Once we got home, Ither told me to go to bed since we would be starting training tomorrow, and he didn't intend to be easy on me.

So, out of the 2 options, what do you think I did? Of course, I went to bed. Why would I stay awake reading up on magic? I would never. I certainly did stay up trying to learn how to purify my core more than it was.

I didn't even realize I had stayed up all night until the sun broke through the trees and showered the room in light, only then had I realized I fucked up by staying up.

i got ready nonetheless and walked to the front door, surprisingly I didn't feel too tired so maybe I could do this, I would later realize I could in fact not do this.

Ither walked out with 2 straight swords, they were training swords, he tossed one at me "Ill need you to come at me with full intent to kill me" I walked outside "No we will be doing this in here, more of a realistic environment" I sighed since I didn't want to break anything.

i raised my sword and Ither held his in a casual stance, he didn't think I could even win "Well come at me" he definitely didn't think I was going to win, I dashed forward and raised my sword keeping in mind my basic training of this weapon, I was going to try and use my momentum to maybe break through the sword, but before I could even hit him he appeared behind me with his sword raised, he was way to fast for me to keep track of.

I managed to block the attack but I knew I couldn't keep doing that or I would tire myself out too fast "What too weak to fight me head on" he was now beginning to taunt me, and I would have fallen for it and rushed at him again but I knew this was just training.

Ither was smiling, when he completely vanished from sight, I knew he couldn't be behind me since my back was to wall, that left only up.

i was at a disadvantage in this fight, if I could destabilize him then I would be able to win, since movement in the air was very limited but the momentum allowed for strong attacks.

I had been training myself to attempt to use my fire element since Earth was considered the hardest and wind was primarily used at a range or to boost speed.

I had second to learn to use fireball weather it be luck that I could or not, I visualized my mana forming in my palm and tried to mold it into a ball, and I think it was working because it was getting warmer, when I opened my eyes I saw a small ball of fire, I mean the size of a golf ball, I threw it Ither though supprised managed to doge it, and then my Head stung since I had failed to block or attack.

"Well I expected you to lose, but I though it would have been my first attack, and that Fireball did surprise me a little, Have you been practicing?" I motioned with my hand to say a little "Still Impresive that you were able to use a fireball, but we still have much to learn".

Elsewhere

The boy who had been trapped on the stalag tight had managed to heal from the nearby Mana vein and was now able to stand and walk but he was trapped deep inside of a cave that had little light, he was still slightly injured from the fall that had happened 1 week ago, and now he was wandering in the cave aimlessly, when he bumped into a large furry ish creature "Hello child" the boy tried to run but fell and resorted to crawling "Why are you running" a much smaller creature that looked human now stood next to the boy "There is no reason to run, I'm nearly looking around for some things" the boy had pissed his pants "Hmm I see I guess my original form could be scarry for a child, I could help you leave"

the boy nodded many times "Well do you know where your family is?" the boy shook his head "I see, stranded in a cave and left to die, unfortunate" the Human like creature stood up "Well you can come with me, Im Sul" the boy slowly stood up his knease were shaking "I can bring you back to my home if you would like, from there we could see if we can find your family" the boy nodded "Are you mute?" the boy managed a little bit of curage to speak "N N No I Im N Not" they left the area, and the Creature didn't speak any more to the boy and just made sure he was following.
