Super Strong Little Divine Farmer

Chapter 1316: The Mastermind Behind the Scenes

"Mmm-mmm-mmm!"

Qiao Xue struggled desperately, her eyes filled with despair.

She watched as the sleazy man reached for her, unable to do anything about it.

Tears welled up in Qiao Xue's eyes, and suddenly a silhouette flashed in her mind.

Thinking back, it would've been better to give herself to that bastard.

The sleazy man grabbed Qiao Xue's collar, a sly grin on his face.

"Let's see how tender your skin is, little girl," he said, starting to tear Qiao Xue's clothes.

But just then, a foot struck out from behind Qiao Xue, kicking the sleazy man square between the legs.

"Ah!"

With a pained cry, the sleazy man flew backwards, landing heavily on the floor.

"My balls, my balls are crushed," he wailed, clutching between his legs in agony.

The scene was so sudden that no one expected someone to appear behind Qiao Xue.

Because of this unexpected turn, everyone was dumbfounded, standing frozen in place.

The man in sunglasses was dumbstruck seeing the figure behind Qiao Xue: "How is this possible? How did he get here so fast?"

Lin Chen pulled out a dagger, cutting the ropes binding Qiao Xue, and said apologetically, "I'm sorry, Darling, I'm late."

Qiao Xue looked at Lin Chen, never feeling him more endearing, and couldn't help but fall into his arms.

The man in sunglasses pulled out a handgun, aiming it at Lin Chen, with a mocking expression: "Kid, didn't expect you'd come here so fast. You sure care for this chick!"

Lin Chen ignored the man in sunglasses, patting Qiao Xue's shoulder: "Don't worry, Honey. I'm here. Once I deal with these pests, we'll go home."

With that, Lin Chen turned towards the ominous gun barrel.

"Stop right there, don't move," the man in sunglasses barked at Lin Chen.

Lin Chen snorted coldly, "Who sent you? Spill it, and I might spare your life."

"Kid, haven't you grasped the situation? I've got more than ten guys here, all aiming guns at you. Spare me? Are you joking?" The man in sunglasses burst into laughter.

His subordinates laughed along.

"Since you're here, this will be your grave. Rest assured, kid, we'll take good care of your chick, giving her a fine time before she dies," the man in sunglasses said lewdly.

"Boss, this kid dared to crush my bro's balls. I must avenge him," said a scar-faced man stepping out from behind the man in sunglasses, his eyes filled with murder.

"Alright, kill him. You get the first go," the man in sunglasses sneered.

"Thanks, Boss." Hearing this, the scar-faced man looked as if he'd taken stimulants, raising his gun and charging at Lin Chen aggressively.

"Punk, dared to crush my brother's balls. I'm going to crush your bones one by one today."

Seeing the gun, Qiao Xue's face turned pale in fear.

"Lin Chen, don't worry about me, just run!"

Lin Chen was surprised by Qiao Xue's words, never expecting those words from someone as delicate as her.

"Silly girl, how could I run with you here?"

By then, the scar-faced man had reached Lin Chen, gun aimed at his head: "Kneel, kid."

Lin Chen locked eyes with the scar-faced man, unmoving.

"Are you deaf? Kneel!" the scar-faced man shouted, finger on the trigger.

In that instant, Lin Chen finally moved. Before the scar-faced man could pull the trigger, Lin Chen's foot struck like lightning between the man's legs.

Almost a repeat of before, the scar-faced man also flew backwards, screaming in agony on the ground.

The scar-faced man, with a twisted face, picked up the handgun that had fallen on the ground: "Damn kid, you ruined my manhood, I'll shoot you."

Just as he raised his hand, a dagger flashed, piercing through his palm.

"Thud!"

The handgun clattered to the floor, and the scar-faced man cried out, rolling on the ground in pain before finally fainting.

Everyone was stunned by what they had just seen.

Qiao Xue was even more shocked. She never imagined this man, whom she once dismissed, could be so formidable.

She used to think Lin Chen wasn't good enough for her. Now, Qiao Xue realized in terms of background, talent, and combat power, the man before her was unmatched.

It wasn't that Lin Chen wasn't good enough for her; it was that she wasn't good enough for Lin Chen.

Seeing the scar-faced man faint in pain, the rest were terrified.

Lin Chen's strikes were as quick as lightning, and they didn't even see clearly what happened. Just like that, two of their companions were taken out.

"Damn! Kid, no matter how quick you are, you can't be faster than a bullet," said one burly man, about to shoot.

But Lin Chen's wrist flicked, and a silver needle flew straight to the burly man's throat.

The burly man staggered, retreating a few steps before crashing to the ground, not knowing what had hit him.

The man in sunglasses watched his fallen comrade, his face growing darker.

"What are you waiting for? Open fire and kill him!"

The men snapped out of their daze, but before they could shoot, silver glints flew from Lin Chen's hand.

"Pssh, pssh..."

In the blink of an eye, except for the man in sunglasses, everyone else had collapsed to the ground.

The man in sunglasses had already lost his earlier bravado, his gun clattering to the floor, his hand pierced by a silver needle.

Even more terrifying was that after being struck by the needle, he couldn't move a muscle.

Finally, the man in sunglasses realized the young man before him wasn't human but a demon.

Lin Chen walked towards the man in sunglasses, eyes cold with murderous intent.

"I said earlier, tell me your boss, and I might spare your life."

The man in sunglasses gritted his teeth, remaining silent.

Lin Chen's eyes turned icy again, and another needle flew.

"Ah, ah, ah!"

The man in sunglasses trembled, screaming in agony.

He felt as if thousands of bugs were gnawing at him, yet he couldn't move at all.

The sensation was unbearable, worse than death.

"I'll talk, I'll talk! Please, spare me," the man in sunglasses cried, his face twisted in pain.

"Spit it out," Lin Chen demanded coldly.

"It's Young Master Yuan Kun who ordered your assassination. He paid me a million for your life. That's all I know, nothing more."

Hearing Qiao Xue's words, Lin Chen frowned. He had never heard of this Young Master Yuan Kun before.

Lin Chen glanced at the man in sunglasses, his gaze turning cold. Another silver needle flew, piercing through his throat.
