Invitations made of divine power materialized, written on deep purple paper with

flowing green-gold script. These weren't just invitations; they could be considered

treasures for cultivation. By refining one of these invitations, one could harness the

destructive and life-sustaining divine powers within to temper their body and soul

power, solidifying their foundation. The effect was especially profound for younger

individuals or spirit beasts with lower soul power levels.

After producing a stack of these divine invitations, Du Qianjue handed them to Xue

Linglong. "I'm not familiar with the spirit beasts of the Far North; these invitations

are for you. Ask the Titan Snow Demon King to help distribute them," he said with a

smile.

Xue Linglong nodded gently, her eyes sparkling with a mix of joy and shyness—it

was, after all, her wedding.

"Where are you headed next?" she asked.

"The first place I visited was, of course, the Far North. Next, I'll go to the Star Dou

Forest to invite the Beast God Di Tian and others, then to the Spirit Beast Forest to

invite the Spirit Emperor's empress and their offspring," Du Qianjue explained. He

was perhaps the only one who could gather most of the continent's powerful

beings, including spirit beasts, for a single event—a wedding.

"Do you want me to come with you?" Xue Linglong offered with a slight smile.

Du Qianjue grinned, "What bride sends out her own wedding invitations? Just

prepare everything here in the Far North; I and the Body Sect can handle the rest."

Xue Linglong didn't insist further, accepting his plan. Honestly, if it wasn't for the

gods of Destruction and Life being inconvenient, Du Qianjue would have even liked

these two divine figures to join the fun. How interesting that would be!

"Then I'm off!" Du Qianjue waved goodbye to Xue Linglong and stepped through

the spatial rift he had opened.

After he left, Xue Linglong immediately summoned the Titan Snow Demon King and

handed over the invitations, instructing it to invite the high-level spirit beasts of the

Far North who could transform into human forms. This included two Ice Scorpion

Kings of the Ice Emperor clan, another Ice Bear King from Xiao Bai's clan, the

solitary Zhu Jing Ice Toad Emperor from the Northern Abyss, and the Wind Snow

While the Far North buzzed with the news of Xue Linglong's wedding, Du Qianjue

arrived at the Star Dou Great Forest's Lake of Life. Just stepping out of the spatial

rift, he was met by an alert Di Tian surrounded by his guardians—Bi Ji, Zi Ji, Chi

King, and Xiong Jun; only Wan Yao King was absent.

Seeing Du Qianjue emerge from the rift, Di Tian, who had been on guard, relaxed

After his initial surprise, Di Tian sized up Du Qianjue and said admiringly, "You

"You have a sharp eye, Beast God," Du Qianjue responded lightly. Indeed, Di Tian's

could see through Du Qianjue, not even the Spirit Beast Emperor without him

"What brings you here this time?" Di Tian asked.

"I'm getting married. In a month, I will be marrying the Xue LingLong at the Body

Sect. I'm here to extend an invitation to you and the residents of the Star Dou

Great Forest," Du Qianjue explained with a smile.

Di Tian was momentarily stunned. Bi Ji puffed up her cheeks visibly, her eyes filled

with unspoken words.

"You're marrying the Xue LingLong in a month?" Di Tian was astonished. "A

wedding is just a wedding, we spirit beasts don't fuss over human rituals. And you

actually came to invite us?"

"Well, it's my and Xue Linglong wedding. You wouldn't refuse to give face, right?"

Du Qianjue chuckled, implying something more, "Besides, there might be things we

need to discuss afterwards."

This piqued Di Tian's interest.

"What things?"

"The Spirit Emperor has already sacrificed himself to become my ninth spirit ring,"

Du Qianjue explained simply. "With the Xue LingLong Far North Icefield and the

Spirit Emperor's Spirit Beast Forest attending, only your Star Dou Great Forest is

left."

"After the wedding, I want to gather everyone to discuss relocating in the future.

I've promised to resolve the living conditions of your spirit beast kin once I ascend

to godhood. My solution is to create a new world for spirit beasts to inhabit, away

from the restrictions of the Douluo Continent."

"Beast God, what do you say, will you visit?"

"Let's go!" Di Tian agreed without hesitation, his eyes glowing with anticipation.

Unlike other spirit beasts, Di Tian was worldly. He had witnessed the dragon race's

glory days and explored the entire Douluo Continent. His dream was to traverse

the endless seas of stars. Resolving the spirit beasts' issues and finding a world

without restrictions to achieve godhood would allow him to lay down his burdens

and embark on a journey.

What a tempting prospect!

"I'll go too. I want to see how you and Xue LingLong marry. Maybe you'll arrange a

wedding for me in the future," Bi Ji said somberly.

Both Du Qianjue and Di Tian stiffened.

At that moment, Di Tian felt his interest in travel waning, his heart suddenly feeling

empty.

The pain was real.

Forest to my wedding!" Du Qianjue coughed awkwardly, conjuring twenty

Di Tian, lost in thought, looked at the divine-powered invitations in his hands and

After receiving the invitations, Xiong Jun immediately left, understanding the

importance of the matter for spirit beasts. Though not fond of complexities, he

agreed to attend.

Chi King had no other thoughts; despite being a fire attribute, he was one of the

most rational among the spirit beasts of the Star Dou Great Forest, only slightly

lacking in power.

After consulting with Di Tian, Chi King was responsible for informing Wan Yao King

about the invitations.

Bi Ji, meanwhile, held the invitation, staring blankly where Du Qianjue had

disappeared.

Watching Bi Ji's complex emotions, Di Tian walked into the Lake of Life. Du

Qianjue's impending godhood and his plans to create a new world for spirit beasts

were matters he needed to report to Gu Yue Na.

Stepping through a spatial membrane, Di Tian respectfully knelt before a giant

silver dragon.

"Master!"

The silver dragon slowly opened its eyes, revealing deep purple pupils as clear as

amethysts. However, the occasional flicker of blood-red within tainted their purity.

A terrifying wound, nearly splitting the dragon in two, marred its elegant body.

Green light attempted to heal the wound, but a sharp crimson light hindered its

closure.

" Di Tian, what is it?" the dragon's voice, cold and melodious, resonated.

"Master, the human who visited our Star Dou Great Forest ten years ago is about

to become a god," Di Tian reported respectfully, then relayed everything Du

Qianjue had told him.

Gu Yue Na listened quietly to Di Tian's report, her deep purple eyes thoughtful.

After Di Tian recounted the events, Gu Yue Na smiled faintly.
