Having finished their lunch, the four of them went to the outer district. Of course, even if it was still called the outer district, it no longer looked like the slum that it was before.

Clean roads, neat houses, markets, numerous high class establishments, and buildings still under construction. Looking at the place, nobody would be able to say that the area used to be the unhygienic and dirty outer district.

The moment Delicia laid her eyes on it, she fell in love. The house in front of them was a fortified stone house with a sloped room design. It had two storeys and arched windows framed in brass.

There was a small courtyard garden filled with wild grass and plants in the front. However, once one starts taking care of it, it will no doubt transform into a beautiful garden.

"I already like it!!" Delicia muttered even before they saw the interior of the house.

"Please keep making the decision after you see the interior," Saying that, she led everyone inside the house.

As a newly built house, it did not have any furnishings. However, the walls, floor, and the making of the house spoke for themselves. There was a large entry door, modest halls, quite a few rooms, and it was packed with all the necessities and functions one would need to live here.

The kitchen was neither too big nor too small, just enough. It had two bathrooms and toilets on each floor and had 24X7 water supply.

In front of the entrance, Reinhardt turned towards them and aksed "So what have you guys decided?"

Delicia and Karl looked at each other. The one to speak first was the husband.

"I-Is the rent really only 2 silver coins per month?" The house had so many facilities and was so much bigger than the one they had back in the village, that he had difficulty believing the rent was in silver coins.

Reinhardt smiled, he glanced at Melissa for a second and nodded. Of course, there is no way such a big house with so many functions and utilities was just for silver coins.
