Chapter 2: Chapter 2
Ok, I can admit, throwing fire at zombies is fun as hell, but when you have to do it over and over, it's boring, so I decided to start trying to make some variations of my kitsune-bi.
Kitsune-Bi - Fireball
Kitsune-Bi - Flamethrower
Kitsune-Bi - Spear
Kitsune-Bi - Wave
It didn't do any damage buffs besides more fire, but fire was fire, and I already did a good amount of damage with my flames as it was due to my pyromancer class and my origin kitsune race.
Honestly, I was just amusing my self as I went through the motions, once I hit 149 zombies though I decided to lodge myself in a spot away from the zombies and let my mana Regen while I checked my status.

Oh yeah, I forgot my stats rise with each level up by one for the four basic stats. Not to mention all the stat points I gained per level up, six each level. One for each stat, a total of 78.
"Hm, I'll put 17 into VIT and INT to raise my health and mana both to a even 50. Then the remaining 44 points I need to decide what to do with. VIT for a ton of mana? But I also have to think about the zombie boss as well. Hmm, I'll bring AGI to 50 and then throw the rest into INT." I mused aloud as I thought on how to distribute my stats.

Now the boring part, sitting around till my mana regens, I really hope I unlock the shop feature sooner then later. Mana potions would most definitely be useful right now.
Stupid zombies not dropping any.

An annoying hour later I was back at full mana, and a single fireball later, the zombies around me were dead and I could safely land on the ground from my hiding spot.
Sadly no level up though.
[Notice!]
150 zombies have been slain, the boss is being summoned. Prepare yourself gamer, for your first boss is upon you.
Zombies Slain: 150/150
Legion Zombie: 0/1
"You who has slain my children shall feel my wrath!" A voice yelled and I looked down the street to see a roided out zombie charging at me.
With a jump, I leapt onto the nearest building to avoid its charge.
Fast. Not faster then me though, so I could avoid it.
Throwing a fireball at it seemed to not really do anything besides annoy it a bit, but I could see some burns.

Ok, I can handle this. I flung a few fire spears at Legion, as I've decided to call it, and each one landed directly in its chest before exploding.
[HP: 2167/2500]
Ok, not so bad. 283 damage from a few spears impaling and exploding, glorious. Hm, what if I compress the spear into something more then loose flames roughly shaped.
Of course physics says this isn't possible, but when the gamer comes in, physics can get bent over and raw dogged.
It started working and I had a brightly glowing blue spear of flames which I threw at Legion and it grunted in pain before the spear exploded in an epic explosion of flames.
[HP: 1580/2500]
587 damage, not to bad, however that cost me half my mana, something I did desperately need, perhaps it's time for stalling and hit & run.
It's kitsune time.
Kitsunes are considered master illusionist, and as a kitsune, it's only natural I should master them too.
So I used a good chunk of my mana to make several illusions of myself all around. Of course they could only stand there, but they did their job to distract the boss from the real me.
Meanwhile, I decided to head to the top of a building to get away from the boss and decide how to attack properly while the dozens of illusions were attacked.
I may be low on mana, but I'm not out of options… though it'll take a while till my mana regens to be high enough to use my fire again. Which is bullshit. Kitsune-Bi was spiritual flames, then again, in foaklore they're typically just used to make floating balls of flames to "guide" people to places.
Hm, I guess I can do that can't I?
With a grin, I broke off pieces of metal rebar from the buildings, anything pointy and straight shaped, and I threw it at the boss from its blind spot.
Of course this involved a LOT of hopping around buildings and ledges.
[HP: 347/2500]
Bonus, my MP has regained enough for me to do this.
Another giant lance of Kitsune-Bi formed as I landed in front of the boss and tossed it, the maniac like grin on my face couldn't hide itself. This was great.
[HP: 0/2500]
I watched as the boss broke down, is what I would say if it wasn't for the fact the fucker got incinerated, I had put ALL my mana into that shot, because fuck you boss. Almost ruined my no damage run.
[Dungeon Completed]
Congratulations on completing your first dungeon raid! However you went above and beyond and completed even hidden bonus parameters.

It's a bit short, but not gonna lie, I needed to get a chapter out so I don't forget about this lol. Also gives me a moment to think of proper rewards besides XP and some money, but nothing broken, as that would just be too quick. Gotta at least hit chapter 10 before I start dropping god tier loot.
Till next time!
