Chapter 483: Yes, my Queen

"Since you've joined us, I think you should know about it," Arabel said, changing her appearance to that of Isabella White.

"Huh?" Leo was extremely surprised. Over the past few days, he had repeatedly seen the image of the girl Arabel had turned into, and was trying to gather information about her.

"Isa... Isabella White?" Leo asked incredulously, having found out who Arabel had turned into.

"Hehe," — Arabel laughed, watching Leo's reaction. "We found out about you when you were spying on us, Leo."

"You remember the little fox, don't you?" Arabel asked, making Leo think of the intruder who had entered his hiding place.

"Yes," Leo nodded.

"By the way, I heard the funny news from Irene that you threatened to reveal to the whole world that I was having an affair with her younger brother Idan, even though I already have a fiance," Arabel said, and Leo panicked when he heard this.

"Um... Miss Isabella, it's like saying..." Leo began to look for excuses. He started sweating profusely. "It was a joke. Yes, it was just a joke. I wouldn't reveal your secret."

"I... won't reveal to Ethan that you were harassing Idan," Leo blurted out in excitement what he had seen when Arabel, under the influence of a side effect, demanded Idan show his younger brother.

Hearing this, Arabel felt embarrassed.

"Hmm," she coughed, drawing Leo's attention. "About that..."

"I don't know anything. I didn't see anything, honestly!"— before she could finish, Leo began to strongly deny it.

Arabel sighed, then took off her Ghost mask, revealing her true appearance. She wanted to clear up all misunderstandings, and also hoped that Leo, who himself preferred to hide from everyone, would not reveal her identity.

Besides, Arabel wanted to open up to him, showing her trust.

Leo, seeing Arabel's appearance change again, was speechless. His brain seemed to be malfunctioning, not understanding what was going on.

After examining her carefully, as in the case of Isabella, he immediately recognized Arabel's new look. That long red hair and azure eyes were familiar to him.

"Arabel Morgan?" Leo said incredulously.

"Well, hello again, Leo," Arabel greeted him, then, smiling, asked: "So tell me again, Leo, who is my boyfriend cheating on me with?"

"What? With Isabella White?" Leo asked in surprise, and only then did it sink in.

"Oh!" he exclaimed.

Leo was stunned. He had never encountered something like this before.

"Was Arabel Morgan hiding behind the guise of Isabella White and Elsa, the Duchess of Darkness, all this time?" he asked himself.

"What if this is also part of her disguise?"

"No, no, no, not really. I saw her take off something like a mask, as opposed to changing her appearance from Elsa to Isabella," Leo said, refuting his last guess.

"Wait, if you're hiding behind Elsa and Isabella, Arabel Morgan, then Ethan and Ignis..." Leo began, but stopped, unsure of his guess.

"Yes, you're right. Ethan and Ignis are hiding my boyfriend and fiance Idan," Arabel confirmed a little proudly.

It took Leo a while to process what he had heard.

"So the rumors that you two are behind Ethan and Isabella are true," he said.

"And you are, respectively, the King and Queen of the Kingdom Guild?" said Leo.

"Yes, Leo, you're right, it's Idan and me," Arabel confirmed. "Are you disappointed?"

"No, no, no," Leo shook his head. "I'm not disappointed."

Indeed, Leo was not disappointed, but, on the contrary, was glad to learn this information.

"We just recently founded our Guild," Arabel shared. "And you're one of the first people we invited."

Leo was even more pleased with Arabel's admission. He liked joining the Guild at the time of its foundation, and not in an already formed form.

Leo also noticed that after these awkward moments, it became easier for him to communicate with Arabel.

"Leo," — Arabel called.

"Yes, my Queen," Leo said suddenly, surprising not only Arabel, but himself as well.

"Pahaha," Arabel couldn't help but laugh.

Leo felt awkward, but at the same time, he didn't regret his words. After all, he joined their Guild, where they called themselves King and Queen.

"Okay, Leo," Arabel said, stopping laughing. "I just wanted to ask you for a few requests. Consider this as your first task from the Guild Leader. From your Queen."

"What kind of requests?" Leo asked curiously, slightly embarrassed.

"First of all, if it's not difficult for you, please look for some information about the awakened ones with cooking abilities, as well as those who have already started their own business," Arabel said her request.

"Hmm... okay, I'll try," Leo said, finding this request not too difficult.

"Second, please collect all available information about the two people," Arabel immediately moved on to the second task as soon as she announced the first.

"Who are these people?" asked Leo.

"Anna Morgan and Richard Morgan," Arabel said, hesitating slightly.

"Anna Morgan and Richard Morgan? Isn't that..." Leo began.

"Yes, Leo, these are my parents," Arabel confirmed. "Since you've recognized me, should you be aware of my relationship with the Morgan family?"

Leo remembered everything he had read about Arabel Morgan and Idan Fein, what had happened between them, and how they had disappeared, leaving everyone at a loss.

"Yes," Leo nodded.

"One last thing," — Arabel said. "Please gather information about another person..."

Arabel soon left Leo's house. She was in a great mood, because Leo had agreed to join their guild, and she had already given him his first few assignments.

The next stop in her plans was Irene's house, and she flew there after contacting Esma.

***

"What's going on?" Milla asked as she and two other outsiders were led out into the courtyard. Essora held her younger brother's hands tightly, who was looking curiously at the distant lights of the evening capital.

"You'll find out soon enough," Esma replied, not wanting to waste time talking to these three.

Milla didn't like Esma's ambiguous response, but she decided to keep quiet.

Besides them, Irene and Arslan were in the courtyard of Irene's house.

"Are you still not going to tell me what's going on?" Irene asked Esma.

"I don't know myself," Esma confessed. "Younger sister asked me to go outside and meet her. She also asked for these three to be taken out. It looks like they've finally decided to take them away."

Essora, her younger brother and Milla clearly heard Esma's words and understood why they were taken out.

The three of them began to worry, not knowing what to expect.

"What are they up to?" wondered Irene, trying to understand her younger brother and sister—in-law. She glanced at Arslan, who was also deep in thought.

Irene had already noticed that Arslan was behaving strangely after his return from the North. He began to pay more attention to her and his son, ignoring his family, Morgan, which began to bother her a lot. Because of the slight resentment that still hadn't gone away, Irene tried to ignore him. At the same time, she really wanted to know what had happened to him in the North.

"Don't worry," Esma said, noticing Irene's concern.

Irene smiled wryly at her, realizing that she had misunderstood her.

Suddenly, clouds of black mist appeared in front of them at a low altitude, belonging to the elements of darkness. Arabel emerged from this mist, gracefully landing in front of them in her Dark Valkyrie guise, much to the surprise of Esma and the three captives.

"What? What? The Dark Valkyrie?" — Esma couldn't believe her eyes.

"How? When? And why the Dark Valkyrie?" she said with a note of displeasure, remembering another annoying Dark Valkyrie.
