Two days have passed swiftly and the final of the Chunnin Exam started.

The final of Chunnin Exam was being held a month after the completion of the preliminaries so the ninjas who had passed, could recuperate and prepare themselves.

This also allowed the village to promote this exam better since this Chunnin Exam also increased their village economics, by selling the tickets, foods, and made a gamble on who would pass on this exam.

The rules of the Chunnin Exam were pretty simple and that was a one-on-one battle between the participants.

The referee for this exam would be Genma Shiranui who had been standing in the middle of arena.

Everyone was in a festive mood since they would be able to see a future great ninja in the battle against each other.

Haru, Yajima, Gintoki, and Kuroneko were sitting together in the audience seat. They had made a plan regarding today's action so they could succeed on this quest.

Haru knew that the enemy would use an illusion on everyone in the middle of the exam. It might be dangerous to stay here, but even if he stayed outside, it would be dangerous since the ninjas that had been gathered by Orochimaru would also attack everyone in the village so it was better to stay in this place since this way the ninja on this place could protect them at that time.

Tsunade didn't stay with them since she needed to follow the instructions of the third Hokage and she also didn't want her teacher to die after all.

Shizune also became a guard around the arena to protect everyone.

The four of them decided to be together, Yajima and Gintoki would be the one who fought against the ninjas since both of them had very strong power and experience during a battle.

Haru would be with Kuroneko and stay away from the danger as much as they could.

"T - this place is very huge," Kuroneko said nervously, but she was also excited. She saw seven candidates in the arena and couldn't wait to see their battle as soon as possible. She might have seen their battle in the anime but seeing it in real life was a different thing.

Gintoki was holding a lot of snacks in his hands since he needed to gather a lot of energy, however, suddenly he felt that his stomach was hurting. His expression was very serious, but he walked very slowly, squeezing his butts together to hold something from coming out.

Haru shook his head then looked around. He noticed that both Sakura and Ino were there and they happened to look at him. He smiled gently before looking toward the arena since he didn't have a time to flirt when a danger might appear in front of him anytime.

"Sakura, that guy is very handsome," Ino said while pointing her finger at Haru.

Sakura nodded unconsciously but hurriedly shook her head since she needed to be faithful to her Sasuke-kun.

"No, Sasuke-kun is better."

"Well..."

Ino wanted to agree, but when she saw Haru's smile, she quickly shook her head since she felt that Haru was better.

Sakura was also stunned still when she saw Haru's smile.

Ino smiled, looking at Sakura's reaction and asked, "What do you think?"

Sakura sighed and didn't answer Ino's question.

Ino didn't care much about Sakura and decided to go to walk toward Haru, but she was stopped.

"Why did you stop me?"

Sakura didn't want to let her go there and said, "No, just accompany me here."

"Eh? I want to talk to him. I'm curious about him since I can see that isn't from the village," Ino said.

"No, stay here with me!"

Sakura didn't want to let her friend talk with that handsome young man and made her stay with her no matter what!

Then both of them started to bicker to each other until the exam started.

Haru didn't do anything and only watched the arena, but then he felt someone's gaze on him. He turned around, but he didn't see anything. He only hoped that it was his imagination, but it seemed that it wasn't since the one who stared at him was Kuroneko.

"What?" Haru asked.

"Are you going to make a harem?" Kuroneko asked curiously.

Haru raised his eyebrow and said, "I am not. I don't have an interest in harems." He might have heard that his country might have started a program which was known as "hare-kon" so a man could marry more than one woman, but then again, he probably, wanted to change since he knew that he was a very bad guy in the past.

"Really?" Kuroneko asked with a very skeptical expression since she had a feeling that this guy was going to make a huge harem.

Haru nodded and said, "Yes, believe me, do you think that I'm the type that will make a harem?"

"Yes."

Haru rubbed his nose and wasn't sure what to say so in the end, he decided to ignore this girl.

Kuroneko saw him ignoring her and suddenly felt helpless. She felt that she said too much this time.

"You should apologize, Kuroneko," Yajima said. He knew that Haru might not have an interest in harem right now, but he wasn't sure in the future.

Kuroneko nodded then looked at Haru. "I am sorry, Haru. Please don't get mad at me."

Haru shook his head and said, "I am not mad at you, but don't make such a joke in the future."

"Alright, alright, I will stop to tease you about your relationship, but I have a feeling that you'll make a harem in the future," Kuroneko said.

Haru snorted and said, "And you'll be one of them?"

Both of them decided to step back since they needed to focus.

Then after waiting for a while, the Chuunin Exam started, the referee started to announce the rules and the schedule of the battle before hand so everyone in this place could understand.

Haru wanted out his smartphone to take a picture, but in the end, he stopped himself. He looked at the location where Hokage and Kazekage were sitting for a while before, looking away since he knew that Orocimaru was very dangerous and it was better to stay away from that guy.

Haru would be lying if he didn't feel nervous, but he needed to calm himself. He turned his attention toward the seven candidates in the arena since he knew that Sasuke would be late on this exam. He kept staring until someone was sitting beside him.

"Hey, handsome, where do you come from?"

Haru, Kuroneko, and Yajima turned their heads at the same time and saw someone unexpected. They saw a woman in her 20's sitting beside Haru and smiled gently at him.

Haru knew this character well but he didn't expect her to be this flirty. He smiled and said, "Hello, beauty, we're from Land of Iron." He thought that it was a good thing to talk with a beauty since he needed to calm his nerve at this moment.
