Chapter 2: Ascension
The hooded man keeps walking under the blazing red hot sun in the planet closest to the sun without a moment's stop for rest, food or even water.
The planet sees no nights due to it's proximity to the sun, time passes with no indication as the sun stands still in the planet's surface and the desert area stretches far with no end in sight.
The hooded man keeps walking as the day stretches, desert revealing more desert for what seems to be days before finally high above the sky appears a peak so tall it seems to touch the sun.
Without a moment's stop, the hooded man keeps walking towards the peak which still seems so far away.
The man walks until he finally arrives at a crossroad where the desert part ways with a field made of lava where on the other side is the peak he saw from afar which looking up close now is actually a large volcano that might deserve the title of largest volcano in the universe, without hesitation the man leaps right into the field of lava and falls knee deep into it.
The lava sizzles and erupts as he falls into it but he keeps walking trudging through the lava seemingly unhurt by it, the lava that clung to his body falling off slowly as they reveal the bandages wrapped around the man also unharmed. He continues trudging through the lava in the direction of the volcano.
As he reaches the halfway point of the lava, the volcano being closer than ever four huge monsters made of lava and rock rise from below, they growl in the hooded man's direction who doesn't stop even as he notices them, one of the monsters leaps from the viscous lava with ease arms raised as he attacks the hooded man.
He raises his head as the monster nears with high speed he then leaps us to meet the monster head on mid air, the monster is stunned as his target is right in front of him and it tries to swing his arms to hit him but he doesn't get the chance as the man using both his hands clamps the monster's chest, fingers digging into the lava and earth as he punctures the monster's chest with his fingers with all his force rips the monster in half tearing it into two with the two halves of it's body falling into the lava.
The hooded man wastes no time when he lands as he goes after the other monsters rushing at him tearing them apart one after the other in quick succession, their bodies spraying sizzling lava as it crumbles and falls into the lava below. More lava monsters rise from below the lava but are each dismantled one after the other as fast as they appeared, Soon the lava field is once again silent as the hooded man stands in anticipation of any more monsters rising from the lava.
There are no more monsters rising from the lava again and the hooded man continues straight ahead to the volcano. When he finally reaches the volcano, he runs forward and leaps up high landing and grabbing hold of an edge on the volcano and hurling himself up once again as he goes up the volcano in quick pace. Reaching the halfway part he slows his pace considerably now straining to climb the volcano as the pressure and the heat grows to an unbearable degree.
He keeps climbing at a steady pace as the pressure and heat further increases, white smoke begins to pour out from his body as the bandages wrapped around him begin to light on fire, the man does not relent as he pushes forward climbing further nearing the top of the volcano, the man reaches the top and hurls himself up finally standing at the edge of the hot volcano erupting through each side.
The man walks toward the erupting volcano, his body fully lit on fire, his once white bandages burnt black as the heat of the sun and the volcano eat away at it slowly turning it to embers. The man unrelenting walks toward the center of the volcano and as he reaches the edge right before the volcano erupts jumps and dives in headfirst into the volcano.
There's no sound coming out in the field of lava once again apart from the constantly erupting volcano as it erupts time and time again, the sun stands still shining just above the planet as time passes without any indication. The volcano keeps erupting without any sign of stopping as what seems like hours pass.
The lava flowing slowly below the volcano starts sputtering as the ground shakes, the volcano follows suit shaking aggressively as the whole planet begins shaking, from the volcano to the lava field to the desert area right to the field where giant hammers are strewn across.
As the earthquake grows stronger shaking the planet fiercely, the volcano begins to crumble, cracks appearing all over as lava pours out from inbetween the cracks, rocks big and small fall from the volcano as the earthquake gets stronger and stronger and with a loud "boom" the volcano along with the area surrounding it blow up as a bright red hot flame rises up where the volcano once was getting brighter and brighter as it elevates into the sky, it rises far into the sky and continues rising into the heavens above, the flame breaks through the planet's orbit into the vast emptiness of space and rises high above the planet's giant sun.
The red crimson fire starts receding as the huge body of flames contorts and shapes itself, the huge flame shapes itself as it takes the form of a man standing tall still ablaze, he looks down below him where the hot sun stays still ablaze with a small planet hovering so close to it, under it's gaze the sun stirs as it ascends slowly leaving the planet behind as it builds considerable distance between it and the planet before it finally halts.
The planet stirs as it finally moves starting to circle the huge sun in the distance in slow fashion, behind it is the debris of other planets which have froze and others which crashed into stars due to loosing their orbit.
The blazing form of the man looks around at the space in front of him with only one planet completing it's orbit, without a word the form disperses completely as if it was never there, in the vast space where a lone planet continues to orbit the sun.
