"Phillip !!", Bassam and I shouted in surprise, I was thinking the vampire was going to be someone like Billy, it never crossed my mind that it would be someone like Phillip an halfling, altho Phillip and Billy were friends he was the weakest in the group and he get's scared quite easily , he almost never broke the school rules like his other friends .

"Do you guys know him ?" , Sam asked.

"Yeah" , "remember I said that I've been here before because of some vampires ??", I asked Sam.

"Yeah I do" , "Is he one of them ? ", Sam asked as his gaze moved from me to Phillip who remained where he was standing.

"Yeah he is one of them" , "he was turned alongside two others by their friend Billy who was the guy that accompanied the masked girl the other night", I explained to Sam.

"Oh I see !! , are you sure he's here alone ?, Sam said as he turned his gaze towards Phillip.

"I'm not sure but I think he's here alone" , I replied .

"Hey boy get away from him , he's not a good person !!",Jack shouted.

Phillip tilted his head as his gaze moved towards Jack , the boy hides his face behind Phillip.

"Seriously !! , are you that blind ??" , Bassam looks at Jack with disgust as he said.

"What's with the dirty look, he's a vampire and I'm trying to get the boy away from him so I can take him down" , Jack said.

"Are you that dumb can't you see the boy isn't scared of him , he feels kinda safe with him" , Bassam replied.

"Hmph!! , what do you know about vampires ?" , Jack asked .

"I know more than you do" , Bassam replied.

'I highly doubt that" , Jack hissed as he said .

"I highly doubt"...., Sam's voice interrupted Bassam's speech.

"You don't know much about vampires as we do" , Sam shakes his head as he said.

"What do you know that we don't", Bassam scoffed.

"Do you know vampires can compel people ?", Sam said.

You are joking right, how can a vampire compel a human!! , Bassam said with a slight frown on his face.

"Does it looks like I'm joking ??", Sam replied calmly.

"You are saying the boy is probably compelled by Phillip ??", Bassam asked with a deep frown on his face as his gaze moved towards Phillip who still remained at the same spot without moving.

"Nope I highly doubt that" , Sam replied .

"What's there to doubt, he's a vampire ?", Bassam frown deepen.

"No he is a halfling", I said to Bassam and Bassam's gaze moved towards Sam.

"That's right ,he's a halfling so he can't compel people only a full vampire can compel people", "so if the boy is compelled it's probably done by someone like that Billy" , Sam explained.

"So the boy is probably compelled but not by Phillip but maybe by Sam or the masked gir ?l", I asked.

"That's if he's compelled but I doubt if he is compelled", Sam shakes his head as he said.

"Hey why are you standing there like a statue for", Jack pointed at Phillip in anger and Phillip just looks at him without saying anything.

"Hey are you deaf or something ? !!" , Jack shouted at Phillip again who still remained silent and unmoving.

"Flaming be on guard for anything", I said to Flaming through our mental connection .

"Sure !!" , Flaming replied.

"What up with him ?", "why isn't he saying anything", Sam asked .

"I don't know !", I replied.

"Hey Phillip what do you want , why aren't you saying anything ? ,Bassam asked .

I was waiting for you guys to complete your discussion, since you guys are done , Phillip paused for a few seconds, I need your help .

"What did you just say !!' , Bassam asked as he looks at Phillip in surprise.

Phillip sighed and he repeated , "I need your help " , Phillip's gaze moved from Bassam to me.

"What would you need our help for ?", Jack asked .

"Did I say anything like I needed your help ?" , Phillip looks at Jack with a chilling gaze accompanied with a frown .

Jack was stunned by Phillip's chilling gaze , he felt a bit scared but he quickly recovered from it and a deep frown crept on his face.

"Damn you!!, if you aren't talking to us then who are you talking to ?!!", Jack shouted.

"I don't know you so why would I ask you for anything" , Phillip's gaze moved towards me then he asked , "are you going to help me ?".

"I looked at Sam and Bassam and they both nodded", "That would depend on what you are asking for if it's something I can do and you know the kind of things I do ?", and I want to ask you a few questions, I said to Phillip.

The veins on Jack head were very visible as he clenched his fist and gritted his teeth in anger.

"Hey would you try calming your guy down?", Bassam leans closer to Sam as he said.

"Jack calm down he's just trying to step on your nerves", Sam said to Jack who just continue to look at Phillip in anger.

"It's not something bad and it should be within your capability if you are willing to help, if you are willing to help I would answer your question,Phillip replied.

"Ok let's hear it" , I said.

"Can you let this boy stay with you for the main time ?", Phillip asked.

'Is that the help you need ?" , I asked.

"Yes that what I need", Phillip replied.

"I can help you with that but you would have to answer my questions before I help you", l replied.

"Fine asked your questions,. just so you know you may be some question that I'm not going to answer", Phillip replied.

"Ok , 1, are you the one who killed the boy's family.

2, what do you want with the boy .

3, what is Billy planning.

"I will answer your first and second question but I won't answer the third", Phillip said.

1,I'm not the one who killed his family, 2 I promised the boy I would kill the person that killed his family, Phillip replied.

"Ok I would keep the boy but when" .....

"Whoosh!!", a gust of wind brushed past my side .

"Jack don't !!" , Sam shouted as he looks at Jack who was in his beast form and was already closing closing the distance between him and Phillip.

"He already stepped on my nerves so I'm going to end him" , Jack shouted as he charged at Phillip
