The Adventures of an Overpowered Knight in Another World

Chapter 216- Threesome With The Girls & The Eavesdropping Delicia

"Well, it's a similar case with you. You have your own strength that is unique to you and only you. I'm sure you are somewhat aware of it. Holy Knight Marcus told me what you did back then during the mission to clear the monsters"...

"If you can realise your own thread of truth and come to your own unique enlightenment, then I'm sure that something within your soul will awaken".

Reinhardt pressed his fist on the boy's chest. After that, he was gone. Like a breeze, he came and left.

Kevin touched the area where the Commander just fist bumped him. Immediately, a warm feeling started to surface from that place and spread to his heart. The world that had suddenly become dark and gloomy for him started to shine down with rays of light again.

"Strength that is only unique to me and only me." His eyes inadvertently went towards the sword kept neatly by his side. This sword that was a keepsake for him by his master, was the only unique thing about him.

Thinking about it, in the previous mission there was something strange about this sword. Not only did it start talking, but it also showed him unique visions.

Could it be that the commander was telling him to master the strength that was within his grasp rather than aim for something that was unreachable? As dull as the squire was, even he could realise that Reinhardt was trying to bring him to an epiphany.

"Skill… unique strength… let's try it."

And so, for the first time in a long while, the boy changed his approach. Instead of mindlessly pursuing after a power that was out of his reach, he started focusing more on himself, what he had, and the strength that was unique to him.

The morning of the next day, the knights gathered on the training ground to practice their skills.

"I'm sorry. I said too much yesterday, Commander".

Standing in front of Reinhardt and bowing her head in apology was Gwen. After she saw the scene last night and overheard their talks, she realised that their Commander was not trying to discourage Kevin but instead trying to show him the reality and get him to walk the right path.

"Well, don't worry about it, I do not even remember what you said back then… is what I would like to say. However, there are strict rules for talking back to your superiors in the Temple of Light. Squire Gwen, you will stay back for practice for three hours more than the rest of the squad for this entire week. Do you have anything to say in return?"

Reinhardt handed out her punishment.

"No!" Gwen shook her head. And so, she was dismissed and got back to practising with the squad just like usual.

No, it would be wrong to say that it was like usual as there was a certain boisterous voice that gave everyone energy, was missing during the practice.

Kevin did not show his face, nor did he appear for his knightly duties. It was as if the boy had disappeared from the city. Except for a few, nobody knew where he was and what he was doing.

.

The time was of the afternoon, after finishing his date with Karina, he headed for his mansion. On his way, he noticed a unique establishment being built. If his memories served correctly, he remembered reading about the thing being built in one of the documents he signed a couple of weeks ago.

Once this thing starts, it will bring more traffic and commerce to the Snowpoint City. Though for now, it still remained a distant prospect.

Having finished with his work for the day, he headed for the last task in his schedule. The Village Chief and his wife were already waiting for him inside the room.

Without needing to repeat himself, he immediately began the treatment. Of course, since he had already purged most of the infesting demonic energy within the wife's body, he did not have to go to extremes like he did yesterday.

This time, he only gave her a family friendly treatment with the husband present inside the room.

Of course, even though he said it was family friendly, as it was a treatment that required skin contact, sometimes it was inevitable that his hands would end up in front of her sensitive areas, slightly touch over her mounds, and evoke stifled moans from her.

While all this happened, from the sidelines, Karl watched with bated breath at the treatment that he couldn't watch till the end yesterday.

Seeing her squirm and scream like that, he thought that she was in a lot of pain and couldn't help but encourage her to hang on. That said, even then, his wife continued to scream, her skin and body temperature rising to the point where her clothes became drenched with her sweat.

Reinhardt finished his treatment right before it could get any dangerous. He got up, told her about the instructions she needed to follow before exiting the room.

As today was supposed to be a light treatment to stimulate the curse resting deep within her sequale to be removed in the final treatment, he did not have to go overboard. However, this was not known to Delicia, who looked at his departing figure with regret and insatiable thirst.

She was just starting to enjoy this feeling when suddenly he stopped. It was like she was enjoying a delicacy, enjoying its appetizers; however, just when she was about to start tasting the main dish, she was denied of it.

The taste it left in her mouth was extremely bitter.

"Delicia, are you alright? Are you hurting somewhere? Did the governor heal you right? If you are still feeling unwell, you need to tell me without keeping it to yourself like before."

Karl spoke something from the side, but she was unable to register any of that. All of her focus right now was on the man who had left through the door.
