Wandering even deeper and deeper into the island's thick jungle life as I still see no animal or hear any animal.
Cautious as I get a really bad feeling about the whole breakdown on this, vocalizing in a low tone, I say, the no sound and no sight of any wildlife, breeds a bad omen. But there has to be an explanation for it.
Removing my right Axe out of its holster, grasping it by my side as I keep my feet moving, reaching an open space with some dead logs strewn all about, I say as this might be a good place to relax my legs since I've been walking for a while, let me rest my legs for a second before I keep moving.
Right as I'm about to lay my buttocks on one of the stumps, a roar is heard which puts me on alert since I haven't heard a sound thus far.
Trying to pinpoint which direction the noise came from, I state, as I then pull out my other Axe, I guess I'm not the only one here after all. In a stance ready for battle as I leer my eyes all around so nothing gets the slip on me.
Coming from my left as I hear loud clopping sounds, rushing out of the vegetation, a robust hog mixed with a snake reveals itself. Worried not at the horrid creature, staring down the new arrival, I state with my voice calm, it would seem I'm not alone. Come beast, allow me to prove to you that your stature does not phase me.
