Strongest Possessor of One Piece

Chapter 4: SPOP Chapter 4 Bai Feng

For a moment, Rojen couldn't make a decision and decided to give up on the choice. After the boat circled halfway around Loguetown's island, it began heading in an unknown direction.

About half an hour later, Rojen's eyes narrowed and a look of seriousness and helplessness crossed his face.

There were Marines. Two warships had appeared behind the boat, following closely and quickly closing in on him. Rojen couldn't help but feel a sense of panic and tension.

After all, he was just a sixteen-year-old boy. In his past life, he had been an ordinary university student who had never seen war and rarely argued with others. Now, seeing this situation— watching those two enormous warships swiftly breaking through the waves— he felt his mind go blank for a moment.

"What should I do?" Rojen was a bit anxious, and beads of sweat appeared on his forehead.

The wooden boat Ize had prepared for him was just an ordinary vessel, typically used by families to ship cargo. In terms of performance, it couldn't compare to the warships. If the enemy fired even one round, it would be the end of the fight.

The warships were getting closer, and Rojen clenched his teeth, muttering to himself, "My mental fortitude is still too weak!"

"Exchange for 'Unrestrained Realm', Martial Arts Grand Master state of mind!"

A soft sound of 'Kā Chā' rang in his ears, and Rojen's eyes flashed. The panic in his gaze disappeared instantly, replaced by the calmness of someone who remains unshaken even when faced with great pressure.

With his mood now steady, Rojen looked back at the warships, now less than three kilometers away and a faint smile appeared on his face.

"Why should I be nervous?"

"At this moment, I still have thirty-five thousand belly in my pocket."

With the Possessed System, he only needed to spend a little money to possess a powerful soul and gain a chance to survive this crisis.

In the distance, on the two warships, stood two imposing Marines Commodores at the front of each ship, both calm-faced.

"Commodore Monarch, thank you for your cooperation on this mission."

"Commodore Reiner, don't be so polite. I just hope that once this mission is completed, you leave my territory quickly," The young Commodore named Monarch said with a cold tone and golden crewcut.

"Don't speak so harshly. The Pirate King's younger brother is no ordinary target. I've only used some gentle methods," Commodore Reiner said with a relaxed smile.

"If kidnapping civilians' family members and threatening others to get the information you want is what you consider gentle, then I think the Marine's justice will soon be ruined by people like you!" Monarch sneered, then turned his attention to the small wooden boat ahead.

Loguetown was not large, and finding friends or family members related to the suspect wasn't difficult. For the Marines, who had enormous power, threats were one of their common methods of coercion.

Reiner, coming from the Headquarter, was specifically responsible for capturing Rojen and had used extreme methods. He kidnapped Jinx and Ize's families and obtained all the information he wanted.

It was quick and convenient, wasn't it?

But to Monarch, it was despicable, and he had no respect for Reiner's character.

Five minutes later, the two warships, one on each side, had completely surrounded Rojen's small wooden boat.

"Kid, stop the boat. It's all over now," Commodore Reiner said, smiling on the surface, but his eyes were icy cold.

Monarch remained silent, calmly observing the scene.

What he saw was beyond his expectations. He noticed that the so-called target, the young boy on the humble wooden boat, remained calm, even wearing a slight smile on his face. His mental fortitude was much higher than anyone he had previously dealt with, even more so than the pirates he had arrested.

As the younger brother of the Pirate King, Rojen's value and fate, if caught by the Marines, would definitely not end well.

The Marines had just dealt with Pirate King Roger and were at the peak of their power, so their crackdown on pirates was at its strongest.

At this moment, Rojen sat calmly on the broken chair on the wooden boat, his legs crossed. Facing hundreds of Marines and two Commodores aboard two massive ships, he remained completely composed.

"Impressive, so this is the Pirate King's younger brother," Monarch thought, admiring the young man. He had heard that Rojen lacked talent from a young age, that he didn't inherit his elder brother's strength, and that he couldn't even defeat some of the small-town thugs.

But now, witnessing Rojen's imposing manner, it was clear he had the air of a true leader— like a first-gen Martial Arts Grandmaster.

The wooden boat did not heed Reiner's words and continued to sail forward.

A cold light flashed in Reiner's eyes, and his tone turned icier as he said, "Rojen, heed my words: stop the boat now, or the next second, I'll sink it!"

"Hehe." Rojen finally spoke from the wooden boat across, laughing. "Marines, Commodore?"

"Two Commodores?"

"It seems that the Marines really value me. Two Marines Commodores who have enough strength to deal with a pirate with a bounty of 30 Million Belly, are personally coming after me, a defenseless kid."

Reiner stopped wasting time, waving his hand directly: "Sink him!"

At the same moment, Monarch's face suddenly changed, and he shouted loudly: "No!"

He could sense something unusual from Rojen's calm expression.

This guy was too calm, far beyond anything he had shown before.

But the Marines aboard Reiner's ship didn't listen to Monarch's advice. With a loud boom, a black cannonball was fired directly toward Rojen's wooden boat.

"Whoosh!"

The cannonball quickly traced an arc through the air and struck Rojen's wooden boat with a heavy impact. In an instant, an immense explosion erupted. What followed was a shocking scene that all those present witnessed.

"Possession, Orange Grade Soul!"

If one listened carefully, then they would be able to hear Rojen's voice just before the explosion.

At the same time, an orange light flared up within the system and a cold, white figure leaped out from a swirling orange vortex, merging with Rojen.

"Orange Grade Soul, Bai Feng. Consumption: 23,000 Belly!"

This summon was a random summon. The possession soul was random, and the money cost was also random, carrying a great risk. But Rojen calmly proceeded with the possession.

In the next moment, he felt as though he had fused with Bai Feng in every way. The two of them became one. He obtained everything from Bai Feng, including skills and even the internal power in his Dantian.

Even in his hands, Bai Feng's weapon appeared.

This was the power of the system. At that moment, Rojen 'was' Bai Feng!
