Tang San’s Twin Sister

Chapter 21

"Don't, don't you dare pity me!" she cursed forst thing, the words bursting out of her and took a step backward, "so what kind of spirit beast is suitable for me?"

"You cannot cultivate your blades, never do so if you want to live; in reality, I cannot recommend you any spirit ring with a good conscience, but I believe that being a control spirit master with a spirit ring from a four to five-hundred-year-old spirit beast of the snake family may be the most suitable."

He said, and Tang Yin understood. "Honestly, it is a bad idea for you to become a spirit master; you can lead a relatively everyday life for the next fifteen or twenty years; it is a safe option. Becoming a Spirit Master is a double-edged sword; you may become stronger, or if you can't keep the growing speed up, kill yourself even faster then your condition would. "

"No, I would live a shadow of life; I would lose who I am, and my memories are a huge part of that. I would rather die a faster death and gamble than die peacefully as a shadow of myself." Tang Yins desicion standing firm. Live hard die fast. She stopped and took a deep breath. "I will live and die as Tang Yin, not as a mockery of myself."

"I understand.", The Grandmaster closed his eyes, and Tang Yin turned back and left, seeing Ning Feng enter after her.

The others waited too.

"What did he say?" Yu Hua asked, and Tang San noticing her anger, hugged her. It somehow was so damn frustrating for her, and she always comforted herself that she had already lived over twenty years and would technically die as the youngest-looking forty-something-year-old; it was a bit running from reality, and now she would lose her memories; this was so damn frustrating how was she supposed to continue seeing it positively.

She snorted to her brother and complained, it was the only thing to vent her frustration on right now. "Nothing, I didn't know; hey, you will get killed by your own spiritual power. Are you sure it is a gamble, hey you are losing your memories, most likely, and he could be right.", her voice was a symphony of sarcasm though it was unfair to let out her bad mood and frustration at the others. Especially if they only had a gist of why she was behaving such. "Sorry, I shouldn't have said that, it's just frustration talking."

Tang San hugged her, and she stared at him; he was not a touchy-feely person. For him to hug her like this, she had to look bad. "Cry, cry all you want.", he said, and she felt her tears welling up. The others made a quick beeline for the back of the room, leaving them to themselves.

"I don't wanna die again, and I don't wanna lose my memories about my family and everyone else back in my world; this is so damn unfair; why couldn't things go the damn comfy way for once."

She hugged him and felt how her dark thoughts left her, and taking a deep breath, she shook her head and decided to quit whining and being frustrated. "I am gonna kick that damn destiny and logic into the stratosphere, vaporize, no atomize it.", she grumbled and huffed. It was not like herself to be depressed; it was useless; if life gave you lemons, make lemonade out of them, and hell, she would make the sweetest juice.

"You can come again; I'm done having a meltdown." She announced, much to the amusement of everyone else.

"Can I have a mini-meltdown now, too?" Yu Hua asked.

"You already had yours!" Gale and Damian responded to the so uncommon phrase of Yu Hua as Ning Feng left the room, and Damian entered with Gale.

"We will make him fear us!" Damian proudly announced.
Bang.

The door was shut loudly.

Five minutes later, Gale and Damian left the side office with bright smiles and a sheet of rolled, slightly sparkly gold Paper in hand. Behind them, the Grandmaster left a bit pale and looking defeated. Now that was interesting. What had those two done in these five minutes?

The Grandmaster signed as he looked into the round of people.
"We will meet again in three days at the entrance; please keep a low profile until then. If anyone should come after you in any way or trouble is caused, please inform me, and I will do my best to help." With that, he wanted to leave but stopped shortly, "Ah, I arranged homework over there; it will help me to judge your level; I will collect it by tomorrow."

A colossal stack of Paper towered on the table he pointed at.
All that?
