And we are talking about external mutation, which is much rarer than internal mutation.

Internal mutated monsters slowly increase their strength through the change of their bloodlines or sudden potential increase.

In the case of external mutated monsters, they gain an excessive amount of strength in a short time, but after that, it becomes hard for them to increase their power.

Nevertheless, it is a great opportunity for Kritos to earn a vast amount of SP through the Crystal.

"But why is there a considerable amount of mutated monsters and, on the other hand, why the population of low-rank monsters drastically reduces in a short time?" Kritos thought and understood that something was going on in the nameless forest's outer region.

Kritos looks toward his bow proficiency, which was increased from 9% to 26%. 

Kritos was thinking of creating skill in the bow in which he will be able to use two arrows simultaneously. As a mortal stage human, Kritos can't manifest qi from his body. That's why he won't be able to create and use a high-grade skill.

Reasonably Kritos heard of archers drawing up to 3 arrows at the same time since you have three places between your fingers that can hold arrows in a drawing position

Though, yes, the accuracy decreases a slight amount for each extra arrow you have, but the middle arrow tends to lose the least accuracy. But it is useful in the monster hordes.

Depending on how many arrows you draw, the shot also changes if you're drawing 2; the arrows tend to fly straighter, but if you draw three arrows, the top and bottom arrows tend to split off to the sides, and the middle stays relatively accurate to its starting position. However, it was only Kritos guess maybe after becoming a cultivator; these cons will disappear.

Anything more than three arrows, Kritos don't see how anyone could logically hold them.

Kritos thought there would be no accuracy or aiming problem with only two arrows. While it is true that each arrow would have less force if you fire multiple from one string, this might not be a problem depending on what you shoot at...penetrating a medieval plate armor? Hard. Shooting at unarmed peasants or low-rank monsters? Still more than enough force.

Nevertheless, Kritos has peak stage mortal realm strength; it will be easy to kill low-rank monsters, even low rank mutated monsters, if adequately aimed at their vital spots like eyes, head, neck, or egg.

Kritos decided to proceed back to the camp without taking the risk to hunt some pseudo-rank one monsters, and there he would create his first skill.

After reaching the camp, Kritos first aroused Sanju from his deep slumber and told him that it was now his turn to watch.

And after that, Kritos safely entered the tent and lay down there.

Without thinking much, Kritos focuses on the Skill creation tab.

A blank screen appeared in front of him, where Kritos would instruct the skill.

"An archery skill in which the user can use two arrows simultaneously without any loss of accuracy and thrust force." 

Kritos thought about the skill which he wanted to create in his mind, but this time, Kritos adjusts the SP bar from full to less than half.

After looking at the skill for some time, Kritos frustratedly asked," System, why you nerf this skill even though it's only mid mortal grade skill."

Kritos set the SP bar limit at 23, believing that the created skill will be perfect as he thought, but not only System nerf it. The system even has the guts to declare this trash as a mid mortal grade skill.

[Most of the SP will be used in increasing bow proficiency from 26% to 90% as the instructed skill first requires 90% bow proficiency. Only then the user will be able to comprehend this skill]

Kritos understands the reason behind the creation of this trash skill and inwardly excited upon hearing he can increase weapon proficiency with the SP.

"System, delete this trash skill and return my SP," Kritos mumbled

[Created Skill will be destroyed, and 23 SP will be returned to the host, "CONFIRM"]

Without thinking much, Kritos immediately said," Confirm"

Now, Kritos planned to create the same skill with the 40 SP.

Kritos was unwilling to lose the large amount of SP in one go, but for the sake of obtaining more, he chose first to increase his proficiency and acquire a bow skill.

Kritos again focuses on the skill creation tab, and again, a transparent blank screen appeared in front of him.
