The Crimson Tale of Conquest

"Okay I'm going to put you under now." Judieth said to Lucilla and Yuki as they laid upon the medical tables.

With a nod from both of them Judieth administered the anesthetic to the girls. She even had Monster anesthetic to give Lucilla this time around. After both of them were under the effects of the drug Judieth took the football sized crystal that had parts of their Mana-link and soul inside.

Judieth broke a small shard from the large crystal, setting it to the side as she crushed the rest of the crystal into a fine powder. She then proceeded to take a portion of the powder as an ingredient for a potion she would be making later. The rest would be used today. After she put the portion of powder away in a secure vile she moved on to the next step.

She carefully made an incision on Lucilla's chest to access her heart. She then grabbed half of the remaining powdered Crystal and placed it atop the blood pumping organ. The powder reacted almost immediately, being slowly absorbed by the heart. Judieth then had Sable close the incision on Lucilla as she turned her attention to Yuki.

Changing her gloves and picking up a fresh pair of surgical tools she proceeded to make an incision to access both sides of Yuki's chest. She repeated the same thing she did to Lucilla on Yuki. After she finished that she grabbed the small Crystal shard from earlier and implanted it on the left side of her chest, similar to Lucilla's own Mana Crystal's location.

She then gently guided Yukies Mana links to traverse through the Crystal, connecting them. Once she finished that she carefully stitched the younger girl up. Once fully stitch up she took out a red vial full of red liquid and had her drink it. Sable already had Lucilla drink one while Judieth was still working on Yuki.

"Phew." Wiping invisible sweat from her brow, Judieth sighed from exhaustion. She's been here for hours and now all she wanted to do was sleep. "Sable can you watch over them for me? I really need a nap." The mysterious Woman whose age was 24, yet lived over 60 years ago, stumbled her way out of the room.

Freddy walked through the gates of prosperty city with his party. With wide smiles on their faces they made their way to the Guild hall. Dragon sightings have increase recently and a few even started using their breaths. It was outside city limits and was most likely used to intimidate the people here, and it was working. Drakove had posted a request at the Hunters Guild for hunters to gather within a month.

Since he himself was not a descendant of Lady Prosperty, and with his son failing negotiations, Drakove decided to do something about the guardian of the forest. Especially after Lady Nielia said she would now only speak with his daughter and no one else. He absolutely refused. He knew why she was angry with them, and that was all the more reason why he couldn't allow his sweet precious daughter to get anywhere near that forest.

So with that as his reasoning he had made a request from the guild. Freddy and his party have come to take part in whatever Drakove had planned. The promis of reward was tempting enough to have many other Hunters come to this great city too. Looking around Freddy noticed more than half the people entering where Hunters.

"C'mon guys, lets go we still have time before the request actually starts, in the mean time lets make some money." With a wide smile Freddy made his way into the bustling city.

"The wheels of time are turning. The age of Crimson is coming, and there is very little that can stop it." With an amused smile Kintrist looked at the events unfolding down below. She's sure the other Celestial are starting to realize that another "Him" is being born.

Not that it mattered. Their Jobs are to monitor the world. The amount of interference that they were allowed to do was little. So The Goddess of Time did nothing as she saw some futures dissappear and more devastating ones take their place. The next major turning point is coming soon, and she was very interested in what the final outcome will be.
