The crimson princess

100 years

Pov General,

Back to the present,

A Grim Reaper was kneeling before a figure with a skeletal face. This figure was Hades, the god of the underworld and brother of Zeus.

Hades: "So, you’re telling me that no matter the method, the wound this devil inflicted on my brother won’t heal?"

Grim Reaper: "Yes, Hades-sama."

Hades: "You may go now."

Once the Grim Reaper left, Hades sank deep into thought.

Hades: "I knew she would grow stronger over time, but I didn’t expect it to be like this. I must intervene, or my plans will be ruined by someone like her."

Time skip.

Reader: "It was worth returning to the present just to skip a few paragraphs later."

Author: "I had to at least introduce the new arc that’s coming."

Pov General,

Many half-humans were present for one of the greatest events in their community. But there were also two or three devils and fallen angels who had been invited by Dia to attend.

This event marked the 100th anniversary of Dia and Sera's existence.

Dia had planned a huge feast and invited people whose presence would ensure the event wasn’t boring.

At this moment, everyone was mingling with a glass in hand, waiting for the star of the event to arrive.

Suddenly, the lights dimmed, and a powerful, noble piece of music began to play. (Music: Sarabande by Handel)

All eyes turned toward the approaching figures. Leading the group was Dia, holding Sera’s hand. They moved with such grace that everyone mistook them for goddesses.

Behind them were Joyce and Findell, the daughters of Dia and Rimuru, who had grown up quite a bit.

Both daughters were beautiful women, but Findell stood out more, with a larger chest than her twin.

Behind Dia’s daughters was their second mother, Rimuru Eucus, who, as usual, was dressed as a maid. Despite Dia’s efforts to bring Rimuru to walk beside her during the parade, Rimuru refused, citing her maid duties.

In reality, if Grayfia wasn’t her rival, Rimuru would have walked beside her mistress, but she wanted to prove to the other maid that she was the better one.

Following them were the other members of Dia and Sera’s peerage.

Many people recognized Milim, but they weren’t prepared to see Aurora among the group either.

Aurora had recently become Sera’s Bishop. Initially, she wanted to be Dia’s Bishop, but Dia refused, saying she preferred having a healer in that position.

Once she arrived at the center of the stage, Dia began her speech.

Dia: "I thank you all for coming to celebrate this anniversary for me and my wife. I’ve experienced many things I never would have believed in my early years. At first, I only wanted to master my power over POD and become strong, but I ended up becoming the leader of this faction, which still has no name. I thank all the important people in my life for making these 100 years wonderful, and I hope the next 100 years will be just as great."

Dia’s powers had developed to the point where she could play a concert with over 100 instruments while simultaneously doing another activity without being disturbed by her control of the instruments.

At this moment, the music the guests were hearing was being played on instruments created by Dia's powers.

She first went to see her family and that of her beloved before heading to meet her brother and the other two Satans.

Sirzechs: "I can’t stay long. The devils’ conflicts over proving their superiority just keep escalating."

Dia: "There might be a way to make them fight each other without it resulting in death."

Ajuka: "Why not ask Tiamat to create a sub-space where they could fight without real danger?"

Falbium: "That could even turn into an event if that’s the case. But we’d need her agreement, and you know she can be quite fiery."

Dia: "You want me to ask Scathach-sensei to convince her? After all, the dinner of the 10 strongest is coming up soon."

Sirzechs: "That’s a good idea, but I’m not sure it would help us with this. We’d need to add some attraction to the fight. Why not have them battle in front of an audience?"

Falbium: "Why not include their peerages too? The strength of a devil isn’t just in their own power but also in their ability to control their peerage."

Sera: "A peerage duel would be interesting. It could be like a chess match."

We agreed to discuss this type of fight more later, as we still had other people to greet.

In principle I would have liked it to be the 100th chapter but I had no inspiration to write and make the 100th
