Since 1894 : Captain Jeon

Tae kept his patience long. He's not familiar of the place but he doesn't care if he gets lost tho.

His mission is to find out the historical mystery about Captain Jeon.

But where was he?

But finally, his eyes caught him looking extremely handsome even from afar.

Jungkook was talking to the group of soldiers - they're more than a group tho.

"Ha...bullseye." Tae whispered to himself and quickly went to his direction. Not directly towards Jungkook - he hid behind the walls and watched him.

"He's really intimidating huh." He listed it down to his notebook. All the moves he does, even his facial expressions were jotted down. He's taking all the notes and he'll probably just write it in an essay form later.

"Your first mission is to inspect all the market places in the capital.

I'm giving you-

His face - he can't say its average. Who the fuck can look good as that?

He looked like a very good leader and of course, a captain. But he looked young, maybe younger than Tae? How's that possible?

Tae noticed that he was staring for too long. I mean who wouldn't?

*Tae's Thought*

("He may look tough but he really looks angelic"

"err why am i focusing on his looks?"

"GET URSELF TOGETHER TAE")

Tae slapped himself by his thoughts. He was kind of hurt because he didn't expect too much pain.

"Gosh, I probably looked like an idiot." He said and massaged his cheeks.

He looked at the place where Jungkook was in but as to his surprise, he's not in there anymore.

Tae's Thought-"WHAT THE FUCK WHERE DID HE GO"

Tae immediately stood up and explored his gaze on the place but he couldn't find him anymore.

He stomped on the ground due to annoyance. "Argh! I'm so dumb!" He cried and his brows we're all furrowed.

He went out of that place and tried to look for him among the crowd.

"Shit, that's him!" He cried and quickly swam over the crowd.

He bumped onto so many people and kept muttering 'excuse me' and 'Im sorry'.

It seemed impossible for him to catch Jungkook because as soon as Tae was almost near him he would walk away.

But Tae didn't give up.

Jungkook was walking away and is now very far from him but Tae still kept an eye on him.

He was actually running already to try and catch him up but Jungkook took larger steps than him.

Jungkook stopped in front of a stall and talked to the vendor. Tae thought it was finally his chance to catch him but as soon as he was going to hide and jot down informations, Jungkook walked away again.

Tae held onto the wall and breathed. "He's so fast, gosh. Is he an ostrich?" He asked himself.

After some seconds, he quickly followed him again and again. It was a series of running and walking and Tae noticed that he's missing all the informations so he decided to jot down informations while following him.

He saw Jungkook stop and helped an old woman who was carrying a lot of things, maybe thats what she's selling.

He watched him carry the bags and placed it beside the streets where the old woman sells. He even helped the woman sit since the chair was too low.

Tae smiled to himself and his heart jumped. He's really a hero, he doesn't know why yet but this his good heart tells it all.

He managed to list it all down to the notebook and started following him again.

It been a moment of walking and Tae noticed that Jungkook was going on circles.

"Where is he really going?" He asked himself. His legs we're kinda getting tired because of running.

Within just a blink of an eye, Jungkook went to the left and now, Tae couldn't find him.

"The heck? Did he enter another realm or what?" He told himself while looking around to find him.

He suddenly saw him enter a house - a cabin actually, and he immediately followed him.

The inside was barely lit. And the walls are all made of wood. It seemed like its poorly built.

"Why would he go in this weird house?" He asked himself. It was very silent, even the footsteps were heard. But he couldn't hear Jungkook's footsteps.

"God, did I lost him again?"

He asked himself while slowly looking around the place, hoping to see Jungkook again like how he did earlier.

"Did I see it wrong? Did he not go in here?" Tae bit his fingers, he's getting a bit anxious.

He sighed. He was about to leave when someone grabbed him and pulled him inside the the group of dividers and covered his mouth.

"MRFHDHFJ!" His screams we're muffled, only the sunlight on the tiny holes of the wall we're the only light.

"If you keep shouting the one who's following you may kill you." And by that, Tae went silent.

He immediately knew it was Jungkook. But that didn't matter for now because he saw someone with a covered face enter the room. He can see it through the folds.

The place in between the dividers were not quite enough to fit in two people.

