Rise Of The Titans

Previously on Rise of the Titans, Kaneki, Touka and Karusa encountered a titan and almost got eaten but were saved by a strange man. Touka and Karusa finally wake up while Kaneki is no where to be found

TOUKA: Where's my brother and where on earth are we?

KARUSA: I really don't know, the last thing I remember was that a man came and saved us from that Titan

The man who saved the teenagers walked into the room to check up on Touka and Karusa. His name is Ado

ADO: How are you girls feeling now?

TOUKA AND KARUSA: We're fine but who are you?

ADO: I'm Ado Harishma and you are currently in my humble home. May I know your names?

TOUKA: I'm Touka

KARUSA: I'm Karusa

ADO: It's nice meeting the both of you

TOUKA: Do you know where my brother is? The tall kid that was with us, he has dark hair.

ADO: What's his name

KARUSA: Kaneki

ADO: Ohh, follow me but you won't like what you are gonna see

Ado takes Touka and Karusa to were Kaneki was staying, Touka and Karusa were very shocked to see the state Kaneki was, Touka couldn't control her emotions so she started crying

TOUKA: W...w...what happ...ened to my brother

ADO: Control yourself, your brother was badly injured in so many places, he lost a lost of his organs while some were damaged and as you can use, he doesn't have his left eye. Your brother won't survive for much longer

KARUSA: Ohh no

TOUKA: Kaneki you can't just leave me and mom, I lost dad and there's no way I'm losing you, KANEKI GET UP!

ADO: Control yourself, there's a way I can save your brother from death but you're not gonna like the idea

TOUKA: I don't care, just save my brother

Ado performed all kinds of surgery and experiments to Kaneki's body, he lost alot of blood and was dying fast. The operation was a success but as Kaneki wakes up, his entire world is about to turn upside down, the first face he sees is his sister's face.

TOUKA: Kaneki, you're awake

KANEKI: Touka-chan, where.....are we?

TOUKA: I'll answer your questions later, you need to rest

KANEKI: What's this eye patch doing on my right eye?

TOUKA: The doctor said you shouldn't take it off

KANEKI: Why is my body so weak

TOUKA: Just stop talking and rest, I'm so sorry for bringing you into this mess, forgive me

KANEKI: Don't blame yourself, just be happy that we're alive and not dead

TOUKA: But-

KANEKI: It's ok

Touka then remembers what Ado told her before Kaneki's surgery

ADO: Listen to me carefully, both you and Karusa ain't normal humans again

KARUSA: What do you mean?

ADO: When you were attacked by the titan, you lose alot of blood and some few organs. I've been killing titans for the Past eight years now, and I've found out that the only thing that doesn't decay is their organs. I transplanted some of the organs into your bodies so that you can survive.

TOUKA: Tell me you're joking right?

ADO: Does it look like I'm joking, it was the only way to save the both of you

TOUKA: What about my brother?

ADO: Follow me

Ado took them to where Kaneki was and Touka was very shocked me

TOUKA: W....w...what happened to him?

ADO: Your brother was the only person that got really damaged, his lungs were removed his heart was badly injured and he lost his right eye

TOUKA: This is all my fault

KARUSA: Don't blame yourself, we didn't know that the titan was going to be there

ADO: There is still a way that I can save your brother but you're not going to like it

TOUKA: I don't care just do it

ADO: Let me explain you still have half human organs in you and Karusa as for your brother to survive i need to transplant all organs to him, making his taste for blood really strong he may kill people in the process and might become a wanted criminal in the society

TOUKA: I don't care if it means keeping my brother alive I'm okay with it

ADO: if I do this your brother's life will never be the same again and trust me he might hate it

KARUSA: Touka are you sure about this? if you are allow your brother to continue with this operation he could become a rated S killer, do you know what you're dealing with?

TOUKA: Do you want my brother to die?

KARUSA: I'm not saying that, all I'm saying is that we are taking a big decision, are you sure about this?

TOUKA: Yes I'm a hundred percent sure of what I'm saying if he dies I'll never forgive myself, I had no purpose anymore after my dad died Kaneki has been there for me every single day even if we're twins I consider him as my older brother I don't care if he kills just to survive I will help him if it means keeping him alive and safe.

ADO: Ok as long he is your twin brother you get to speak for him now don't say I didn't warn you when he becomes a rated S killer in the Tokyo society

Ado spent hours in the operation room doing the transplant. Ado came out of the operation room and that's when Touka went into the room to see Kaneki. Touka is finally done with the flashback and then tells Kaneki the bitter truth.

TOUKA: Kaneki I have something to tell you

KANEKI: What do you want to tell me?

TOUKA: You had a successful operation

KANEKI: And so?

TOUKA: Kaneki what I'm about to tell you is going to change our lives forever we have become Titans, me you and Karusa and you lost your right eye I'm sorry I forced you to follow me to Karusa's house I didn't know that the Titan was going to be there please forgive me.
