Chapter 3: 2 | Fool's Strategy
The Unexpected Pick
The gaming lounge buzzed with energy as Class A and Class B finalized their drafts. On Class B's side, Bry locked in a mid-lane mage, Udo picked a jungle bruiser, and Jay chose a resilient top-lane tank. All eyes turned to Kaiza, expected to fill his role as the team's support.
Kaiza's cursor hovered for a moment before he locked in Nightshade Assassin. The screen flashed with confirmation, and the room fell silent.
Jay: "Uh, Kaiza? You sure about that? You're playing support."
Bry: "We needed a tank to hold the line. This doesn't fit our comp."
Across the room, Jesse and his Class A teammates burst into laughter.
Jesse: "What kind of support is that? You guys are handing us the game!"
Kaiza didn't respond immediately, adjusting his headset calmly. Finally, he glanced at his teammates.
Kaiza: "Trust me. Just play your roles."

The Early Game Struggle
The game began, and almost immediately, Class B looked like they were falling apart. Kaiza's unconventional pick seemed to be a disaster—he frequently overextended, feeding kills to Class A's mid-laner and carry.
Announcer: "Enemy double kill!"
Spectators in the lounge jeered.
Spectator: "Class B's support is throwing! What a joke."
Even Kaiza's teammates grew frustrated.
Udo: "Kaiza, stop dying. We're getting crushed!"
Jay: "Why did you even pick an assassin? This is a mess."
Kaiza's voice remained calm.
Kaiza: "Just keep playing. Let them get comfortable."
Class A capitalized on Kaiza's poor performance, pushing early towers and claiming both red and blue buffs. Jesse's mid-lane mage controlled the map with ease, and their carry snowballed into a powerhouse.
Jesse: "This is pathetic. You guys even trying?"
Kaiza, however, seemed unaffected.

The Turning Point
By the 30-minute mark, Class A regrouped for what they believed would be the game-ending Boss fight. Kaiza and his team hovered nearby, waiting for the right moment to engage.
Kaiza: "Stay back. Let me go first."
As Class A started the Boss, Kaiza struck from the shadows, taking out their marksman in a matter of seconds.
Announcer: "Enemy slain!"
Jesse panicked, calling for his team to collapse on Kaiza, but the assassin weaved through their abilities, dodging crowd control and dealing devastating damage.
Udo and Jay joined the fight, creating chaos as Bry unleashed a perfectly timed ultimate, wiping out most of Class A. Kaiza delivered the final blow, finishing off Jesse in a clean duel.
Announcer: "Ace! Victory!"
The lounge buzzed with murmurs as the once-dominant Class A suddenly looked vulnerable. The Boss was secured by Class B, and Kaiza wasted no time directing his team.
Kaiza: "Push. Don't give them room to breathe."
---
Momentum Shift
With the Boss buff empowering them, Class B turned the tide. They swept across the map, destroying turrets and claiming objectives with newfound confidence. Kaiza's assassinations and map control forced Class A into defensive positions, while Udo dominated the jungle, cutting off their resources.
Announcer: "Turret destroyed!"
Bry's mage unleashed devastating combos in team fights, trapping Class A in choke points. Jay's tank became an immovable fortress, absorbing damage and protecting his team.
Jesse's frustration boiled over as Class B methodically dismantled their formation.
Jesse: "Stick together! Don't let them pick us off!"
But it was too late. Kaiza's relentless pressure ensured Class A couldn't regroup effectively.
Kaiza: "Stick with the plan. They're scrambling now."
---
The Clutch Push
With their momentum at an all-time high, Class B grouped for the final push. Kaiza led the charge, his assassin slicing through Class A's defenses. Udo and Jay created chaos on the frontlines, while Bry landed a game-ending ultimate that wiped out Jesse and his teammates.
Announcer: "Ace! Victory!"
The room erupted in cheers as the victory screen appeared.

The Aftermath
Class B celebrated wildly, their earlier frustrations forgotten.
Udo: "Kaiza, you absolute maniac! That was unreal."
Bry: "From feeding to MVP. You really had us worried there."
Kaiza leaned back in his chair, his expression calm despite the excitement around him.
Kaiza: "They got sloppy. That's all it takes."
Class A sat in stunned silence. Jesse glared at Kaiza, his confidence shattered.
Jesse: "This isn't over. Next time, you won't get away with this."
Kaiza stood, grabbing his bag.
Kaiza: "Next time, play better."
As the crowd buzzed about the upset victory, Kaiza's classmates cheered his name. He allowed himself a small smile, but his mind was already on the next challenge.
For Kaiza, this was just another game—and winning was always part of the plan.
