Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System!

Chapter 455: Enjoying each other's company

"Who would have thought that Coco's title as a Beast Lord would give her the ability to subdue other beasts?" thought Idan, leaning back on the sofa and watching Coco, who was spinning like a whirlwind in front of him, trying to grab her host.

"It's true, — Arabel said, walking up to Idan and unexpectedly sitting on his lap.

"Hee-hee," she smiled sweetly, getting comfortable, while Idan froze in surprise.

"Now we have an entire Guild under our command," Arabel said with satisfaction, looking at Idan.

Just now, after a short period of persuasion, Coco accepted Felicia as her third subordinate. Thanks to this, their own System did not have to accept an oath of loyalty from Felicia's System.

As soon as the trial was over, Hailey, still in shock from what had happened, took Felicia to her room to let her rest.

"Are you comfortable?" asked Idan, finally overcoming his stupor, putting his arm around Arabel's slender waist and smiling.

"Of course," Arabel replied. Then, looking at Idan's disguise, she said: "But I don't like the way you look in that image."

"I... every time I interact so closely with you, when you're in a different guise, I feel like I'm cheating on you," Arabel said softly. "Don't you feel anything like that?"

"To be honest, no, — admitted Idan. "Because I know it's you."

"Heh, or maybe it's because you're a man?" asked Arabel with a touch of irony.

"Maybe, — Idan did not deny, and took off the Ghost mask, now knowing that Arabel did not like it when he wore it. Arabel took off hers too.

"That's better, — Arabel nodded and snuggled closer to Idan.

"What do you think of Hailey?" she suddenly asked.

"What about her?" asked Idan, trying to figure out what Arabel meant.

"Don't you want to tame her?" — there was a completely unexpected question from her.

"Huh? What?" Idan stared at Arabel in some shock. "What the hell are you talking about?"

"What?" Arabel herself was surprised, not expecting such a reaction from Idan.

"What do you mean, asking if I want to tame her?" Idan was still in shock.

"What's the big deal?" Arabel didn't see anything unusual in her question. "I've already learned from the System that our Stars are different from the Beast Soul, and unlike them, we can even tame the Awakened Ones with the System."

"Hailey has a Dragon System, and if she drinks a Dragon bloodline change potion, she will become a real Dragon that can be tamed. Don't you want to have a Dragon?" Arabel asked, seeing that Idan was still in shock from her words. She continued to explain what she meant.

"Can we tame the awakened ones?" asked Idan. He had never thought about it before, and the fact that Arabel had time to consider such an option pleasantly surprised him.

However, his initial overreaction was not caused by this. Arabel's question sounded ambiguous to him, and Idan, slightly excited by Arabel's actions, who sat on him, thought of something else entirely.

That's why he reacted so sharply, not believing his ears. He couldn't believe that Arabel, who was always overreacting to matters involving other women, could say such words. For a moment, he even had time to think that a completely different girl was sitting on him, and not Arabel.

But now that Idan realized exactly what Arabel was talking about, he felt a little awkward. He was thinking the wrong thing.

"I didn't even think about it," admitted Idan. "And I don't think we shouldn't bother with this issue at this time."

Arabel stared into Idan's eyes and narrowed her eyes.

"Dan, tell me honestly, weren't you thinking of something else entirely?" she asked. Idan's embarrassment and strange reaction did not escape Arabel's attention, and after a moment's thought, she began to guess why he had reacted so strongly.

"Ahem, ahem," — Idan coughed awkwardly. Then, looking into Arabel's gaze, he decided to confess, fearing that her azure eyes were about to glow purple-pink.

"Yes."

"Tch!" — Arabel clicked her tongue, slightly displeased.

Seeing that Arabel was upset, Idan hugged her tightly but tenderly.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Because of what you did, my brain seemed to dissolve into an ocean of endorphins, and small problems began in it. At that moment, I didn't take your question exactly the way you wanted." Idan tried to explain and apologize.

"Are you saying it's my fault?" asked Arabel, raising an eyebrow. Idan noticed a slight smile appear on her face, which, however, quickly disappeared, hiding behind the acting.

"Of course, — Idan replied. — If you weren't so beautiful and didn't sit on me like that, I wouldn't have made this mistake. Do you have any idea how I feel right now? Are you ready to take responsibility for this?"

"Hands off," Arabel said softly, as Idan's playful hands began to overstep the boundaries.

"Hehe, — Idan grinned, stopping his hands, and kissed her gently on the forehead.

"Let's pick up where we left off?" he suggested.

"You mean the egg?" asked Arabel.

Idan nodded.

"It's going to wait, it's not going anywhere," Arabel said, not getting up.

"Let's sit in this position for a while longer. Your sister and the others will be here soon," Arabel suggested, and Idan, of course, gladly agreed.

Without saying a word, they decided to spend some more time in each other's company. Coco, tired of chasing her own tail, looked at her owners and made a face when she saw them. Then, lowering her backpack, she took out her camera and started taking pictures.

Hailey laid Felicia down and soon left the room. Before reaching the living room, she stopped and, standing in the hallway, noticed a couple sitting quietly on the couch in their arms.

Watching them, Hailey felt a pang of jealousy for Arabel. She also wanted to experience what it was like to be in such a tight embrace.

"I need to find a boyfriend as soon as possible, otherwise these two will soon drive me crazy with their tender expressions," she said mentally, setting a new goal for herself: to find a decent man who would not be inferior to Idan.

"The food is in the kitchen. When you're done eating, clean up after yourself," Arabel's voice rang in Hailey's head, interrupting her thoughts.

She looked towards the living room and noticed that the couple still hadn't moved.

Sighing, Hailey turned and headed for the kitchen, but suddenly she heard:

"And yes, ask Aliya if she wants to eat. If so, share it with her, and don't forget to clean up after yourself."

Hailey nodded and, with a slight anticipation, headed to the kitchen to find out what awaited her there. The aroma of the food was already tickling her sensitive nose, as if signaling that something amazing was waiting for her in this place.
