Ace

He was waiting for us outside the council room, Selfish. We all are selfish. As soon as I and Finn stepped out of the room, "Where are you going?" I called him, He heard me. But, choose to ignore me. 

There is still time at noon. I know it's hard for you, Felix. But please I have no choice. Please. I was waiting for him to return, it's overloading my mind. I feel like I will definitely go insane before solving this. Everything just keeps tangling up there is no clue. So Lost. Nothing is clear.

"I am back." My eyes immediately wandered to the voice and I was already looking for any sign that he was upset. No emotions. No damn emotions. Shit.

"Felix-" "Say I am down for it." He said, "Felix, are you sure?" I asked, he nodded, "No point in holding a grudge on old memories. Let's create something new." He said, he smirked. Creepy. But, this feels like something big is coming up.

He picked up my phone and handed it to me, "Call him," Scary, I immediately called Asher and told him. "Good boy." He said as he ruffled my hair, "Are you sure about what you are planning?" "I am planning nothing." "Felix, I have known you, your whole life." He smiles, "Then pray for me." 

Suddenly my phone started ringing, I opened it and saw it was P'Zane, "Hello-?" "I am outside of the dormitory, come down quick." He said and hung up, Rude. I still ran down quickly not forgetting to take my jacket. I saw him, he was wearing a jacket too and joggers, while waiting for me, I guess?

"Phi Zane." I said as I ran to him, "You're here, let's go." He said as he grabbed my hand and started walking towards the outside of the woodland campus, it was where all the cars were parked. "Where are we going?" I asked. "To the city?" "For what?" "Did you remember the last condition? We are supposed to dress for a week as our partner chooses us for." He said.

Oh, Right. Wait-that means Felix agreed because, oh Damn Felix please don't play any sick games. 

We reached the shopping mall. This is the same mall me and my mom and I usually shop in. We made our way to the mall. Today is Sunday. There are chances, I can meet my mom here. I want to see how she is. 

I was just following Phi Zane around, as if I am his puppy for real. There are so many people here, it already overwhelms me. I tried to keep my eyes on Zane but still my eyes kept wandering around, why are there so many people today? Or is it because I am with my mother that's why I don't feel so scared? 

While I was thinking about other things I suddenly dumped Phi Zane, "Sorry!" I immediately said, "Are you okay?" He asked me, I immediately nodded. "Well then I'll look around for your clothes, you do for mine? We will meet after 4 pm, like in an hour?" He said, dammit? Alone? I was never alone! How the hell will I manage? Yet I said yes to him. 

I saw him disappearing from my eyes, my brain overloading. No, No, Calm down, Ace, Calm down. Nothing will go wrong. I feel my hands trembling. So many people. My eyes wander around. No dammit. 

Suddenly someone dump into me and their phone fell down and broke. "The fuck! Don't you have eyes!" They yell! But, he was the one who dumped in to me. "Are you hearing me?" I can feel his voice attracting the people around and it only worsens my condition.

I tried to calm myself down, "Are you deaf?" He pushed me, It made me fall backwards. The heck, why would he do that? He was about to punch me but suddenly someone yelled out, "Stop!" 

"Ace, are you okay?" I looked at the voice and saw My mama, she is here! "Mama!" I hugged her immediately, I can't believe just how calm her presence makes me, "Can you tell me what happened?" "That guy first stumbled upon me because he was watching his phone then blamed me when his phone fell down and broke." 

"What? He is lying," That guy yelled, "No-" "My son said what he said, he never lies. So shut the fuck up and go, before I call in security over here and you all too, it's not reality show that you all are standing over here and watching instead of helping someone this young." My mom hisses at everyone and they all left. That guy too. 

"Come on, baby. Get up." She said as she helped me, "Are you hurt somewhere?" She asked me, I shook my head. "What are you doing here alone? Did Amy and Felix not come or they left you alone?" "I didn't come with them," "Then who?" "Someone from school," I explained her whole Valentine week thingy. 

"Should I help you?" She asked me, "Yes, Please." I said, then my mom helped me, "Okay, I'll leave now?" She said as we were done, "Before that, mama, are you not mad at us?" "I was at first but not anymore, as long as you both are doing fine." She said and smiled as she left. She even paid for all the clothes and went out. I was standing near Phi Zane's Car.

I saw him heading towards me, Why is he always looking so distant? We sat in the car and drive back.

I went to the dorm, I knocked on the door. Finn was already back. "You good?" He asked me, "Almost didn't made it." "Ace, you have to see this." "What?" I asked as he opens his laptop and shows me articles of latter half, "What is it about?" "This article here highlights, that many people here either suicide or went missing or said to be ran away from the school."

"What does it has to do with us?" "Stupid, Do you not see it common?" "What's common?" "That your older brother said to be have suicide too, Right?" "Oh, now that I think about it." "Also, wants to know something suspicious?" "What?" "While me and William were coming back, we saw staff-maids cleaning vessels." "What's suspicious?" "That's literally all students were out of the school today, everyone had their lunch outside, so who were eating here?" "Teachers?" "Nope, As per my information, All the teachers went to their home yesterday." "What for?" "Weekend, of course." 

"Okay, now that's suspicious." "So, how should we find it out? who were here while we weren't around?" "I am going to take Will's help and try get access in the security system of this school. Maybe we can get the access to the cameras and we can find it out." "When are you planning to do it?" "Tomorrow night." I nodded, fair enough. Since, Felix is also not back yet. So it was only fair enough for us to do it tomorrow.
