The days following Kaito's conversation with Madara were a blur of activity. The preparations were underway. Kaito had already begun deploying his inventions throughout the Uchiha ranks, giving them the tools they needed to fight back against the growing threat of the Senju and the resistance within their own clan. But even with all the advancements, Kaito knew that technology alone wouldn't win this war. It was the will to change, the resolve to fight for a new future, that would determine the outcome.

The time had come to make a move.

Izuna had been quiet for days, his faction seemingly biding their time, but Kaito could sense the tension in the air. His scouts reported that the traditionalists were gathering in secret, preparing for something. The Uchiha compound was on high alert, and Kaito knew that Izuna's forces would soon make their move.

Kaito sat in his laboratory, his fingers drumming on the table in deep thought. He had to act quickly—strike before Izuna and his followers could organize a full rebellion. If he could take control of the clan, he would be able to consolidate his power and push for the kind of change the Uchiha needed. But if he failed, the consequences would be catastrophic. The Uchiha would tear themselves apart, and the Senju would take advantage of their weakness.

The sound of a door opening interrupted his thoughts. Madara entered, his expression grim. "It's time."

Kaito stood, his eyes steely with resolve. "Yes, it is."

They walked together through the hallways, their footsteps echoing in the silence. The entire clan was on edge, but there was no turning back now. They had already made their decision.

Kaito's voice was low, but filled with authority. "We strike at dawn. We take control of the key positions, the training grounds, the armory. Izuna's followers will be scattered if we move quickly enough. We'll seize the momentum and crush any resistance before it can spread."

Madara nodded. "And if Izuna refuses to surrender?"

Kaito's lips curled into a thin smile. "Then we show him that resistance is futile."
