When Black Bear woke up, he found himself already in a room like a cell.

"Fake? It's genuine, if you don't believe me, you can call the city's NPC to check," Black Bear said angrily.

Lin Chen nodded and said to Xin Xiaoqi, "Make a call and check if it's real."

Xin Xiaoqi nodded and made the call.

In a short while, a message was confirmed that Black Bear indeed held the status of a delegate.
