The Exorcism Began in America.

About five hours later, Chu Feng's plane successfully landed at the small airport outside Sanford.

"The temperature here is indeed much warmer!" Standing outside the airport gate, Chu Feng breathed out, silently feeling the temperature starkly different from New York's.

"Hello, may I ask if you are Mr. Chu Feng?" A woman's voice suddenly sounded not far behind him.

Turning around, he saw a slender, middle-aged woman in an oatmeal-colored coat.

"Yes, I am Chu Feng. I presume you must be Boris's friend, right?" Looking at the woman before him, who had aged but whose features had only slightly faded, Chu Feng couldn't help admiring Boris's taste.

"Yes, I am Marina. It was I who asked Boris to find a powerful Exorcist. But I never expected he could actually bring you here!" Marina covered her mouth, looking at Chu Feng, her eyes still showing some disbelief.

"That's right! It's me. Your mother said you might run into some trouble, so... here I am!"

After hearing Chu Feng's words, Jessica's pupils dilated. She quickly pulled Marina, who had just entered, into a bedroom. "Mom, have you lost your mind? Why would you think of hiring an Exorcist? And you even found this notorious money-grubber from all over America? We'll surely go bankrupt!" Jessica paced back and forth in the bedroom, holding her head, clearly finding it hard to accept Chu Feng's arrival.

"Jessica, don't worry. Mr. Chu Feng didn't ask for money this time."

"How is that possible?"

"I asked Boris for help, and it turned out that he happens to be Chu Feng's friend, so..."

"Boris? Mom, are you leaving me to go to New York?"

Marina didn't dare to look at her daughter but still nodded gently. "Yes, it's time for me to start a new life."

Jessica opened her mouth but found no reason to stop her mother from seeking happiness again. "Okay, I understand!"

"Jessica, right? You're starting your new job at the police station tomorrow night?"
