Reincarnated in sekirei

( Yuuki's POV )

On the roof of the MBI building, my Sekireis and I were about to start our night patrol and I had given everyone a barrier bracelet with Materia they had chosen, today was Emilia's first patrol so she was with Tsukiumi and me, as she refused to jump from the highest point of the building I took the opportunity to practice my teleportation to take us to the roof of the closest building and I managed to teleport us without any problem.

Our patrol was the same as any other day except when we saw Saeko, she was in the middle of her night walk to attract thugs and this time it was a success, She noticed that she was being followed by three suspicious guys but she didn't notice the other four watching from the sidelines, She led them to a place where no one could hear her screams and she turned around to face them, by the way, Reina talks about Saeko, I don't doubt that she can take care of those three guys and even of all seven at the same time if they underestimate her but still I can't just stand by and do nothing, I walked behind them without being noticed and being so close I could see the slightly macabre smile that formed on Saeko as she took the Bokken that hung from her right shoulder and got into her stance, but her expression changed to one of confusion as her assailants suddenly fell to the ground, they were knocked out and I slowly approached Saeko and her hands started shaking a little but not from fear.

Yuuki: Even if you are desperate for a challenge there are better ways to achieve it than this.

Saeko: I don't-

Yuuki: there is a new dojo in town that was built a week ago, go there and you will find what you are looking for.

I jumped to the nearest building without waiting for her answer and met up with Tsukiumi and Emilia, Emilia was confused as to why I had done that and I just told her to trust me, Tsukiumi perfectly understood my intentions and we continued to watch Saeko who after a few moments decided to finish her night walk early today.

the next day we were walking to school and when we met Saya-shi, Felli was waiting for us, but not her sister which was weird because they came to school together the day before.

She didn't say anything as we were walking but she suddenly tugged on my sleeve and I slowed down until we were walking behind the others.

Felli: Yuuki, give me a nickname.

Yuki: huh? Why do you want that?

Felli: Don't worry about it.

Yuuki: hmm? Felli is a nice cute name, I prefer to keep calling you Felli.

When I answered Felli her expression didn't change but I could see a slight red color on her cheeks which is adorable.

Felli: then I will call you by a nickname.

Yuuki: ok, but make it a good one.

Felli: Umm, how about Yuu?

Yuuki: No, definitely not that one.

That sounded too close to Eu and I didn't want to be called that.

Felli: Yunyun, Yukie, Kiki, Ki-Kun...

Yuuki: oh that sounds good.

Felli: Ki-Kun Ki-Kun, yes I like it.

A small smile appeared on her face and I felt an urge to pet her head so I did exactly that, Felli blushed again and when we rejoined the others, Reina was looking at me with narrowed eyes and she continued to glare at me as we arrived at school.

Today after school all the clubs in the school were trying to recruit new members and I decided to check out all the clubs for suspicious people but looking at other students from afar made me the only suspicious person and in the end, I headed to the Kendo club.

When I entered the club I could only see girls practicing although this was not a club for girls only, I think that just like Reina, many girls at school idolize the captain of the club, Saeko.

I looked around looking for Reina and when I found her I made a beeline towards her attracting the attention of the other girls.

Yuuki: hey there

Reina: what are you doing here Yuuki?

Yuuki: oh I can't spend much time away from you.

Reina blushed at my answer and the girls around us started gossiping among themselves.

Reina: why. are. you. here?

Yuuki: Calm down I just wanted to see you train, you said you were pretty good and I just wanted to watch.

Reina: Humn why don't you go to a corner and keep quiet, also don't say anything that could be misunderstood.

Yuuki: I promise I'll behave.

Nobody in the club seemed to mind my presence and several girls approached me and asked me about my relationship with Reina and I told them that she was my neighbor and that we became fast friends from the first day we met, the girls gossiped some more which annoyed Reina.

At the end of their practice after the other girls had left I took two wooden swords and approached Reina.

Yuuki: I guess you weren't just bragging, how about we have a little sparring match?

Reiná: Oh you think you can beat me?

Yuuki: With the proper motivation, what if the winner can give the loser an order.

Before we started our spar I could feel someone spying on us but I didn't sense any ill intent so I ignored it.

Reiná: ok deal.

Reina is full of confidence and she makes the first move wanting to end this quickly but I blocked her attack easily, Reina was surprised and I took two steps back and smiled at her, Reina kept swinging her wooden sword but the result was the same, Every time I blocked her attacks I created an opening to attack but I never took them, Reina's confidence turned to frustration and her last attack was much faster and stronger than the previous ones, Of course, I could easily dodge it but I let it hit me square in the face.

A loud thud noise was heard and when she saw that she had hit me she ran to my side and put her hand on the place she had hit and I could see the concern in her eyes.

Reiná: Yuuki! Are you okay? why didn't you block

Her hands feel soft touching my face and I enjoy her touch for a few seconds before taking her hand and showing her that I was completely unharmed.

Yuuki: Don't worry, I'm fine, see, I guess this makes you the winner.

Reina: I don't care about that!

Reina was not convinced of what I was saying and she tried to take me to the infirmary but I refused, Shizuka would freak out more than her sister

Yuuki: If you're going to take care of me like this, maybe I should let you hit me more often.

Reina: idiot, I'm not going to worry about you again

I felt that the person who was spying on us had left and we left the club shortly after, but before leaving the school I told Reina that I had to take care of something first.
