As i am writing this, i just finished chapter 1, I'm pretty sure people are going to have some questions at some points of the chapter, so here is some background info to make easier sense of what is going on here.

More interested in the spiritual side of everything than the physical

He's 18 years old

He's 175 cm tall

It's fitter than the average one

Studious and very diligent

Just became aware of the spiritual side of the world

Intelligent and not as flexible and even if he doesn't want to do something he'll still do it

All he knew about the world was the physical side not really that aware of the spiritual but he is starting to walk his path of spirituality just before the whole SAO thing happened

Has more of an affinity with Earth, than water and fire, than wind(100,60,70,50)

Has long black-blue hair, verry deep black-blue eyes,has a dragon form an a hybrid one,has a long beard the same color as his hair(imagine very deep sea water that's almost black)

Umm idk maybe ageless, immortal,eternal(idk man he's a representation of an energy,for all I know he could even be a past live)

He's well wich height he want but I guess he'll be like 175-185cm idk depending on his mood?

He's as fit as he wants he's energy given form ffs

Interested more in the spiritual than physical but still cares somewhat about the physical
