**Adam Walker's POV**

I turned to look at my right only to see emo dude's retreating back. The hell is wrong with this guy I thought.

I simply threw what he said to the back of my mind and turned my attention back to my food when I heard another voice next to me.

" Don't take what my friend said to heart that's just how he is. Extremely competitive". Owen said with a sunny smile before sitting opposite me just like yesterday.

"Don't worry about it" I don't even know what he's talking about" I said in a flat tone.

It's because you finished the "conditioning" before him today. He replied with his easygoing smile.

" I see but why are you doing this?" I asked wondering why he approached me yesterday and also the same thing today.

"What?" he asked.

"You coming to talk to me for no reason just like yesterday and today" I said.

"I want to be your friend" he replied with a grin.

"Why?" I asked my surprise almost managing to break my emotionless face. Of all the reasons I thought of for him approaching, him wanting to be my friend was not part of it.

"Maybe it has to do with my instincts and I trust my instincts so what do you say?" he asked.

"No" I replied.

" What why? he asked puzzled.

"No reason" I replied. But in my mind I was thinking about a whole other things. And one of them was why would a scion of a great family want to befriend me.

" Come on if you become my friend I'll teach you how to live life. And how to rizz girls.

" Well now I'm even more glad I declined. Now if you'll excuse me I've got a class to be" I said while standing up.

"Wait for me we're in the same class remember" he said as he stood up and started to walk by my side.

He kept talking and talking as he walked beside me. Oh which god did I offend to get the attention of this guy would this guy just shut up.

Soon we reached a large space or field in this case. It was a vast grassland just around a hundred meters behind the academic building. It was where we would be having the bloodline analysis class.

We were the first to reach the field since I decided to come here early to avoid the very person who followed me here.

"Dude what is your bloodline" he asked curiously staring at me.

"Gravity manipulation" I replied. There were two reasons why I told him. One I didn't see the need to hide it as it would come out eventually. And two not telling him would only make him pester me more.

"Wow it's a conceptual one" he said before keeping shut. I was starting to appreciate the silence when he broke it.

"Aren't you gonna ask what mine is?" He asked.

"No" I replied.

"Why" he continued.

"Not instrested besides once those instructors arrive here I'll know about it I said gesturing to a group of people approaching us.

Soon the people arrived before us before introducing themselves as the instructors of the bloodline analysis class.

They were four of them. Two were men and the other two were women.

" Some punctual cadets you are. Since you're already here let's start before the others arrive" a bald man who introduced himself as instructor Dell said gesturing both to us and the other man beside him.

I followed instructor Dell to a few meters away from where we initially stood while Owen followed the other instructor who Dell introduced as instructor Shane.

"So explain your bloodline and what you can currently do" he said.

"My bloodline is called gravity manipulation. As for what I can currently do. I can increase the gravity in my gravitational field thereby increasing the mass and weight of anything in it and also can also decrease it to a state of zero gravity" I explained.

"Is that all" he asked.

"No I can also use attractive and repulsive forces to attract or repel" I replied. Of course I I could do more but he doesn't need to know that. For example I can utilize my gravity field to enhance myself to make me stronger, faster, more agile, and conserve stamina.

Currently am still trying to learn how to fly with it. But I think it's not possible until I maybe achieve silver rank.Mind you only those who have reached gold rank can fly.

"From my research about gravity related bloodlines, you are still at the basic level but that's what we bloodline analysts are here to fix by giving you pointers. How you choose to use your bloodline is your choice we only give advice" he explained. I nodded at his words.

"Now what I've seen and heard of other gravity related bloodlines are capable of doing at an advance level are;

* Floor tilting - changing the direction in which gravity pulls matter.

* Gyro- telekinesis - interact, move and manipulate matter using gravity.

* Gravity imprisonment - imprisoning entities or matter by creating strong gravitational forces around them.

"But don't try to do any one until you reach silver tier I can sense you're already at the peak. Just continue mastering and refining the control over the abilities you already have for the time being" he said while leaving to attend to other students who had started arriving during our little session.

"Thank you" I said while he was leaving. "Don't worry it's my job" he replied.

Two hours passed in the blink of an eye and the class was over.

After a few minutes I reached my dorm. These portals were point suckers. Today after the class was over I saw lady divider simply wave her hand to materialize a portal to which she and Lily the bubbly girl disappeared into.

It was convenient and also reminded me that I really need to learn how to fly. I think I'll breakthrough to the silver rank in maybe about two days. By then I should be ready to try those techniques instructor baldy talked about.
