The Adeptus Custodes(DC)

Now that Justinian had accomplished his main reason for coming to Marvel in the first place, he didn't feel like sticking around. What he had done to achieve his current level of power had been loud, and he was almost sure several powerful beings were watching him at this moment. 

As such, rather than risk himself, his fleet, and forces he decided to call for a total retreat. He hadn't forgotten about Tiamut under his feet in the core of Earth, but he could always take the Celestial after he acquired The Unmaker. 

That machine was made of such a powerful alloy and it could destroy the Mystic Energy of Doctor Strange and Chaos Magic of Wanda. It took the Living Tribunal to deactivate it the first time and by adding it to his already upgraded armor, he would be the owner of one of the powerful armor sets. 

However, the return to DC came first so he ordered a complete fallback. After he gave the order to return, his Space Marines, Krorks, Tyranids, Psian Jackels, Tempestus Scions, Kryptonians, and Eldar returned to their void ships. 

One after the other, his ships began to return to Mars, and with them was the entire population of this Earth. Some individuals were more important than others including Tony Stark, Bruce Banner, Steve Rogers, Black Panther, and several others individuals. 

Hela on the other hand remained with Justinian, and his Honor Guard while the rest of his forces returned through the portal. She was, however, now untied as she was far too weak to cause trouble. 

As she watched the massive fleet make it through the portal she looked up at 20-foot Justinian. She was still missing all the teeth on her right side, but that changed when she was about to open her mouth. 

Justinian waved his hand at her and before she could realize it, her teeth were back.

"There you are, talking with that injury would be annoying. Now, what did you want to say."

She rubbed her face now that her teeth were back before asking her question. 

"So where are all those ships off to?" 

He answered this as he planned to have her fight wars just like she did for Odin, but for him.

"They are returning to our home, in another reality. I came here to this one to make myself stronger and I succeeded. Now that my goal is complete my forces are returning to our home. We will return to this reality someday, but not now." 

She decided to remind him of something important. 

"If we go to your home reality, my power will weaken. I draw my power from Asgard and if I am away from it I will become much weaker." 

Justinian couldn't have that happen as he wanted her to use her power. Plus, he had an idea of how to still take her with him. 

"Then I will simply take all of Asgard and the Nine Realms with me. I did need to create a true afterlife for my soldiers and I can use Valhalla as a core. With that, the souls of my troops will be mine and mine alone." 

As he said, the very last ship returned to Mars, so he waved his hand and destroyed the gate by transmuting it into sand. With the gate on the Marvel side destroyed the portal was now maintained just by the DC side. 

Now, he could take a risk and try to go to Earth-80763 to get the Unmaker, or he could return to DC. After thinking about it, he made up his mind to leave the Unmaker for a later time. 

He had just reached his current level of power and while he was confident he preferred to allow himself time to adjust and consolidate his holdings in DC. With the gateway destroyed, Justinian began to step toward it. 

"Come, let us leave." 

His Honor Guard, wives, and Hela began to follow him as he walked toward the portal. One after another all 50 of them crossed leaving just Justinian and Hela on the Marvel side. 

He looked down at the Asgardian Death Goddess before he made his move. He tapped his spear on the surface of Earth as his Aether surged into the weapon. A wave of crimson black energy enveloped the entire universe. 

He raised his left hand and he began to rework the entire universe. He undid all the damage that he caused, but he took all of The Yggdrasil and the Nine Realms that connected them. These included, Asgard, Jotunheim, Svartalfheim, Vanaheim, Muspelheim. Niflheim, and Alfheim. 

He took them all and he contained them into a tiny pocket dimension no bigger than the palm of his hand. At the same time, he plundered well over 100 trillion souls from across the universe. 

He took them from thousands of species which would all be ingredients to create two Philosopher Stone. This was a massive haul so after reworking reality to fix the damage, he didn't delay any longer. 

In that same move, he dragged the gestating Tiamut in the core with him which he stored in a self-contained pocket Dimension for later research. He dragged Hela alongside him through the portal back into DC and when he did he closed the portal. On the other side, his power caused the entire universe to reset back to the point before he arrived to plunder it. 

What happened after that Justinian didn't care, but when he arrived back onto the surface of Mars he released a breath he had been holding. Hela next to him braced to feel weaker, but that didn't happen. 

Since her power was still connected to Asgard which was taken alongside the Yggdrasil she was fine. She breathed out in relief before looking back up at Justinian. 

"What happens now?" 

He looked down at Hela before he smiled. He was much more expressive now as he broke down many of his emotional restraints.

"Now, is the time to consolidate power. A war is going to start at any moment and I can be sure you will have great fun." 

As he said this, his wives and his Honor Guard gathered around him. He looked down into his right hand where he was holding the nine realms with the exception of Nividellier which was in his pocket dimension or Earth as he already had one. 

"Now, observe as I use this power for my Imperium." 

He surged a titanic amount of Aether into the small pocket dimension before he tossed it into the air. In an explosion of energy, the dimension burst apart releasing the Yggdrasil he took with him. It wasn't a real tree, but rather an energy field that connected every realm of the nine realms. 

