( Yuuki's POV )

When the girl, Baby Eagle, bumped into me, she fell on her side, and her "weapon" rolled out of the room.

Yuuki: Are you okay?

I offered my hand to the girl, but she crawled on the floor and put some distance between us, When she had her back against the wall, she got a better look at me, but she didn't say anything.

My hand was hanging in the air while the girl just stared at me, somewhat confused, I looked back at her with my head tilted, giving the same feeling, and we spent a few moments in silence.

Yuuki: Oh, I get it, you must be wondering what a Japanese child is doing alone in a Spanish village.

The girl timidly nodded her head when she heard my question, and before answering I grabbed her hand and pulled her to her feet with a gentle tug.

Yuuki: My name is Yuuki, I was just passing by when I heard about a girl locked in a church, and I couldn't ignore it, that's you, right?

The girl hesitated to answer, but I kept my friendly expression, and after a moment, she finally answered.

???: I guess so, my name is Ashley.

Yuuki: Nice to meet you Ashley, tell me, do you have any idea why they took you? If the entire village is determined to keep you here, you are clearly very valuable to them.

Ashley responded by simply shaking her head, I knew she was lying, but that wasn't important, I was still going to help the girl.

Yuuki: Well whatever, I'm here to save you, so let's go.

I spoke confidentially, but Ashley put on an awkward smile and she proceeded to pat my head.

Ashley: That's nice, but this place is dangerous you have to leave before someone comes.

Yuuki: Ok... But the door is open, we can leave together.

Ashley: Oh you're right.

I casually pointed to the open door behind me, and Ashley realized she was free, I was planning to contact the bingo enjoyer, but before we could escape, I felt a magical signal, I had an idea where that was coming from, but I needed confirmation.

Yuuki: On second thought, you're staying here.

Ashley: What?

Yuuki: There is someone else here to save you, you will be fine, I have to take care of other things.

I ran past Ashley, and with my intangible body, I passed through the wall of the church, when I landed, I took out my phone and called Shera, who answered quickly.

Yuuki: Shera where are you now? Did you cross the gate?

Shera: [well, yes.]

Yuuki: is Erica with you?

Shera: [...yes.]

Yuuki: and the portal?

Shera: [ It closed behind us, some trouble happened on the other side. ]

Yuuki: Alright, stay where you are, I'll go to you and keep an eye on Erica.

Shera: [I will. ]

I was walking while talking to Shera, and when I hung up, I was in front of a shack that had a strange purple flame, coming from it, I was drawn to the flame, and as I followed it, I found a mysterious man wearing a heavy coat and with his face covered.

???: Hello stranger, I can interest you in some quality goods.

Yuuki: Hello back stranger, you said goods? Are you some kind of merchant?

Merchant: that I am, and my goods are for self-defense.

The merchant opened his bag and showed a collection of firearms.

Yuuki: You want to sell a gun to a child?

Merchant: I can recognize a customer when I see one and you are one.

Yuuki: Ok I'll bite, you have something with good reloading, if you catch my meaning.

Merchant: Hehe I know just what you need.

The merchant reached into his coat and placed a pair of high-caliber magnum revolvers on the table in front of him.

Mercader: These two are a real treat, the broken butterfly and the hand cannon.

I grabbed both weapons, and they immediately felt comfortable in my hands, as payment, I put some gems on the table, which the merchant took them with pleasure.

Merchant: It's a pleasure doing business with you, I have a small gift for you, I know you will appreciate it.

After grabbing the two magnums, the merchant then placed a P90 machine gun on the table, that was the weapon I used before giving it to Yumina, I thought about my Sekireis for a moment before taking the weapon, I took out my haori from my storage and strapped my new weapons into it.

After that I took off back to the island with Shera and Erica, I was flying at high speed but as I approached them I felt another magical signal that was not Shera, This one came from the second island, that could only mean another world traveler, one not very strong or he was suppressing his powers, another good reason to stay in this world a little longer.

When I arrived at the island I explained to the girls the information I had collected, I needed Shera's help so I asked her to come with me, There was no way Erica would accept being the only one to return to the other world, so I told her to stay close to me, Shera summoned her thunderbird and she flew us back to the continent.

During the trip, I received more messages from my blades.

Mythra: [ Master, about the strange villagers, it seems that they are all being controlled by parasites that are very sensitive to light.]

Yuuki: Can you kill the parasites?

Mythra: [ Yes, but the parasite carriers always lose their lives along with them, they act as a hive mind, and some of them can experience serious mutations.]

It's the parasite that the world traveler wants, why is Ashley needed? I need answers.

I was debating the relationships between these things, but luckily me, when Pheliss made her first report, my questions only increased.

Pheliss: [ Master, the mysterious woman, seems to belong to a third group that wants to obtain something called the amber from a contact in the village, the world traveler is likely working with this group.]

Whatever that amber is, if the enemy wants it I can't let them have it or Ashley either.
