Immediately, Lin Shen’s body began to shake violently. He could no longer bear such power and almost instinctively stood up.

He wanted to stay to save his life, not to throw it away. Continuing at this rate would kill him, so there would be no point in staying.

“Getting married, of course.” Lin Shen thought it would be nice to marry Ye Yuzhen, considering that if anything happened to him in the future, with such a family on her side, nobody could bully her or the kids she’d be taking care of.

“It seems the lesson I gave you just now wasn’t harsh enough.” Ye Yuzhen glared at him with annoyance, the corners of her eyes flickering with three parts thin anger and seven parts coquettish irritation, presenting a captivating allure.

“I think it’s a deal, Lin Shen is a really sincere guy, a responsible man.” The man chuckled from the sidelines.

“If it’s settled for you, why don’t you marry him?” Ye Yuzhen sharply glared at the man. The fierceness in her eyes was real, completely different from when she had glared at Lin Shen before.

“Cough cough.” The man pretended to cough and dared not speak further.

“This is my elder brother Ye Tianzhen.” Seeing that Lin Shen was indeed alright, Ye Yuzhen finally relaxed and introduced the man to him.

“In the future, we’re all family, so you can call me Tian Zhen or brother,” Ye Tianzhen said with a smile.
