Sealing Jutsu Sensei

"This brat is so noisy, jumping around like that."

The giant snake, looming over Anko, grumbled inwardly.

If I had known this would happen, I wouldn't have been tempted by Orochimaru's reward of 648 frogs to help him test this brat...

And according to Uncle Manda, human brats may be small, but they taste pretty good.

Maybe I should...

The giant snake quickly shook its head, dismissing the dangerous thought. After all, Orochimaru was not someone to mess with.

But still, as it gazed at the plump Anko, drool started to flow from its mouth uncontrollably.

Orochimaru only said not to hurt the brat... What if I don't eat her but just take a lick to taste?

Feeling proud of its cleverness, the giant snake fixed its heated gaze on Anko, who was trembling under its shadow. Its forked tongue stretched out...

Just one lick. Really, just one...

Seeing Anko, now marinated in fear, the giant snake's eyes grew bloodshot. It had already forgotten its promise to Orochimaru...

Forget it! At worst, I'll just hide from Orochimaru later.

In the next moment, its slit pupils narrowed, and its body acted purely on instinct. It opened its jaws wide and lunged at the petrified Anko!

But just then, three small figures suddenly burst out from the dense treetops—Obito, Asuma, and Ebisu.

Asuma and Ebisu swung their ninja blades, which were glowing with a yellow light, and upon landing, they thrust them into the ground with force, shouting in unison:

"Shuriken Ninjutsu: Earth-Style Wall!" x2

Two underdeveloped earth walls rose from the ground, standing between the giant snake and Anko.

At the same time, a pair of golden slit-pupil eyes gleamed with curiosity from the nearby treetops...

Boom! Boom!

Clearly, those crudely constructed walls couldn't hold back the giant snake for long. In less than two seconds, they were smashed to pieces.

But that was enough.

Taking advantage of the distraction, Obito had already dashed toward Anko at lightning speed, scooping her up into his arms. He then quickly dove to the side, barely dodging the incoming debris and the snake's massive, gaping maw.

The giant snake hadn't expected the earth's walls to be so fragile. Overexerting itself, it slammed headlong into a tree, its fangs sinking deep into the trunk. For a moment, it struggled to pull them out.

"Now, Obito!"

At Asuma's urging, Obito carried Anko and rejoined them. The three quickly leapt onto the tree branches to make their escape...

Moments later, they stopped at their secret base, finally catching their breath.

"Are you alright? Do you feel hurt anywhere?"

Obito gently set Anko down and waved his hand in front of her dazed face, concerned.

Anko slowly came to her senses, her eyes regaining focus.

"I'm... I'm fine."

She responded instinctively and then recalled the recent events. Looking at Obito and Asuma, who weren't much older than herself, she exclaimed in amazement:

"You guys are amazing! Thank you so much!"

"Heh, of course we are."

Asuma said smugly, showing off his ninja blade.

"But the biggest thanks goes to the ninja blades that Natsuhiko-Sensei gave us. Who would have thought the built-in shuriken ninjutsu would be so useful? Right, Ebisu?"

Ebisu, however, still seemed shaken. Although he had forced himself to follow Asuma and Obito, he was now terrified as he looked back.

Nervously, he said,

"Alright, now's not the time for this. It's still not safe here. We should get out of here and inform the adults that there's a huge snake around."

Asuma's eyes widened in disbelief:

"What are you talking about, Ebisu? This is exactly what we've been waiting for!"

He waved his ninja blade,

"If we defeat that giant snake, the whole village will know the name of the Shuriken Squad!"

"And with these ninja blades from our teacher, taking down a snake should be easy, right?"

"But... something about this snake feels odd..."

Ebisu tried to say more, but Asuma cut him off, pointing at the dust cloud approaching them from the dense forest:

"Looks like running isn't going to be easy even if we wanted to."

Ebisu's face turned pale as he saw the shadow of the snake moving swiftly through the dust. His legs began to tremble.

But as an honour student, he knew that running from a snake this fast was the most dangerous option.

And though he usually let Asuma and Obito take charge, in critical moments like this, as the oldest member of the group, he had to step up.

His trembling legs gradually steadied.

Meanwhile, Obito gave Anko instructions:

"Stay hidden here for now. Don't worry, we'll be back soon."

He gave her a reassuring thumbs-up.

But that did little to ease Anko's worry. Her anxious gaze followed Obito as he rejoined the others. After exchanging nods, the three stepped out of their hideout and stood on a thick tree branch.

As the giant snake rapidly closed the distance, the three raised their ninja blades in their right hands and took out differently coloured shuriken with their left hands, activating the hidden mechanisms inside.

Suddenly, an intense narration by Might Duy echoed in the air.

"Red Ninja Shuriken!"

"Blue Ninja Shuriken!"

"Yellow Ninja Shuriken!"

The three installed the shuriken on the hilts of their ninja blades, pressed the transformation button on the blade's hilt, and spun the shuriken at high speed!

"Shuriken Transformation!" x3

They shouted in unison.

"Nin-nin-nin, nin-nin-nin-nin..."

The hypnotic music played, and a burst of dazzling light surrounded them, making it hard to see.

In the blinding RGB-colored light, a red figure jumped out, flipping twice in midair and landing in a kneeling position.

The figure's head snapped up, and the red warrior coldly declared:

"Blazing Sky, Red Ninja!"

Next, a blue figure leapt out, also landing in a kneeling position.

"Roaring Cloud, Blue Ninja!"

Finally, a yellow figure followed suit.

"Shining Calm, Yellow Ninja!"

The three stood up in unison, and the Red Ninja spoke:

"As ninjas, we show no mercy..."

All three then struck what they believed to be their coolest poses and shouted together:

"Shuriken Squad—Nin Ninjas!"

Boom!

A massive explosion of special effects erupted behind them...