Under his control, he fused Asgard with Mars while connecting every single planet in his Imperium to the energy field. At the same moment, he set up the other realms, Jotunheim, Svartalfheim, Vanaheim, Muspelheim, Niflheim, Nidavellir, and Alfheim in this galaxy. 

As he fused Asgard with Mars, he preserved Valhalla which was the afterlife of all Asgardians. Of course, he would change its name to be something unique for his people as it would be their After Life. 

As the Yggdrasil connected every planet in his Imperium, he set it up to transfer the souls of the dead to 'Valhalla' which was going to be renamed. He also connected the tree to the Psychic Network which would allow him and Erda to watch the entire Imperium. 

The core of this World Tree was going to be his Crystal Throne which he began to upgrade. Small parts of his Necrodermis armor fell off his armor before they fused with the Throne along with his Aether. 

This caused the crystal making up the throne to turn nearly pitch black with crimson energy running through it. He raised his spear into the air as his power surged through the World Tree as he finished connecting each planet to it. 

He could see it, the many 'branches' and 'roots' of the tree connected the planets of his Empire. Once again he teleported his Honor Guard and Hela into his Throne Room. When he got there, Erda, Eldora, and Leginstrasse were waiting. 

He was going to address them, but first, he walked toward his throne which he was going to still call the Crystal Throne. The throne began to grow to suit his new size at 20 feet, but he could always shrink at will like always. 

The moment he sat himself down, a titanic burst of Aether flowed through the world tree feeding its growth. Meaning that Mars was the core of this World Tree and the core of his influence. As for Valhalla, the Asgardian Afterlife, he set it up as a pocket dimension where those who worshiped him would go when they died. 

As for Hel, it was going to be the place he sent those who betrayed him or the souls of his enemies. When he was done, he tapped his spear on the ground as his work of setting up the Yggdrasil was complete. 

The Energy Field that connected his Imperium would protect it from the influence of other gods, protect the souls of his people, and keep the planets of his domain protected. As he fused Asgard with Mars, and Erda was the living consciousness of Mars it meant Hela would draw her power from Erda. 

This meant that Hela was instantly feeling far more power flowing into her than before. Of course, as the home planet of his Imperium, it had to be special so he began to upgrade the leylines running through Mars. 

The leylines flowed with Divine and Psychic Energy and it was the only planet in the Imperium to do so. Plus, Erda as the soul of Mars had a direct connection to Justinian which meant she now had access to his Aether. 

Rather than let the process be gradual, he directly began to replace the Divine and Psychic Energy flowing through the leylines of Mars with pure Aether. Erda who had her soul in the core of Mars began to feel as the leylines began flowing with this much stronger energy.

Mars and Earth now named Terra were now going to be the only planets in the entire Imperium to directly flow with Aether. This was because Erda to connect Earth to herself had fused part of her soul into the core of Earth. 

As the leylines began surging with Aether, Erda's soul in the core began feeding on this power. This caused her soul to start growing in strength as she would need to be to manage the World Tree. 

Justinian managed the change to make sure that Erda was alright, but she raised a hand to him. He stopped helping her as she closed her eyes and raised her hands. 

'Justinian, you underestimate me if you think I can't handle this on my own, but a girl expects a reward if I keep doing this for you.'

He leaned back into his throne as he cut all his support for her. As he did, Erda who was probably his strongest servant since was the literal soul of his planet got to work. He watched as she took control of all the Aether flowing through her leylines which were effectively her magic pathways. 

Through her soul shard fused to Terra, she also managed the switch in the leylines of Terra. He expected the process to take a while and be gradual, through Erda's control Aether surged throughout Mars and Terra. 

Both planets would completely evolve under the pressure of this new energy that Justinian had created for himself. Erda finished this with a bang as her mind flowed through the World Tree as she watched every single planet in the Imperium. 

Her avatar didn't change at all, only that her hair seemed more radiant, her eyes took on something similar to Justinian rather than gold. With a wave of her hand, she vanished and appeared on the lap of Justinian. 

He looked down at Erda who was still extremely attractive, like a goddess. 

"I'm finished. Of course, my soul and power will rise as I adapt, but the transfer from Divine and Psychic Energy to Aether is complete." 

He smiled as he looked down at the Avatar of Erda. 

"Well done." 

She smiled at the praise, so she stood up. 

"You can praise me later, that was still difficult so I am going to take a few days to acclimate."

As she said that, she released her avatar as she returned to the center of Mars and by extension Terra. Of course, since Asgard was now connected to Mars, Hela would also grow much stronger as she would draw her power from Aether which meant her power would be tied to Justinian. 

This way she would serve as his executioner just as she did for Odin. She didn't know how to feel about that, but she just hoped he would be a better master than her Father was. 

For now, she decided to observe Justinian as she got to know him. The first thing he did however was call his daughter to his side. 

"Leginstrasse, come here please." 

When he first created her, he didn't consider her his real daughter, but he decided that would need to change. He had many things to do, but family came first.
