Running A Cemetery in North America

Chapter 151: Night of the Living Dead

Outside the graveyard, a white woman covered in blood fell to the ground, her knees scraped raw and bloody.

Even so, she dared not delay for a moment, hurriedly using both hands to crawl toward the graveyard.

Just a few meters behind her, several men with bizarre walking postures were approaching, heads down and shoulders slumped.

The skin on their faces had been completely chewed off, their eyeballs dangled from the sockets, barely held by the tendons to avoid falling on the ground.

One of them was even more severely injured, his abdomen

"Woof woof woof!"

The first to sense something was wrong, Dahuang rushed to the graveyard entrance, barking at the strange men.

Seeing they had no intention of stopping, he lunged forward and breathed out a fierce flame, engulfing the leading figure.

As soon as the person was scorched by the flames, they let out a low growl, attempting to attack Dahuang.

But Dahuang was extremely agile, dodging swiftly, then breathing fire again, making the bodies of these strange men sizzle, finally falling to the ground as charred corpses amid the flames.

Sizzle, sizzle!

Before long, all these strange men were consumed by the sea of fire.

Hearing the commotion, Sun Yan and his group rushed out of the main house, looking at the scene at the graveyard entrance with astonishment.

"How did this happen?" Sister Jessica exclaimed in shock.

"Help, help me." The woman who crawled into the graveyard lifted her head, pleading with Sun Yan.

One could see the bite wounds on her face, and her pupils were turning black, showing signs of mutation.

Sun Yan opened the Celestial Eye, seeing black mist swirling around her, clearly she was under some curse.

"Help, help me... Ah!!!"

It wasn't long before the woman suddenly leaped up, lunging at Sun Yan.

Her mouth was flowing with thick saliva, and like a beast, she aimed to bite Sun Yan's arm.

"Get lost." Sosia unceremoniously punched out, striking the woman in the face.

The punch was so powerful it directly collapsed the bridge of the woman's nose, causing her body to fly back like a projectile, crashing into the iron gate of the graveyard, bending the metal bars.

"Hiss." Sun Yan looked at Sosia with bewilderment, feeling it was the first time Sosia seemed unfamiliar.

Previously, Sosia's werewolf strength was never this formidable.

Could it be because of becoming a zombie werewolf?

Zombies are inherently incredibly strong, and with Sosia's werewolf lineage, it was a formidable tank-warrior combination.

"This person is cursed, no longer human," Sosia said, looking seriously at the woman stepping down from the metal bars.

A normal person hit by her punch would have long been dead, unable to move again.

"Ah!!"

The woman opened her mouth wide, her teeth and saliva constantly fell out, crawling across the ground like a rabid dog, charging at Sosia.

Sosia showed no fear, white fur grew all over her body, covering her like armor.

Before the others could react, Sosia leaped out, her claws pressing on the woman's head, kneeing fiercely, slamming into the woman's face.

When she landed, Sosia's arms plunged into the woman's armpits, clasping them together in front of her chest, lifting her violently, tossing her back with great force, crashing onto the ground.

With a loud bang, the woman's spine was completely fractured, bent in a grotesque position.

The crowd fell silent.

The destructive power Sosia displayed was terrifying, resembling a humanoid tyrannosaurus.

"Where did these monsters come from?"

Sun Yan, puzzled, walked to the outer graveyard, where the bodies were still burning under Dahuang's flames, filling the air with a pungent stench of scorch.

Dahuang, rarely without his goofy grin, stood resolute beside Sun Yan, looking in the direction of Gospel Town.

"I'll go to the town to see what's happening, you all stay in the graveyard and don't wander around. As long as you're in the graveyard, you're absolutely safe."

Sun Yan, thoughtful, went back inside to fetch the keys, then drove the Yuelang U8 towards the town.

Sosia sprinted quickly, leaping onto the car roof, leaving with Sun Yan.

As a Cemetery Member, she had always defined herself as Sun Yan's bodyguard.

Seeing the situation awry, it was only natural Sosia couldn't allow Sun Yan to venture out alone.

Elise knew among those present, only she and Sosia could be considered insiders. Since Sun Yan and Sosia left, she had to stay to maintain order in the graveyard.

To prevent any unforeseen incidents.

"Mr. Roken, Ms. Jessica, for the sake of your safety, let's head back first."

...

Sun Yan floored the pedal, speeding toward Gospel Town.

As he got closer to Gospel Town, he saw the town in utter chaos.

Everywhere showed signs of destruction, and in the streets, many men and women were running in terror, chased by figures resembling zombies.

Those even slightly caught would be bitten, left in a bloody state, meeting the same fate as those monsters.

It was as if the apocalypse had arrived!

"Shit! The virus from Raccoon City has leaked? This is fucking ridiculous."

Sun Yan lowered the window, sticking his head out, astonished at the scene outside.

He never imagined such a thing could happen in today's world. If he didn't know exactly what was going on in Gospel Town, he might have thought some Hollywood crew came to shoot a movie here.
