Chapter 354: Gaia's Fury
Vivian could feel a change in her body the moment her eyes opened again. She didn't expect to be laying on a bed in a wooden cabin. Her clothes felt too light, the tight confines of her shirt had disappeared. Looking down, she noticed that she was wearing a linen dress that conformed nicely to her figure.
It wasn't bad but was definitely not to her taste. Swinging her feet around, she quickly stood up and bounced lightly on her feet. She then frowned in annoyance, it would be hard to fight properly dressed the way she was.
Her tits were too big and would get in the way if she didn't bind them. However, she didn't know where she could find some bandages for now.
Trying to find something to distract herself, she saw a Golden Brown fruit waiting for her on a nearby table with a note.
Picking up the note, the lettering was scrawled on the paper like a small child's scribble but she was able to read it.
The note read:
"Eat this. You will need strength soon. Do not linger. — Gravela"
Vivian frowned, turning the fruit over in her hands. It looked perfectly ordinary, round and golden-brown, but there was a faint warmth to it that made her fingers tingle. Her instincts told her to be cautious, yet hunger reminded her she could not wait.
She placed the fruit on the edge of the table, examining it carefully. When her fingers brushed its skin, a subtle vibration spread up her arm, as if the fruit were alive in some way.
Vivian's eyes narrowed. This is from Gravela. She would not send a trap unless she wanted me to test myself.
Taking a deep breath, Vivian bit into the fruit. Sweetness flooded her senses, richer than anything she had tasted before. Energy pooled through her limbs, strengthening her muscles without effort.

Vivian frowned as the energy from the fruit coursed through her. Her muscles felt alive, every fiber of her body pulsing with strength. Yet a strange pressure began to build at the top of her head, small at first, then sharper, insistent. She froze, placing a hand against her skull.
A sharp, stinging sensation erupted, forcing her to stumble back slightly. She pressed harder, trying to steady herself, but the pain only intensified. Her vision blurred, and a muffled cracking sound made her wince.
Something was pushing out from her head. Her fingers trembled as she reached up, brushing against the source of the discomfort. It was firm and smooth, warm to the touch, and unmistakably solid.
Vivian's eyes widened in shock. Horns had sprouted from her skull, curving slightly backward, their surface a polished ivory that gleamed in the cabin light. The sensation of their weight was strange but not unbearable, and as she ran her fingers along the new growth, a deep, instinctive awareness settled in her mind.
She felt different. Stronger. Something ancient and powerful had awakened within her, and for the first time in a long while, she realized that this transformation was not something she could simply reverse.
Her fingers lingered on the horns as she took a careful breath, trying to accept the new form she had been given.

[Strength, Vitality, and Earth Affinity enhanced]
Vivian felt like she was going mad. She then remembered one of the few things the others had taught her in the passing before they had entered the game.

Vivian blinked at the screen, her mind racing to process the flood of information. Every number, every skill felt like a part of her now, yet surreal. She flexed her fingers and felt the new weight of her body, the subtle power humming just beneath her skin. Her horns caught the sunlight streaming through the cabin window, casting long shadows across the floor.
Her eyes shifted to her equipment line. Gaia's Fury. She didn't remember holding it, yet the name resonated deep in her chest, as if it had always been hers. A hammer. Heavy, solid, and connected to the earth itself. She could feel it calling to her, a tug in her very bones.
Vivian stood slowly, letting the weight of her new form settle. Her muscles were taut and powerful, her stance steady and grounded.
She reached out her hand and from the ground the shaft of a large warhammer rose.
Vivian's eyes widened as the warhammer solidified in her grasp. The earth beneath her hands seemed to pulse in response, the shaft warm and sturdy, fitting perfectly in her palms. The head of the hammer gleamed with a faint, golden-brown glow, as if carved from the heart of a mountain itself. Dust and tiny stones hovered briefly around it before settling back to the floor, as if the weapon had drawn its own strength from the ground.
She tested its weight with a cautious swing. The hammer responded smoothly, heavy enough to feel formidable but balanced, almost alive in her hands. A low vibration ran up her arms with each movement, resonating with the hum she could feel in her horns. Every fiber of her body tingled with energy, the synergy between her newfound strength and the weapon undeniable.
She couldn't wait to try it out on the next person who pissed her off next. She could almost hear Ethan's screams already.
A chuckle slipped from her lips as she headed for the exit.
