Wolves are fierce yet admirable animals. As a well-trained soldier, one naturally wouldn't fear wolves, but a pack is a different matter. A large wolf pack can rampage through an entire forest, and even a tiger would have to step aside. It's even more frightening when wolves are under human control. Everyone has witnessed the methods of the Wolf King of the Wild Wolf Mercenary Group, and they've seen the new Wolf King Tang Tian's methods too. Hearing wolf howls when at their most exhausted, everyone's nerves were on edge.

"There's a river about half an hour away, you can hold ground by the river," Hook promptly replied.

"Holding ground by the river can ward off attacks by the Wild Wolf pack, but it can't stop those controlling them. It can only buy a little time. We can try." Luo Zheng quickly made a decision. The mountain peak may have its advantages, but it would ultimately be a trap. Once surrounded, given the conditions, holding out is impossible.

"Yes." Everyone responded, and those called by name instinctively slowed their pace.

"Use the button bomb." Luo Zheng retrieved a large number of button bombs from his backpack. These small, lightweight bombs didn't have a long range, but Luo Zheng picked up a rock, stuck a button bomb onto it, pressed the detonation button, and threw it with all his might toward the advancing wolves.

This type of button bomb is an improved product, looking like an electronic watch, with strong adhesive similar to a band-aid on both ends to help it adhere to any surface. The middle, button-sized portion is the bomb core, with the explosive filling occupying two-thirds of the space, while the remaining third is precise electronic components.

This powerful explosive material includes a formula containing Octanitrocubane amine and multiple other elements. Octanitrocubane is the latest high-tech military product, touted as a new type of explosive second only to nuclear weapons in power. A button's blast power equals 15 kg TNT-equivalent explosive force.

And the button shell has roles too: first, it can time as a regular timed explosive; second, it can remotely detonate within a 500-meter radius; third, the shell's back has a pressure sensor to choose whether to activate. Once activated, the bomb senses pressure applied. If anyone tries to remove it, it detonates. This means it's an undetachable bomb.

Previous button bomb shells hadn't been processed, lacking timing, remote, and pressure detonation capabilities. This latest product was designed by the National Blade Equipment Team for their restructuring celebration to the National Security Strategy Bureau, not yet field-tested. Luo Zheng and the team are the first users, and its specific effects await examination.
