The Baron’s NTR System: Bonds to Break, Hearts to Claim

Chapter 10: Threesome - I

Kael sat in his study, the faint glow of the NTR system screen illuminating his face.

The recent acquisitions of new skills had left him feeling invincible, his power over those around him growing with every passing day.

Dominance Aura had already proven its effectiveness, and the potential of Web of Desire was tantalizing.

Yet, even in this moment of triumph, the system decided to disrupt his thoughts with its familiar sound.

Kael blinked, rereading the quest twice to ensure he hadn't misunderstood.

His hand instinctively rubbed his temple as he leaned back in his chair. "You're joking," he muttered, his tone laced with disbelief.

The system's voice, smooth and unbothered, responded. "I don't joke, Kael. This is an essential step in cementing your dominance and uniting your closest allies. Their devotion to you must be absolute and intertwined."

Kael exhaled sharply, standing from his chair and pacing the room. "Mila and Lysara? Together? They're completely different. How am I supposed to pull that off without turning them against each other or me?"

"You have the tools," the system replied, a faint note of amusement in its tone. "Use them. Web of Desire will create the foundation. Emotion Amplifier will ensure their feelings align. And your natural charisma, now enhanced by the system, will do the rest."

Kael stopped pacing, his gaze hardening.

He had faced challenges before some more outrageous than others but this was on another level.

Mila, sweet and devoted, would likely hesitate out of modesty. Lysara, calculating and independent, would see through any shallow attempts.

It would take precision, subtlety, and careful application of his skills to make this work.

"Fine," Kael said, his voice steady. "Let's see how far I can push them."

The next morning, Kael found Mila in the manor's kitchen, quietly humming to herself as she prepared the day's meals.

Her golden hair fell in soft waves over her shoulders, and the serene expression on her face reminded him why she had been his first conquest.

She was warm, gentle, and completely devoted to him a stark contrast to Lysara's sharp, commanding presence.

"Mila," Kael called, his voice calm but firm.

She turned, her face lighting up at the sight of him. "My lord! I wasn't expecting you so early."

Kael stepped closer, his gaze soft but intent. "I wanted to speak with you. It's... important."

Mila's expression shifted, concern flickering in her eyes.

She wiped her hands on her apron, standing straighter. "Of course. What is it?"

Kael activated Emotion Amplifier, subtly intensifying the warmth and trust she felt toward him.

He saw her posture relax slightly, her lips curving into a small smile.

"You've been everything I could ask for," Kael began, his tone genuine. "Your loyalty, your care it means more to me than you know. But I've been thinking about... us."

Mila's cheeks flushed, and she glanced down shyly. "Us, my lord?"

Kael nodded, stepping closer. "I want to strengthen our bond. To share something deeper. And that includes... bringing others into our circle."

Her brow furrowed slightly, but Kael activated Web of Desire, weaving a connection between her feelings of loyalty to him and her respect for Lysara.

He saw the subtle shift in her expression, the hesitation giving way to curiosity.

"Lysara?" Mila asked softly, her voice tentative.

Kael reached out, brushing a strand of hair from her face. "She's been by my side, just as you have. She's strong, capable, and loyal. I trust her as I trust you. And I believe the three of us could share something... unique."

Mila's cheeks turned a deeper shade of red, but she didn't pull away.

Her gaze flicked up to his, filled with uncertainty but also a faint spark of intrigue.

"I... I don't know," she murmured. "It's... different."

Kael leaned closer, his voice low and soothing. "I wouldn't ask this if I didn't believe it would bring us closer. Think about it, Mila. We're stronger together."

Her lips parted as if to protest, but she hesitated, her eyes searching his. Finally, she nodded faintly. "I'll think about it, my lord."

Kael smiled, brushing his thumb across her cheek. "That's all I ask."

Later that day, Kael found Lysara in the training yard, overseeing drills with the guards.

She carried herself with her usual authority, her sharp eyes catching every misstep and mistake.

Kael watched her for a moment before stepping forward.

"Lysara," he called.

She turned, her expression softening slightly when she saw him. "My lord. To what do I owe the pleasure?"

Kael motioned for her to follow him. "Walk with me. There's something I need to discuss."

She raised an eyebrow but complied, falling into step beside him as they moved toward the manor gardens.

Once they were alone, Kael activated Web of Desire, weaving a subtle connection between her loyalty to him and the faint respect she harbored for Mila.

He saw the faint flicker of curiosity in her eyes as they walked.

"You've been invaluable to me, Lysara," Kael began. "More than just an aide. You're my most trusted ally."

Lysara smirked faintly. "I appreciate the sentiment, my lord. But I suspect there's more to this than compliments."

Kael chuckled. "You know me too well. Yes, there's more. I've been thinking about strengthening the bonds between those closest to me. Ensuring absolute trust and loyalty."

"And you mean...?" Lysara prompted, her tone careful.

Kael stopped walking, turning to face her. "You and Mila. I want the two of you to share in what we've built. To strengthen each other, as you've strengthened me."

Lysara's eyes narrowed slightly, suspicion flickering across her face. "You're suggesting something... unorthodox."

"I'm suggesting something bold," Kael corrected. "Something that unites us. You and Mila both mean more to me than I can express. This isn't about loyalty or duty it's about trust. Connection."

Lysara studied him, her sharp gaze searching his face.

Kael activated Emotion Amplifier, heightening the curiosity and intrigue she already felt.

He saw her shoulders relax slightly, her lips curving into a small, thoughtful smile.

"You always have a way of making the impossible sound reasonable," she said dryly.

Kael smirked. "I prefer to think of it as making the improbable inevitable."

Lysara let out a soft laugh, shaking her head. "I'll admit, I'm curious. But this is a... complicated request."

"I wouldn't ask if I didn't believe in it," Kael said earnestly. "Think about it, Lysara. Trust me."

She sighed, crossing her arms. "I'll consider it. But don't expect me to agree without conditions."

Kael's smirk widened. "I wouldn't expect anything less."
