Single Wish: Rise Of The Omniscient Paragon

Chapter 1145: 1142: Look Like A Demon

Corey's eyes blazed with intense madness as he pushed his wrecked and battered body to move toward the

One might wonder how Corey suddenly gained the ability to fight an entity that could destroy a puppet even the Incarnations of Gods feared to battle.

In the beginning, it was obvious that he was clearly not the Heavenly Executor's match, Primus had been the one moving his arms and intercepting the Heavenly Executor's moves, but now...

He could react and even give the Heavenly Executor a little bit of problem.

It was all because of Prima.

Prima had an ability called Elemental Harmony. This ability enabled Prima to absorb any of the nine elements and use them as temporary buffs.

Normally, Corey should not feel any burden or pain when Prima gained these buffs if it was used in a much better situation, but right now, Corey was in an extremely precarious state.

During their earlier exchange where Primus was fighting in Corey's stead, Prima had been absorbing the lightning energy of the Heavenly Executor and transforming it into a buff for Corey to use.

Normally, absorbing the lightning element should have given Prima and Corey only a faster reaction speed, but it gave Prima a lot more.

Prima became faster, had a ridiculous increase in her reaction speed, and also her attack power.

What Prima gained in the buff was a lot, and Corey was surprised by it for a moment before he knew why.

The Heavenly Executor was not made out of just normal lightning.

He had no knowledge of what the actual name of this golden lightning was, but the golden lightning was far more unique and special than normal lightning.

It was because of this ability Corey was suddenly able to fight the Heavenly Executor, and with every lightning energy Prima absorbed, Prima got stronger, and Corey got stronger as a result.

But the issue was that the energy was too much and the quality was too high.

Such buffs should have been a great thing, but it was not to Corey because he was still a mortal and he was too weak.

The energy made Prima to be on par with Greater Gods and even True Gods, and the difference between Corey and the gods was extremely vast.

His body, spirit, and soul could not handle so much energy.

Despite having a Demi-Paragon body and a unique mind with the soul origins of over a thousand dead gods in his mind, he could not handle so much energy because he was just a mortal.

Only his Will which had an Undying trait was able to bear the energy, but even that was incorrect.

It was not bearing it.

It was was always repairing itself and getting stronger as a result.

Corey knew the state of his body. He knew it very well, but he also knew that if he stopped or chose to rest, his body would shut down.

And his body shutting down while the Heavenly Executor was still present meant he was definitely going to die.

Which was why he couldn't give up.

He couldn't die no matter what.

Corey had no idea because he was so focused on the Heavenly Executor, but his Undying Will became more synchronized with him as he moved and had the thought of not giving up.

The World and even the Heavenly Executor could feel his Will, his intent, his desire not to die, not to lose.

Corey's Will suddenly advanced to another realm, but he had no idea.

His mind was completely on the Heavenly Executor.

The Heavenly Executor watched as Corey approached it, and it could clearly feel the changes to Corey's Will.

It was Heaven's Will turned Flesh, so it was more attuned in sensing Wills, which was why it knew that Corey had become more dangerous.

It had to kill him.

It calmly raised its free hand to the sky, and the sea of golden lightning it had been gathering in the sky thundered.

They came together, and the sky was suddenly brightened as millions of colossal golden spears made out of lightning appeared in the sky.

These golden spears could kill the true bodies of Lesser Gods and Greater Gods, and even True Gods would suffer devastating injuries if they were hit by the golden spears of lightning.

Corey's instincts warned him about the attack, and he knew that it could kill him even with the protection of Prima and Primus.

He came to a screeching stop as he solidified space and left a deep crack in the space of the world.

He tightened his grip on Primus, and with a cold and fierce gaze, he swung Primus.

"Grow... Primus."

In the blink of an eye, Primus grew so large that he covered the entire sky above the Divine Kingdom of the God of Living Constructs.

Despite Primus' colossal form, he was as light as a feather to Corey but as Corey swung Primus at the millions of golden lightning spears, they all shattered into pieces and fell like snow.

In the eyes of everybody and even the gods, it was like Primus' weight was far greater than even the entire planet itself.

However, Corey swung his massive form like he weighed nothing.

After crushing all the golden lightning spears, Primus transformed back into his base form- a glass rod.

His entire body was covered with thick bolts of golden lightning, and as Primus transferred the golden lightning to Prima, the cracks on her body widened and glowed so bright that Corey looked like a star from afar.

Cough!

Cough!

Cough!

Cough!

Cough!!!

Corey coughed out multiple mouthfuls of blood, and Prima had no choice but to remove the helmet from Corey's head, causing the gods, Anna, and every other person who had unique eyes to see Corey's current state.

He was bleeding profusely from his eyes, nose, ears, mouth, and even his skin began to crack and peel, causing more blood to fall from his face.

Golden lines that looked like lightning bolts could be seen on his face, and his eyes which were bloodshot along with his blood stained white and black hair made Corey look like a demon who was on his last breath.
