delight, her face alight with joy.
"Really? Good, the Father God doesn't know when he'll be back, and you haven't visited my sacred place yet. Let's all go to Arcadia tomorrow!"
"Uh, sure..."
Apollo kept up his strained smile, stiffly nodding, feeling as uncomfortable as if he had swallowed dead flies.
He had been planning to get rid of this troublemaker to avoid any mishaps, but his opponent had played a counter move, entangling himself with his sister.
Truly courting death!
The God of Light in the darkness glowered slyly at Luo En beside him, then immediately turned to face his approaching sister Artemis, switching to a warm smile and changing the subject.
"By the way, sister, weren't you in the temple just now?"
Artemis nodded, stretched languidly under the moonlight, a look of contentment on her face.
"I woke up too early and couldn't sleep, so I took a walk and had a bath in the Sacred Pool."
Apollo saw the lingering dampness on his sister's body and the golden hair spread out behind her, and without suspicion, nodded slightly.
Meanwhile, Luo En and Artemis also exchanged a silent nod under the cover of the night, conferring.
One was responsible for intercepting Apollo, creating some conflict, while the other took the opportunity to clean up all traces and scents, making a timed entrance to intervene...
Thus, Apollo naturally wouldn't suspect that the pair before him had just been intertwined, almost ending up in bed together, due to his preconceived notions.
But after a brief moment of calm, the God of Light was the first to speak up.
"Sister, it's getting late, and since we're planning to go hunting in Arcadia tomorrow, you should rest early. We won't disturb you any longer."
With those words, he pulled Luo En by the shoulder, feigning a close relationship, intending to drag this nuisance away from his sister's sight.
"See you tomorrow, Lady Artemis."
Luo En waved goodbye, stopping Artemis from saying anything further, then added with a smile,
"Also, Lady Hestia asked me to give you a message, hoping you'll visit her new home when you have time."
With matters beyond her control, Artemis reluctantly nodded, watching as the two men walked away, then turned to close the door, slipping into her bed, muttering in annoyance,
"Apollo is such a nuisance!"
Meanwhile, in Olympus Square.
As soon as they were out of the Goddess of the Hunt's sensory range, Apollo instantly changed his demeanor, disdainfully shaking off his hand, and looked haughtily at the lesser deity before him, reminding him coldly once more.
"I'm warning you, better behave yourself, remember your place, and don't try any tricks on me!"
"Very well, Lord Apollo, have a good journey, I won't see you out."
Luo En maintained his usual smile, waving as the God of Light walked away, then leisurely returned to Hestia's temple.
As he stepped from the dark courtyard into the bright domain, Luo En's smile grew even more brilliant, a hint of peril brewing within.
Thinking of laying hands on me again?
It seems you really don't like me, and you like it even less that I'm mingling with your sister, dear nephew...
Well then, you shall be the first...
With his silent murmurs, the temple's defensive charms were reactivated. In the glow of the light, the figure sat at the table, pulling out a twelve-sided die from his person, idly playing with it.
The die rumbled and rolled, as if in tune with the owner's mind, revealing a number pattern made up of sundry sunbeams on top.
6?
Luo En paused for a moment, then his lips curved up in a pleased smile.
