The Dungeon's Worst Little Mistake

I don't like doing this, but I need to take some time to work through some writer's block. I know where I want to take the story, and largely how to get there. It's just the immediate steps of the road in front of me that I keep tripping on... It's not the first time I've had to deal with this, and I know that trying to force my way through just doesn't work. I need time to think and to chip away at the next few chapters until I will be satisfied and able to start moving quicker again.

Metaphors and whatnot aside, I am sorry, but there is going to a bit of a wait until the next post. To assure any worries; No, I am not going on hiatus or dropping the story. I just don't know when posting will be resuming. Could be a week, could be a month. But I will be back.

In other news and probably contributing to my mental block in a way, I have good news! I got a nice promotion at work. More pay, more hours, and more responsibilities... don't much like that last part very much but what can you do? Anyways! I am making the money$ now and that means I might actually, FINALLY, be able to move out and get myself a nice apartment. Just imagining having my own office and an actual desk to do my writing on leaves me giddy with excitement! Plus, considering how absolutely horrible the economy is right now, being able to move out and live alone is quite the achievement! Gods I hate living in America :)

Anyways, with my new position I now also have a new work schedule which is moderately conflicting with my writing and posting schedule that I had made for myself. Again, this is probably what is contributing to my mental block right now. So, I'll also be using this time to work out a new personal schedule for myself so that I can get myself back into a good workflow.
