"House Arrest"

This was the punishment decided by the council for me. Not exactly in my mind but still, it looks like they sure didn't want to traumatize me any more than I was already according to them.

I was chained and taken to a remote mansion in a random village. As the guardsmen opened the cloth that was guarding my sight. I looked at the room with the necessary things like a bookshelf a bed and a bathroom attached to it.

I went and laid down on the bed as I assessed my situation. I was supposed to be arrested and taken to jail but due to much pressure, they placed me in this room. Well, being rich sure has its perks.

"What am I supposed to do now?" I finally questioned myself. Now that I got myself a bit of a stable position what am I supposed to do?

I took a deep breath as I felt the heavy air being drawn to my lungs. First, let's arrange our info about this place or world. So I remember reading till the part where Arthur presumedly dies but is alive in the artifact tombs... What were they relic tombs yeah they were Relic Tomb. So, I got info about the story till that with a large percentage being skipped because of my laziness to not read the war arc properly. I Skipped that part with only the detail that Arthur was weak as hell. If the Mc is weak what the hell will I do I'm a freaking dead villain... Who has gained immense hatred from the MC.

Secondly, is the boy Arthur as soon as he returns after getting trained by Asuras his first target won't be anyone else other than yours truly. Seriously, I'm dumb as hell... Maybe I'm just overthinking considering his personality he might just not do it... Maybe.

Lastly, I need to find some cigarettes. It isn't like I'm addicted or anything I just wanna clear my mind and get things running.

So these are the current situations and problems... To solve all of these except for the last one I do have an idea about it.

(About swords or any other weapons. He inherited Lucas's skills so he got some magic understanding and some sword training. Other than that Lucien had a degree in every close combat weapon on Earth.)

I sat up on the bed and poured water into the glass on the table beside the bed. It's better I mean way better. Now for a while let's start some training. I'll be here for a month. Now during this time I need some improvements in the body and also shatter the mana core and then reform it somehow. I don't know if it will even reform. If it doesn't then I'm sorry I'll just live the rest of my life as an NPC.

I turned myself into a sitting lotus position a position used for meditations. I did a lot of them in my previous life as I needed to seduce a senior officer who used to do it. So I joined the Yoga.

So let's first find my little core. I tried focusing but even after my third try, I wasn't able to get anything.

Finally, I got a glimpse of my core shattering like glass each second now let's try to accelerate this I do have a method in mind but will it work?

I wiped away the beads of sweat formed on my forehead. I looked at my clothes which were soaking wet with sweat.

I tried sitting up but it looks like I sure exhausted myself out.