So they're basically glued to eo.

Everything was silent. He can't even hear Jungkook breathe even thought he's just behind him.

His heart was beating so fast while watching that person roam around the place - he looks like he's looking for someone.

And is that someone...him?

"Stay in here, whatever happens, don't go out until I tell you." He whispered to his ear and that gave him chills.

Jungkook carefully went out of one of the dividers but he's barely seen since he's inside the group of dividers. And he's holding a sword.

Pause.

HES HOLDING A SWORD?

"Who are you?" Jungkook asked and the culprit immediately got alarmed and held his sword.

Tae was shaking in fear. His trauma was getting back, and he feels so anxious so anxious.

With a moment of silence, Jungkook sensed something and he immediately kicked all the dividers that was preventing him from being seen. And by that, him and the guy with covered face met eyes.

The guy's eye bawled in shock as soon as they met eyes. He tried to run away but Jungkook was faster and quickly caught him.

He locked his neck in his arms and placed the sword near his neck like he was about to cut it.

"Why are you following me?"

The culprit was choking but he still managed to answer.

"Y-you're not the one-I'm foll- owing!" Tae saw Jungkook smirk.

"Why are you following him then?" He asked but the culprit did not answer, and that probably made Jungkook pissed. "Answer me." He said in a firm tone and tightened his arm around his neck.

"S-Some-one asked me to!", "What in return?"

"T-Three sacks of r-rice!"

Jungkook clicked his tongue. Не never thought a person can be this dumb.

"And who is that someone?" The guy did not answer and tapped Jungkook's arm repeatedly until he stopped.

He's dead.

He placed his sword back and went where Tae was hiding. He was shaking intensely.

"He's gone-fuck." He cursed when Tae fell onto his arms.

He fainted.

"Where am I" Tae asked in a low voice as his vision are blurry.

"You're awake. You've been asleep for an hour."Captain Jeon said looking at him.

Tae thought - "Wait,,, Captain - oh shit!"

Tae fell on the bed with his eyes bawled. He barely remembers what happened awhile ago, but why the fuck is he with Jungkook?

"You're at my house. Don't worry you're safe here-"

"HOUSE? DID YOU KIDNAP ΜΕ- wait no I'm an adult- DID YOU ADULTNAP ME?!" Tae cried while covering his body with his arms even though he's fully clothed. Jungkook raised an eyebrow at him.

"Pardon?" Tae was looking at him with inspecting eyes. He was 5 steps away from him.

Why would he bring him to his house?

Tae grabbed his shoes and pointed it a him like he was threatening him. He was out of the bed and took steps backward so that the distance between them will be more bigger.

Jungkook took a step forward.

"What are you doing-"

"DONT. DONT COME NEAR YOU MUNCHKIN." Jungkook looked so clueless about what he's doing.

"Why am I here, what did you do?" Tae asked, his guards we're still up and his eyes we're pinned on Jungkook.

The captain sighed and crossed his arms above his chest.

"Basically, you we're following me and someone was following you. I caught the culprit and then you fainted."

Tae looked for his sling bag around the place and he found it on the bedside table. But he's too afraid to get it since Jungkook was near it.

Jungkook noticed the glance and he immediately grabbed the bag. "Hey! That's mine!" Tae said.

"Why are you in the capital? Shouldn't you be in the training camp with your father?" Tae did not pay attention to his words and gathered his courage.

He went towards Jungkook and tried to grab his bag. Even though they're just the same height, he couldn't reach the bag because Jungkook held it up.

"Are you skipping training, Mr. Kim?" Tae glared at him.

"Of course not! Give me back my bag!" Tae tried to grab it again but Jungkook was too god at this.

"No, not until you tell me why you're following me." Tae was boiling inside. He knew he's talking to a hero but he's getting pretty annoying. Tae had immediately thought of an idea.

He quickly kneed Jungkook on his stomach and it made him crouch in pain. "Ah!" He cried and Tae immediately snatched his bag.

"I thought you're a captain? Your speed skills are too bad." Tae said and ran away.

*Tae's Thought*

"i mean hes kind cute and angelic but no i take that all back"

"good thing I got back my bag. Phew, alteast I got home. Maybe thats enough investigating for now."
