SpiderGwen: I have a system?!

[3rd POV]

Staring down Magneto, Gwen glanced between the white haired man and Xavier, who was silent as he stared at his "Friend". The two had known each other for decades at this point, and were basically rivals. Magneto (Also known as Max Eisenhardt, controlled electromagnetism, and was an Omega Level mutant. He also despised humans, and basically wanted to wipe them all out, which was a bit ironic considering his background.

Whereas Xavier wished to co-exist with humans. But he did it in a way that Gwen wasn't too fond of, as he basically let them become the laughing stock of the world, allowing people from all over to walk all over them. Which wouldn't bring about true change, if they did not "fight" back, through protest or whatever else, just as others have in the past.

Gwen was more so interested in a mix of both of their ideologies. Violence when absolutely necessary, but through peaceful means otherwise. Although with a world like this one, it was unlikely even that would work.

"So...are you two going to kiss or what?" Gwen said as she watched them stare at one another. At this, everyone in the room turned to her with wide eyes.

"What? They're staring into eachothers eyes so intently, wouldn't be surprised if they were secret lovers or something" Gwen said with a shrug as they all cringed at the thought of it all.

"Please don't put that thought in my mind" Jean shuttered, grossed out.

Magneto glanced at her as he heard the comment, before a "Charming" smile formed on his face "You must be our fellow sister, I am-" "A terrorist who wants to keep mutants safe, even if it involves slaughtering all of humankind, yeah yeah, I know. Look, I'm not interested in joining you, Metal Head. I do agree that nothing will happen without some...forceful measures, but your way of going about all of it is horribly wrong" Gwen cut the man off, waving away his invitation before he even extended it.

"Humans are uptight, arrogant, and narcissistic creatures who hate anything that is too different from them, even if they hate one another for the difference of a skin color or sexuality, they all hate mutants more than even one another. Why? Because mutants terrify the fuck out of them. But not all humans are evil people, and you can't exactly blame them" Gwen said, before continuing.

"From what I've learned about you, you've been doing a whole lot of fear mongering, without even realizing that that fear mongering will only make things worse for the mutant race as a whole. I mean really, you expect them to want to trust, help, or treat mutants kindly when you're threatening them with a mass killing? I thought you'd be smarter" Gwen snorted, as she used one of her many powers to gaze into the man's past, learning of some of his...less than kind, or smart methods of "freeing" mutants.

"You do not know what you speak of" Magneto said, a scowl slowly forming on his face as the X-Men kept silent, listening closely to Gwen as she spoke.

"My powers give me a wide range of knowledge, Max, and with that knowledge comes understanding. I understand how this world works more than quite literally anyone else on the planet, especially when it comes to humans and their stupid hissy fits. Afterall, the one thing that has the highest potential to kill off humankind, is humankind itself" Gwen replied, as with her characters and powers, this was the truth.

"I'm not going to continue trying to talk to you about this, because I'm pretty sure you won't listen. But just let me ask you this "How is what you wish to do to normal humans, any different than what happened to you at the hands of the Nazi's"?" Gwen said.

Max Eisenhardt was a Jewish man, he is also the survivor of a Nazi concentration camp, Auschwitz. There were some other...interesting influences in that place, such as a rather...Sinister man that Gwen was going to kill the second she could.

At these words, Xavier breathed in sharply as he looked at his old friend. And as he had assumed, the man was glaring fiercely at Gwen, rage entering his heart at the mention of that place. At the fact that Gwen had compared the two, even if the comparison was...scarily close.

"I'd suggest you stop while you're ahead, kid" A woman said at his side, as Gwen glanced at her. She was a rather attractive woman with blue skin, long red hair, and rather unique eyes. This was Raven Darkholme, also known as Mystique, the future (?) wife of Irene Adler, also known as Destiny. But that was down the line, if it would happen at all.

"Nah, I was just speaking the truth. I think you all should leave before I forcefully evict you from the hotel, and I don't think being teleported onto the moon will be a fun experience. Afterall, not all of you can breathe in space, can you? I'm sure the denizens up there would just love the company" Gwen said with a smile, remembering the secret society living up there, known as the Inhumans.

The Inhumans were basically the "Sibling" race to Humans and Mutants, and were a rather complicated topic, especially in terms of creation. All that was really important, was the fact that they were created through the genetic engineering of the Kree, another topic that wasn't important for Gwen at the moment.

"And you think you could stop us?" Mystique asked with a raised eyebrow as Gwen just smiled.

"I know I can, Raven" Gwen replied with an amused smile, watching as the woman tensed slightly. The fact that Gwen knew all of their names wasn't lost on them, and was...worrying, but they also knew that if a battle did break out here...it wouldn't end well for them.

There was only Magneto and Mystique there, while there were a lot more people ready to battle it out with them, a battle that they would lose. And that was without including Gwen and the others that they knew nothing about.

Scowling as he realized that this "Battle" was lost, Magneto growled before turning and walking "This isn't over" The man said, before marching out of the room, Mystique trailing closely after him.

'Huh...that was a bit underwhelming. But I guess having the entire main X-Men in front of you, while it's just you and a hot shapeshifting mutant, would make it pretty obvious who'd lost that fight' Gwen thought with a chuckle as she watched the man leave with Mystique.

Mystique was a rather interesting person in Gwen's eyes, as having the woman's powers and memories, she knew that the woman wouldn't stay on Magneto's side forever, especially not with some of the shit that would go down in the future. Things like being betrayed, the various events that sort of fucked the species (House of M being the big one) and several others would cause it naturally. That, and getting a wife would change someone.

Turning to the X-Men, Gwen couldn't help but let out a small laugh at their faces. The fact that a fight didn't break out was a shock to them, as their interactions with Magneto usually ended that way, and it usually ended with a lot of damage being caused to the surroundings, and even civilian deaths.

Gwen looked them over before turning to Xavier with a small smile, as she made up her mind on something.

"So...where's this school of yours at?"

Charles could only chuckle at the interesting girl, as he understood that she was far from normal, even amongst Mutants.

'Perhaps...perhaps she will be the change our kind needs...'

That's the end of the chapter!

Basically just a chapter of talking and introducing Mystique. Not sure how well written the personalities of Magneto and Mystique were, but I tried my best. Next chapter is around 1.7k words and is basically some talking with the X-Men before she gets to the school.

Gwen will have only 2-3 more love interests and that is it, that way it's only 6-7 strong, and is still manageable. And even that is not confirmed, as I might make it smaller than that, but we'll see.

I'm about to go take a nap, so...yeah.
