School Beauty's Personal Crazy Young Master

Chapter 1422: Hammer Shatters the Giant Mountain

On the East Peak of Hua Mountain, laughter echoed incessantly.

The true forms of these demons were extremely large, and almost everyone on the East Peak got a piece of demon meat.

Over the past year, everyone had tasted demon meat. Today's excitement and enjoyment were due to celebrating from the victor's perspective, crushing the Demon Clan's spirit.

"Where have you been for the past six months?"

Watching Chen Nan eating heartily, Zhao Han inquired.

"I found a cave to take a nap, and before I knew it, half a year had passed." Chen Nan shrugged, smiling calmly.

"Nonsense, come on, let's have a drink first."

Zhao Han tossed a jug of wine to him while reaching for the roasted bird wing.

The bird wing was divided among everyone, leaving only a bone with some meat. Zhao Han reached for this bone.

As he grabbed the bone, Tao Zui on the opposite side also grabbed the other end of the bone.

Normally, among familiar friends, one would let go, giving in to the other. But the two did not release their grip and instead increased their strength.

Each held one end of the bone, secretly competing.

If it were an ordinary bone, it wouldn't withstand their strength. But this was a bird wing bone of the Heavenly Passage Realm, quite resilient.

Amid their tug-of-war, they even began using Inner Strength to snatch it.

Chen Nan saw this clearly from the side. Before he sparred with Chi Yu, he noticed the hostility between the two in their eyes, yet couldn't understand why.

What grudge could exist between these two who look exactly alike?

"Hey, hey, hey, we're all brothers here, cut it out." Chen Nan grabbed their wrists and forcefully separated them.

Tao Zui glared at Zhao Han, undisguised hostility in his eyes, then turned to receive a jug of wine from his sister Tao Muxue.

Zhao Han, equally hostile, went to drink with the Poison Wolf nearby.

Chen Nan watched for ages but couldn't figure out why. Holding the final bird wing bone, he took a bite: "Since neither of you want it, I'll eat it!"

Pulling Hua Xian'er aside, Chen Nan asked her what was going on.

But Hua Xian'er also didn't know. She only knew that ever since the two met, they had disliked each other, fighting several times to the brink of life and death. If not for others stopping them, the consequences would have been unimaginable.

Chen Nan had no choice but to confront Zhao Han and Tao Zui about it.

But neither spoke up, just glaring at each other, their gaze almost wishing to swallow the other whole. Yet neither would disclose the reason for their enmity.

Chen Nan initially wanted to resolve their grudge.

After all, Zhao Han was a brother, and he was also very close to Tao Zui. But seeing them like this, he knew nothing he said would matter now. Even if they outwardly agreed to reconcile, the underlying resentment likely wouldn't dissipate anytime soon.

At this moment, someone suddenly shouted in shock: "Heavens, a mountain is flying towards us!"

Chen Nan and the others frowned and quickly looked up.

Indeed, in the sky a few hundred meters away, a man in red held a mountain peak with one hand, flying towards them, stepping upon the void.

Behind this red-clad man, over a dozen war chariots flew.

The chariots were pulled by extraordinary beasts that hadn't transformed into human form, carrying demon clan cultivators, following the red-clad man.

Chen Nan furrowed his brows tightly; with his strong Divine Sense, he could see at a glance that this red-clad man holding a mountain was of the Demon Clan, and like Chi Yu, he was of the Flame Bird race.

"It seems he's here for revenge." Chen Nan slowly stood up.

Everyone on the East Peak of Hua Mountain looked up to the sky; the scene was truly shocking. The red-clad man's Divine Power was so astonishing, he could fly across the void single-handedly holding a mountain.

How much strength was needed for such a monstrous feat?

Many couldn't even imagine it.

Yet, just as everyone was taken aback, the red-clad man, with a single toss, hurled the mountain toward them.

Among those present, the cultivation varied, with stronger individuals managing to evade. However, the weaker ones, if hit by the mountain, were sure to die.

As everyone frowned, a giant figure suddenly leaped over from a distance.

This person was over three meters tall, robustly built, wielding a pair of Drumming Golden Hammers as thick as water tanks, charging straight towards the mountain, calling out in a gruff voice: "You bad boy, didn't you see all those people down there? How dare you throw it! Watch me unscrew your head."

As he spoke, the Drumming Golden Hammer in his hand surged with endless Gang Qi, and with a "snap" sound, shattered the entire mountain in mid-air.

Divine Power indeed!

Everyone present was dumbfounded but didn't recognize this giant, as he had never been seen before.

"Xiao Fan!"

Chen Nan could see clearly—it was his simple-minded brother, Shi Fanzhen.

The big fool, after smashing the mountain with the hammer, was about to charge at the red-clad man. But upon hearing Chen Nan's voice, he turned back, delightfully flying towards them.

"Brother, I've finally found you. I've missed you so much."

He tossed the two big hammers to the ground, creating two massive pits, and rushed over to bear hug Chen Nan.

Chen Nan was equally delighted to see his brother alive and well after six months of absence; he had feared something had happened to him. Seeing him vigorous and with greatly enhanced Cultivation was a relief.

"Where were you before?" Chen Nan asked.

Shi Fanzhen scratched his head and replied, "I was in a cave on Tianlun Mountain. That old geezer gave me an elixir, and after taking it, I fell asleep and didn't wake up until two months ago. I went out looking for you but couldn't find you. Yesterday, I heard that Hua Mountain was holding a king-sealing event, so I came with them."

"So that's how it is." Chen Nan suddenly understood.

Shi Fanzhen scratched his head and asked, "Brother, where did that old geezer go?"

Chen Nan glanced at the sky, unsure if their master was still around, shook his head, and said, "I don't know either. By the way, have you seen your sister-in-law and the black chicken?"

Shi Fanzhen shook his head vigorously: "No, have they gone missing?"

Chen Nan shook his head without responding, when the red-clad man, leading the demons, stepped onto the war chariot, arriving near.

"Who among you is Chen Nan? Come out and die!" the red-clad man shouted.

"How dare you curse my brother!"

Shi Fanzhen, immediately angered, grabbed his big hammer to make a move.

Chen Nan stopped him, glanced at the red-clad man, and sneered: "Beast, what business do you have with your Grandpa Chen?"

The red-clad man roared in anger: "Humph, you killed my brother; how can I let you go?"

"So that mangy bird was your brother." Chen Nan picked up a bird wing bone from the ground and tossed it towards the red-clad man: "In that case, take these bones back and give him a proper burial."

The red-clad man shuddered all over, nearly fainting in rage.

Looking at the bone in his hand, trembling with anger, he pointed at Chen Nan and his group: "You... you all, you ate him!"
