Chapter 33: Chapter 33: The Birth of the Predator Hunter!

Chapter 33: The Birth of the Predator Hunter!

After absorbing the Predator Lone Wolf, Chang Wei found what he was looking for from the vast ocean of its memories.

"This guy lived for so long, yet his mind is filled entirely with memories of slaughter..."

From Lone Wolf's memories, Chang Wei saw countless hunts targeting powerful and dangerous creatures.

The Predators were an incredibly strong humanoid species whose lives were inseparably tied to combat. Their leadership elections involved bloody battles for supremacy. When their children came of age, they underwent a rite of passage through combat. For entertainment, they engaged in slaughter matches, and disputes were resolved through honor duels.

Through Lone Wolf's memories, Chang Wei also learned of several "sacred hunting grounds," hunting areas on a planetary scale. Lone Wolf had been responsible for monitoring and patrolling this sector, so it naturally knew the coordinates of these planets and how to pilot their spaceships and use the Predator's weaponry and equipment.

This meant that even if Chang Wei hadn't been targeted by the Predators, he could still use Lone Wolf's spaceship to travel to these hunting grounds. After all, the spaceship's energy reserves were unimaginably abundant.

"You've already sent out information about me? That was fast."

At the end of Lone Wolf's life, Chang Wei saw himself in its memories, along with Lone Wolf's swift actions in uploading and transmitting data about him.

"Coordinates... danger... powerful... unwilling... I..."

Lone Wolf was so severely injured that it couldn't even articulate complete sentences. However, any Predator seeing these keywords would immediately understand the situation.

Next, Chang Wei was curious whether this would attract Predator Elders or, even more astonishingly, ancient Predator entities.

"Ah, the weapons of the Predator!"

Chang Wei excitedly equipped himself with Lone Wolf's gear.

He had long wanted to play with the weapons and equipment of the Predators.

"A wrist-mounted computer capable of nuclear-level energy output—could it contain nuclear fusion technology?"

Out of curiosity, Chang Wei activated the computer using the Predator's language and script and even located the spaceship Lone Wolf had hidden.

He successfully obtained nuclear fusion technology. It was no surprise that the Predators had mastered such technology—they could already engage in interstellar travel and traverse wormholes. Their technological level was far beyond human imagination. Their "primitive" appearance was merely superficial.

However, after taking one look at the data, Chang Wei felt dizzy. No matter how many memories he absorbed, they were useless if he couldn't fully comprehend them—unless he, like certain individuals, created alternate personalities within himself.

The risk was too great, and Chang Wei dared not try.

The weapons included a Predator spear, a shoulder cannon, a boomerang, and more.

Lone Wolf's arsenal wasn't extensive. As seen in the movies, Lone Wolf realized the gravity of the situation only after discovering the seriousness of the threat through the mask of a dead Predator. Most of its equipment had been salvaged from a crashed spaceship and consisted of hunting gear rather than its personal elite weapons.

The Xenomorphs had a unique mechanism: when they parasitized a species, the resulting creature was, to some extent, adapted for hunting that species' kind. This was to prepare for eliminating the host species.

Lone Wolf initially thought it was a regular Xenomorph-cleansing mission when it received the distress signal. It was only upon discovering the existence of the Predalien that it understood the severity of the situation and began a relentless pursuit.

"Powered gauntlets—average. The flying disk is also average. The throwing blades are decent."

Chang Wei examined the equipment.

For him, using the Predator's gear was more for entertainment. After all, his current strength far surpassed the capabilities of the equipment. While the shoulder cannon could destroy a spaceship with one shot at maximum power, Chang Wei reckoned he could achieve the same—assuming the spaceship lacked force fields or energy shields.

"Come forth, my Blacklight Predator Hunter!"

As was his custom, upon obtaining new genetic material, Chang Wei immediately used it as a basis to create an Predator Hunter.

Compared to the Blacklight Xenomorph Hunter, the Predator Hunter had a more traditional humanoid form and lacked the distinctive physical traits of the Predators, such as their flower-like mouths.

The appearance and genetic expression of the hunters were determined by Chang Wei's preferences. He eliminated unnecessary features of the Predators, resulting in a highly intelligent and traditionally humanoid subordinate.

The intelligence level of a Xenomorph Queen was extraordinarily high. In human tests, it achieved an astonishing IQ of 175, and there were even rumors of Xenomorph Queens controlling entire spaceships in the space age.

The Predalien naturally had high intelligence as well. After all, they were Xenomorph Queens that had absorbed the genes of Predators.

With the highly developed brains of the Predators, the Predator Hunter, even at birth, possessed advanced intelligence.

Additionally, its body structure was the result of Chang Wei's meticulous design. It incorporated features such as physical levers for transmitting force through joints and hydraulic systems resembling jacks, efficiently transmitting force using body fluids and water content.
