Rinnegan As Option

He can't just the Jutsu out of his ass, or else the village going put him on the battlefield.

He has learned one actual Jutsu and this Jutsu is useless, many ninjas even said that it can't kill anyone. This is true, in certain aspects.

The Six Path Jutsu don't count as they require the Rinnegan to use them. Ichika won't expose them or use them to protect the village, he is a selfish human and he doesn't even like the village. Born to protect the village but won't get the protection if he does something wrong like killing a Daimyō.

Daiyō is just a regular human being, even though they have the "power" of money. Well, actually almost every ninja is scared of them. Ichika hates those useless nińggaa.

"You're returning to school next week," his sister said, he had a mission from the school for 3 months already and it only a couple of months left before he graduated.
