Sitting cross-legged atop the mountain, Peter Brown had been pondering for a long time.

It wasn't until now that Peter Brown finally had some enlightenment about the Rule of Gold. He understood that this rule was closely linked to Melody Carter and her group; their kinship was not a coincidence. If he wanted to comprehend the Rule of Gold, he had to understand their matter clearly.

The battles no longer required Peter Brown's attention. After he had eliminated Jeremy Rogers, the gene-person army under his command had no opponents left. Added to that were the people from the Immortal Spirit Palace who had surrendered to him. Now Peter Brown possessed extraordinary power. In this Land of Secularity, he didn't even need to lift a finger; they could naturally solve the battles for him.

Of course, the only ones Peter Brown needed to deal with were a few strong individuals, while the remaining enlighteners were his true adversaries.

His divine sense probed into the Elixir Sea as Peter Brown quietly observed the changes within it.

The great land was accelerating its growth. The entire earth now had its own way of growing, no longer in a static state. A huge golden star planet appeared in the sky as the sun emerged. The earth was bathed in sunlight, giving rise to a certain vitality. The sky was no longer a singular sky but a starry sky situation, with new planets forming.

Clouds floated all around, and occasionally rain fell, with water also being generated here.

Looking at the life and death of these three rules, Peter Brown also observed the elusive power of the Rule of Gold.

Although Peter Brown hadn't fully merged the Rule of Gold into the Elixir Sea yet, nor completely achieved enlightenment, seeing the emergence of the Rule of Gold made him ponder what effect it would have on his Elixir Sea.

The Rule of Gold represented killing, something Peter Brown had long known.

Looking at the Elixir Sea again, Peter Brown found the scenery within now emanated an aura of life and death.

Life and Death!

Peter Brown once again fell into deep thought.

Why was there this familial bond in the Phantom Realm, why did it have to give him two women with such strong kinship?

Suddenly, Peter Brown had an epiphany. Humans have seven emotions and six desires, yet the Heavenly Dao is relentless. Before the Heavenly Dao, human emotions and such would fade over time and would be forever obliterated in the river of time. If he couldn't resolve such matters, Heaven and Earth would stagnate due to emotions, hindering overall progress.

The Heavenly Dao is relentless!

For the first time, Peter Brown had an understanding of these four words.

If he always held on to human emotions, he could never enter a new level.

Must he truly sever these emotions?

Peter Brown shook his head inwardly. If that were the case, life would lose all meaning, and he surely couldn't do it.

At the moment this segment of emotion entered the Elixir Sea, Peter Brown was shocked to find swift changes occurring within his Elixir Sea, generating a powerful force of destruction.

Then, the Elixir Sea was no longer calm and unruffled but was like the sky breaking the earth apart, with flames soaring, seawater overflowing, and rivers flowing backward.

Though Peter Brown was mentally shaken, it didn't cause too much disturbance. He thought to himself that indeed it was such a situation. The appearance of those two women, the emergence of that segment of emotion, was not without purpose. Only by obtaining that emotion could his Elixir Sea undergo a brand-new transformation. Despite the drastic changes in the Elixir Sea, only through such transformation could the Elixir Sea evolve into a world!

Condense!

As Peter Brown's thoughts arose, Melody Carter and her daughter appeared in the Elixir Sea. However, now they had transformed into a special existence, resembling divine beings. As they moved within this realm, a power of rule was manifesting throughout heaven and earth.

Women were actually the masters of Killing Energy!

Peter Brown was somewhat stunned.

However, quickly, Peter Brown also understood that much killing was indeed inseparable from women.

For a while, Peter Brown couldn't grasp these matters.

Looking at the two women before him again, after their emotions were extracted, their whole beings began to dissolve, no longer being entities.

Watching the two women disappear before him, various thoughts surged in Peter Brown's mind. However, the reluctance he once felt had long disappeared; the issue of life and death was beginning to become trivial.

At this moment, a rule power was forming in Peter Brown's area.

The emotions that had appeared in the Phantom Realm were being severed under this wheel-like rule power, and all these emotions were entering the Elixir Sea.

With each emotion being cut, destroyed, Peter Brown felt as though his entire being was breaking free of chains, feeling completely unburdened.

However, Peter Brown also noticed he still had a certain gap in understanding rule power.

There were still three individuals' rule powers that hadn't arrived. Only when he obtained the rule powers of those three would he be complete!

As his divine sense flickered, Peter Brown sensed the rule power from those three was moving towards him.

It seemed they didn't want to wait!

Stepping out of the house again, Peter Brown looked at all that was familiar, remembered the vanished Melody Carter and her daughter, and thought of the matters that didn't bind him closely to this realm. He nodded to himself, realizing that being entangled too much wasn't a good thing, and the feeling of severing emotions wasn't too pleasant.

At this moment, the emotions from all the encounters along Peter Brown's journey were beginning to fade away in his mind.
