The Original Nightmare Curse crumbled into pieces, as his soul fragment was also pierced. Arthur's gaze cut through both its physical and ethereal being.

Alma and Emily rushed down, as Emily struck the Nightmare Curse's Soul Fragment with her guitar, shattering it into pieces.
And Alma's water, combined with Celes' assistance, formed a gigantic sea serpent, piercing the Soul Fragment even further.

The Original Nightmare Curse could only scream in agony, as his entire soul shattered into countless pieces, which were then destroyed to prevent him from reforming.
In that moment, the other half of the Original Nightmare Curse gasped in disbelief, coughing his own soul essence as if it were blood. He looked at the city, realizing all his fragments had been destroyed.

Maria's voice thundered above him. His crimson eyes opened in disbelief as her true body appeared, not just a phantom, riding atop the enormous, majestic, white scale body of Lucifer after his evolution.

Lucifer roared, opening his jaws and unleashing a massive breath attack against the Original Nightmare Curse. The monstrous being swiftly shapeshifted, attempting to escape the lethal attack by fleeing toward the seas, aiming to return to the Nightmare Void Dimension.
"I have to get out of here! It is hopeless! As long as I can return there I can regain more power and…!"
