The Adaptive Quincy of Bleach

As Sora floated there in the sky, looking quite angelic, he looked at himself and said.

"Holy shit, it works,"

Shunsui listening to this realized that this was possibly the first ever time that Sora had used this state.

"Since you were nice enough to tell me about your Shikai ability, let me tell you how this state came to be," Sora said calmly.

"I am all ears," Shunsui said, feeling in the mood to stall as by now everyone in the Seireitei had seen the little light show that Sora had made.

Speaking of which....the captain who hadn't achieved Shikai nor Bankai, the captain of the 11 division, a man who saw smoke and ran toward it, could be seen with a grin on his face.

Earlier that week, he had faced a decently strong orange hair shinigami, after the boy had beaten him.

He had mentioned something about the strongest in their group being a certain silver-haired Quincy.

Noticing the way the Reishi in Soul Society seemed to be drawn to that spot, the smoke demon knew exactly where to go.

With a demonic smile on his face, the man rushed there, the fades were not going to run away from him.

Somewhere else in the Seireitei, Gin could be seen looking at the wonderful light show, he had that same smile on his face.

"My, My, glad I did not have to face him, he probably would have killed me"

His gaze then turned to Hinamori running inside Central 46.

Speaking of getting killed...

Somewhere in front of squad 1.

An Old man could be seen, his gaze landed on the show.

This was the work of a Quincy that he was sure of, with the death of Captain Aizen, this Ryoka was the most likely subject.

He would not tolerate a Quincy to destroy the soul society he helped maintain.

His spiritual pressure seems to come to life, as this old man seems to be ready to add another Quincy kill to his belt.

Somewhere else across the Seireitei, a gentle-looking woman with braided hair could be seen looking at the huge burst of spiritual pressure, she had never felt this pressure before, it felt different.

That itch in her chest began to rise again, however, she had grown used to those urges, and she had grown used to how to best suppress them.

She had soul reapers to heal, however, if the enemy were to say, appear in front of her.....

Back to Sora...

He felt scared....as if the worst-case scenario had come true.

He had decided to in fact not tell Shunsui about it and instead just rush the man, using all of his power from the get-go in order to rush Shunshui.

Sparks could be seen flying everywhere.

"I am in a rush," He said clashing with Shunsui, while in this state, his adaptation was...a lot...faster, we speaking like comparing a snail to a cheetah.

Maybe that was a bit of a hyperbole, however, that was the truth in his opinion, he got hit once by Shunsui's sword, and now he was immune to this man's ability.

Using the residue of Shunsui blade Reiryoku that was left in Sora's body after the cut, he adapted even faster than before.

Sora was in no mood to drag this fight for any longer than he had to.

He Pivoted sharply and delivered a powerful kick to Shunsui's chest, the blow was hard enough to send the captain hurtling backward.

Before the captain could recover, much less even try to use Shunpo in order to avoid what was coming next. He noticed that he had landed right next to a previously thrown Ginto.

And before he could even act, he was in chains, they coiled around him like snakes, the more he resisted the more he felt his Reiryoku being drained.

This boy's fighting style was practically an optimization of all Quincy's skills, Shunsui wondered if every Quincy had this fighting style and were not as rigid as they were how strong they would be....he felt a shiver go down his spine...bad thoughts.

As he looked up, Sora pulled out his blicky....huh, he had two of them now, fun.

Both of them were pointed at Shunsui, he had a rather calm expression on his face.

"I am sorry for what happened next" He muttered, and that just confirmed Shunsui's hunch, if the boy could, he would rather fight anyone here altogether, he was just here for Rukia, and Shunsui just so happened to be in his way.

"Sturmregen," he intoned, his voice carrying an undeniable finality.

The second those words left his lips, all of the Reishi around them, within a 100 feet radius completely vanished, absorbed by Sora.

As he released it at the man, the only thing Shunsui could say was, "well fuck."

"Hadō #88. Hiryū Gekizoku Shinten Raihō"

Deciding to meet his attack head-on, as this was all he could do really, he watched in amazement as all of the Reishi making up his spell was completely absorbed by Sora's attack.

Well...this was going to leave a mark.

*KABOOM*

After the attack landed, the battlefield grew quiet, it got too quiet....a second later, the ground beneath them behind trembling, and cracks radiated outwards like a spiderweb.

When the light eventually faded, the aftermath was clear.

The whole area was left barren, completely devoid of any Reishi.

It was unnatural.

The Seireitei was established on the foundation of Reishi, with its very fabric interwoven with spiritual particles. Yet, here was a zone completely devoid of it—an empty space where Reishi simply did not exist.

To put this into perspective, imagine a math question, you do the question and find that mark has -1 apple, you know that this is wrong as something stupid like a negative one apple could not possibly exist.

A negative of something could not physically exist..... in the human world, when this move is used, the effects are minor since the human world is mostly made of Kishi.....

However...in the soul society, a place completely made of Reishi, something like a negative Reishi zone could not possibly exist.

Sora had created an Aberration, something that should not exist....

Now, tell me, what do you think happens, when such an error appears in the world, the answer to that question is simple....

The world tries to fix it....by filling the area with negative Reishi, full of Reishi in order to make sure that everything went back to normal.

However, such an effect is not gentle..... Sora watched as all of the surrounding Reishi began pouring into the void with such ferocity, that he almost felt bad for Shunsui...key word here, almost.

The second all the Reishi came pouring in...absorbing all the Ginto that were thrown around the battlefield.

Sora decided to set off all of them.

*KABOOM*

Shunsui would survive it, that he was sure, now to deal with the old man that was coming toward him.

Deciding to act quickly, as while he was still in this negative Reishi zone, he could not really be sensed.

He created a Seelenbild clone... and made sure the clone kept all of the Reishi and the whole power up.

He decided to take the clone straight to where the prison was, giving the influence he was trying to rescue his friend who was in jail.

Meanwhile, he made his way toward Rukia, using the new adaptation he got from Shunsui, he moved into the shadows, and he would save Rukia.
